Zion vs. Babylon

Been a while since I checked in and posted on this thread that I restated. No worries, I’m still here, Israel and the Jewish people are still here. In fact, they are back in the Promised Land given them by the Lord just as scripture says they would be at the end of the age, and they aren’t’ going anywhere, even if the whole world comes against them. There will be plenty to post on in the days ahead regarding ‘Zionism’

I have posted this before, but I think it was in ‘Tread of Faith’.

Josh Garrel’s captures the battle in this present age or world in a mere song. He is a little edgy as far as music for some, especially my generation, but he is spot on and I just love his music, and the essence of his massage, if one can hear it.

The Kingdom of God is here now; the one that is coming soon is the physical manifestation of it centered in …. None other than…… Zion……. vs.…….. The Kingdom of this present world……. which is what the Bible calls……Babylon, or this world and it’s corrupt systems.

That in truth is really the story of the Bible in a nutshell, politically, economically and ultimately, Spiritually……….Zion vs. Babylon, The Redeemer, the Christ of God vs. mansworldly wisdom’ or Babylon or ‘confusionas the Lord calls it. No?

To quote Josh…….. “All you slaves, be set free,”……….

If you are not, already are.

A FEW WORDS FOR THE TABLE!

It appears that many have departed this thread and many of the other threads on TFM. We have been able to present many great concepts from the early Church era and with few attacks. However, I post too often, always having something to say and others posting very little. It is time for me to move onward as we wait for the full meaning of "tribulation" to appear. For those still here, I hope for your success in helping the many herein.

One final note: Many Christians and non-believers just cannot understand this Wonderful Jesus that is in the universe. Some think that He may have created things and that He may be just an alien. The Jews just see Him as an O.T. prophet.

My view is different. He is WORTHY! Yes He is the Creator, He is God and that is Wonderful. However, He went much further than that. He chose to get involved in our lives in a Way than no other Person would or could. He paid the full price for our eternal life in the Kingdom. Worthy is the Lamb .

Some of you have my e-mail and can type me up anytime. Jim

The Gospel of the Bible

No one should take personally anyones rejection of the Bible and the Word spoken therein.

There is a spiritual blindness toward the Biblical Gospel, that can only be broken If the hearers, in humility desire with full honest hearts to receive it.

The only way to receive it is to bend the knee, (swallow manly pride) and submit to the Lord Jesus, confess His Divine nature, with the heart and with the lips.

It is not enough to simply believe in a man called Jesus, even Demon's believe in Jesus.

In order to receive the true revelation of Jesus 100 percent man, and 100 percent God, the seeker must submit.

Submit their whole life, everything unto Him, give in, ask in truth, profess in total honesty their desire, for the Holy Ghost to enter into their heart, they must relinquish all pride, heart, mind, flesh, soul and spirit to the Lord Jesus.

Then and only then will the Holy Ghost impart the full revelation of Jesus Christ, and Jesus will literally move His heart into union will the newly reborn of the Spirit, regenerated Child.

Reborn regenerated of the Spirit Child, of the One and Only True Living God, our Father who art in Heaven, the Almighty God.

It is at this point that the Holy Bible, the Word of God Almighty will be opened to the reader facilitated via the Holy Ghost.

Eyes will see, and ears will hear, Praise the Lord.

Glory, Glory, Glory,

Praises and Thanksgivings unto the Lord,

our Most Gracious Loving Father.

What an Honour we are given freely, through His Love, Mercy and Grace,

Life Eternal in the presence God Almighty,

Thrice Holy Sovereign Supreme Beloved Eternal Father.

What a Loving God we serve,

Hallelujah,

Amen.

Nana, NWV, all we believers have to honour God as we are led, I pray we will be led to each other.

There is room at my Table for you my beloved Friends.

We must stay in touch, Brothers and Sisters.

All my Love;

Foggy

My Brothers & Getting Current...

"....and a brother is born for adversity. ..."

I count my self blessed and honored when I consider the gift of our Brotherhood in Christ. When one is disheartened, another is valiant and strong. Christ will not wound us without sufficient power to heal us. Wherever He may lead us, His foot has gone before. No tear will go unnoticed...Each is counted before it is dropped into His bottle. They are kept there as a memorial...never to be discarded; never to go to waste.

@ JerJr: I would like to see That Picture again. For the Josh Garrells, and for your latest post @ ToF, my heart-felt Thanks!

@ Silver66: Your Ecclesiastes was timely and edifying...It was nourishment for my soul. My heart-felt Thanks!

@ Foggyroad: The longer I know you, the more I love you. It seems you always help me find my way to higher ground. My heart-felt Thanks!

