The NEW Alternative Health forum, 2023

A long time ago here on TFM was the most informative health forum on the internet. There were so many incredible postings it made your head spin. I know I've forgotten more than I learned, but seeing all these posts on D3, natto, vax cleaning protocol...It's clear its time to start this sucker back up.
