Log in window flyout on Android (DROIDX) keeps floating to bottom right - unable to type in boxes

Issue:
When logging to the website, the login "window" moves to the bottom right of the screen. When you gesture down to the right, the window keeps floating to the bottom right far enough where you can't see the window to log in.

Able to reproduce: Always

Work around #1: use this link to log in: https://www.tfmetalsreport.com/user/login

Work around #2: flip the android phone sideways (portrait) and the window doesn't always fly so far away that you can't type in it.