@ NW VIEW (and Nana): As I soaked-up the last bit of news regarding 'the State vs. the Florist' kerfuffle, two words came and settled on my ears and in my spirit: 'house' and 'church'. And, NWV, I hope you have seen Hayman's post today @ ToF...Put on your 'garment of praise'! While you are gone (hopefully only temporarily) much of what you tried to show us 'lives and moves and has it's being' in the hearts of your Brothers. Yes, an enemy might win a battle, but that is no assurance that the 'spoils of war' will ever be it's inheritance. NWV, you have not labored in vain. You know this far-better than I do. I am weeping with those that weep!

@ Maryann: Your note to Nana @ DOTS did not go un-Hat-Tipped by me. I'm glad you made the effort. My heart-felt Thanks!

@ SWM: Absence DOES make the heart grow fonder! I hope this finds you well; I hope, above all, your spirit is prospering.

@ Hayman: Although your latest post has left me shame-faced, what a joy it was to hear from you again. Your silence was like Silver...but your voice, Golden. I am rejoicing with those that rejoice! What can compare to 'good news from a far land'?

I bid you to help me to praise!.....NWD

Praising....

NWD, you are so gifted with words. As are you Foggy. Thank you. smiley Many thanks to TF for providing this forum. These threads are truly blessed. Jj, I am so glad to read a new post by you! And I loved the quote you gave on TOF, in fact, I sent that to my ladies Bible Study group...they loved it. Where did you find it?

I don't know where exactly in the last days we are but no doubt we are entering a dark time. What a blessing and comfort it is to see friends in Christ scattered across the country but one in Him. I pray for all of you that He will give you strength for your particular service wherever and to whatever you are called. What a day it will be when we all meet face to face!

@maryann

"we are no doubt entering a dark time"I felt the same as you until late December last year. I got together with a lady I know who has an incredibly strong understanding of God and his word. I was expressing my frustration at the rampant corruption in the financial world, the slimeyness of politicians, ah I will be honest I was in a full on rant.

She rebuked me. One, I was using negative words and generating negative emotions and was not honouring God with my thoughts and words. I was giving Lucifer dominion over my thoughts when I did that. Two she asked me who was in charge. I said the Big Guy. She asked me who knew better on how to run things Him or me? The world is exactly the way it is suppose to be at this moment in time. I had to think hard about that for several days. The world is exactly the way it is suppose to be?

I am not pessimistic today, I have concerns but things are exactly the way they are suppose to be. This is not a defeatist attitude or a victim attitude. I am working very hard on my thougths, words and actions to change me and the world around me. Perhaps that is part of his plan, things are the way they are so I seek to better emulate his word and draw others to the light....why not me

Oh, I know how the story ends, we win. smiley When I said I think we are entering a dark time, I just mean that up until now, at least in the U.S., we have been blessed with being the "home team." That is changing. I think the time has come where we must be more vocal and clear regarding what we believe, as Christianity is no longer the norm, and some are attempting to redefine Biblical Christianity.

But yes, isn't it wonderful that we can find comfort in knowing we have a sovereign God who overcomes evil, and nothing happens that He is not aware of and has a plan to use for ultimate good. I am thankful to live at this time in history and want to do my part in His plan. We must keep our perspective eternally focused. For days that present concerns are frustrating, I am so grateful we have the Word of God, "I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:14

Busy Week

What a busy week, been out of town, have not watched the news, barely been online, so sorry for not replying. Slowing down now and saw the posts, will try to post more often.

@NWD, I agree with MaryAnn, you and Foggy are gifted writers in both prose and content. Thanks for all your contributions here, lets hope Jim - NW isn’t gone long.

Is this the picture you are referring to??

@Maryann

Great quote isn’t it?; it is by Thomas R. Schreiner, (I noticed I spelled his name wrong in the OP) and it's from his ‘Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament’, Galatians p. 326.

@All

These are interesting times we are in, no doubt about it; it is getting darker from this world’s perspective in which we all live, day to day. For us, prophetically, it is written, yet no need to fear, they are just the birth pangs for the coming Kingdom of God.

What boggles my mind is that the Lord could have placed me (us) anywhere, at any time throughout history, in any given country, in any particular culture, yet here we are.

I think we should all reflect on that, as I do in light of Ester 4:14.

For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

Purim

Many who have read the Bible understand the story of Ester contained in that book. Haman plotted to destroy the Jewish people and Ester interceded to save the Jewish population. The Jewish people still celebrate that deliverance on the feast of Purim.

As I listened to BiBi speak live today to the joint session of congress, on the eve of Purim tomorrow, I could not help but believe we are on the verge of a replay of that situation.

Netanyahu for the most part said he would they would ‘go it alone’ against Iran if necessary, the king of Babylon’s response and lack of support pretty much guarantees that will be the outcome. Scripture also indicates such.

Time will tell.

I have a beautiful song that I cannot figure out how to upload and link to this post in m4a that is sung from Esters perspective as she intercedes for her people. If anyone can help me out with that I would be glad to post it.

Day One - The War with Iran

I found this article below years ago on the internet, and thought it worth posting. The players are different now, but you will get the point.

With apparent deal that was cut yesterday with Iran and world leaders, all brokered and pushed through by the King of Babylon, and based on the initial Israeli reaction, the below scenario might not be far off the mark. But I seriously doubt the US would joint in unless it was fighting against Israel.

I find it more than just interesting on the timing of all this; that this 'great deal' is announced just prior to Passover and the third Blood Moon in the Tetrad.

https://www.rense.com/general69/dayone.htm

The war began as planned. The Israeli pilots took off well before dawn and streaked across Lebanon and northern Iraq, high above Kirkuk. Flying US-made F-15 and F-16s, the Israelis separated over the mountains of western Iran, the pilots gesturing a last minute show of confidence in their mission, maintaining radio silence.

Just before the sun rose over Tehran, moments before the Muslim call to prayer, the missiles struck their targets. While US Air Force AWACS planes circled overhead--listening, watching, recording--heavy US bombers followed minutes later. Bunker-busters and mini-nukes fell on dozens of targets while Iranian anti-aircraft missiles sped skyward.

The ironically named Bushehr nuclear power plant crumbled to dust. Russian technicians and foreign nationals scurried for safety. Most did not make it.

Targets in Saghand and Yazd, all of them carefully chosen many months before by Pentagon planners, were destroyed. The uranium enrichment facility in Natanz; a heavy water plant and radioisotope facility in Arak; the Ardekan Nuclear Fuel Unit; the Uranium Conversion Facility and Nuclear Technology Center in Isfahan; were struck simultaneously by USAF and Israeli bomber groups.

The Tehran Nuclear Research Center, the Tehran Molybdenum, Iodine and Xenon Radioisotope Production Facility, the Tehran Jabr Ibn Hayan Multipurpose Laboratories, the Kalaye Electric Company in the Tehran suburbs were destroyed.

Iranian fighter jets rose in scattered groups. At least those Iranian fighter planes that had not been destroyed on the ground by swift and systematic air strikes from US and Israeli missiles. A few Iranian fighters even launched missiles, downing the occasional attacker, but American top guns quickly prevailed in the ensuing dogfights.

The Iranian air force, like the Iranian navy, never really knew what hit them. Like the slumbering US sailors at Pearl Harbor, the pre-dawn, pre-emptive attack wiped out fully half the Iranian defense forces in a matter of hours.

By mid-morning, the second and third wave of US/Israeli raiders screamed over the secondary targets. The only problem now, the surprising effectiveness of the Iranian missile defenses. The element of surprise lost, US and Israeli warplanes began to fall from the skies in considerable numbers to anti-aircraft fire.

At 7:35 AM, Tehran time, the first Iranian anti-ship missile destroyed a Panamanian oil tanker, departing from Kuwait and bound for Houston. Launched from an Iranian fighter plane, the Exocet split the ship in half and set the ship ablaze in the Strait of Hormuz. A second and third tanker followed, black smoke billowing from the broken ships before they blew up and sank. By 8:15 AM, all ship traffic on the Persian Gulf had ceased.

US Navy ships, ordered earlier into the relative safety of the Indian Ocean, south of their base in Bahrain, launched counter strikes. Waves of US fighter planes circled the burning wrecks in the bottleneck of Hormuz but the Iranian fighters had fled.

At 9 AM, Eastern Standard Time, many hours into the war, CNN reported a squadron of suicide Iranian fighter jets attacking the US Navy fleet south of Bahrain. Embedded reporters aboard the ships--sending live feeds directly to a rapt audience of Americans just awakening--reported all of the Iranian jets destroyed, but not before the enemy planes launched dozens of Exocet and Sunburn anti-ship missiles. A US aircraft carrier, cruiser and two destroyers suffered direct hits. The cruiser blew up and sank, killing 600 men. The aircraft carrier sank an hour later.

By mid-morning, every military base in Iran was partially or wholly destroyed. Sirens blared and fires blazed from hundreds of fires. Explosions rocked Tehran and the electrical power failed. The Al Jazeerah news station in Tehran took a direct hit from a satellite bomb, leveling the entire block.

At 9:15 AM, Baghdad time, the first Iranian missile struck the Green Zone. For the next thirty minutes a torrent of missiles landed on GPS coordinates carefully selected by Shiite militiamen with cell phones positioned outside the Green Zone and other permanent US bases. Although US and Israeli bomber pilots had destroyed 90% of the Iranian missiles, enough Shahabs remained to fully destroy the Green Zone, the Baghdad airport, and a US Marine base. Thousands of unsuspecting US soldiers died in the early morning barrage. Not surprisingly, CNN and Fox withheld the great number of casualties from American viewers.

By 9:30 AM, gas stations on the US east coast began to raise their prices. Slowly at first and then altogether in a panic, the prices rose. $4 a gallon, and then $5 and then $6, the prices skyrocketed. Worried motorists, rushing from work, roared into the nearest gas station, radios blaring the latest reports of the pre-emptive attack on Iran. While fistfights broke out in gas stations everywhere, the third Middle Eastern war had begun.

In Washington DC, the spin began minutes after the first missile struck its intended target. The punitive strike--not really a war said the harried White House spokesman--would further democracy and peace in the Middle East. Media pundits mostly followed the party line. By ridding Iran of weapons of mass destruction, Donald Rumsfeld declared confidently on CNN, Iran might follow in the footsteps of Iraq, and enjoy the hard won fruits of freedom.

The president scheduled a speech at 2 PM. Gas prices rose another two dollars before then. China and Japan threatened to dump US dollars. Gold rose $120 an ounce. The dollar plummeted against the Euro.

CNN reported violent, anti-American protests in Paris, London, Rome, Berlin and Dublin. Fast food franchises throughout Europe, carrying American corporate logos, were firebombed.

A violent coup toppled the pro-American Pakistan president. On the New York Stock Exchange, prices fell in a frenzy of trading--except for the major petroleum producers. A single, Iranian Shahab missile struck Tel Aviv, destroying an entire city block. Israel vowed revenge, and threatened a nuclear strike on Tehran, before a hastily called UN General Assembly in New York City eased tensions.

An orange alert in New York City suddenly reddened to a full-scale terror alarm when a package detonated on a Manhattan subway. Mayor Bloomberg declared martial law. Governor Pataki ordered the New York National Guard fully mobilized, mobilizing what few national guardsmen remained in the state.

President Bush looked shaken at 2 PM. The scroll below the TV screen reported Persian Gulf nations halting production of oil until the conflict could be resolved peacefully. Venezuelan president, Hugo Chavez, announced a freeze in oil deliveries to the US would begin immediately. Tony Blair offered to mediate peace negotiations, between the US and Israel and Iran, but was resoundingly rejected.

By 6 PM, Eastern Standard Time, gas prices had stabilized at just below $10 a gallon. A Citgo station in Texas, near Fort Sam Houston Army base, was firebombed. No one claimed responsibility. Terrorism was not ruled out.

At sunset, the call to prayer--in Tehran, Baghdad, Islamabad, Ankara, Jerusalem, Jakarta, Riyadh--sounded uncannily like the buzzing of enraged bees.

“The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem."

" And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.” Zech. 12:1-4

Old ‘Zionism’ Thread

I recently went back to reference something I had posted prior in the old ‘Zionism thread’ for a PM exchange rather than having to retype it all again, and noticed since the Turd ‘locked’ the old forums, in November, that ‘Zionism’ thread has had something like 13K + plus reads since then…… not a huge number by some standards but Really?….. a dead thread?

https://www.tfmetalsreport.com/forum/4019/zionism-conspiracy-anti-zionis...

That left me wondering, just who is still reading those old posts still???? 13K worth……. old news, right?

I was wondering that until I received a very encouraging PM the other day from a Brother in Christ, who has been reading the many exchanges posted there over the years and is “working his way through the posts”.

I really do pray they have helped some, I do. That forum depicts the battle we all face imo, and it is real for Christian or non, we all have a real enemy, and the battle is primarily Spiritual at its core. Make no mistake about it.

The ‘EE’, the PTB or the NWO ‘players’ are merely their human, flesh and blood puppets, yet despite all that I have posted there, I still stand behind it, as it really did not come from me, just my exposition of the Word of God for what it has been worth.

If I was in error in any post, I will answer for it, if what I posted was true to the Word, then I did all could to help one understand what we all soon will face from a Biblical or scriptural perspective.

I will still be posting in the days ahead; this ‘deal’ (or lack of) with Iran is highly prophetic. IMO

Heads up all, Israel won’t sit on their hands forever. There will be a ‘day one’ as posted above soon, whatever form it actually takes.

BiBi was asked a question a few years ago in a live interview that I was watching, and he was asked this direct question……..

Who do you think Israel’s next war will be against”.

His answer………

Everybody”.

That answer is consistent with the Bible and prophetic scripture. imo.

Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion!, When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.” Isaiah 53:6

@Ag & Maryann

Thank you for the feedback, that just had me curious, I do hope those posts in old 'Zionism' have helped. So much deception out there now a days, even within the 'Church'.

The enemy of our souls never gives up, can't wait till he is dealt with for good.

I'll continue in the new thread, in the days ahead.

old Zionism thread............

Wow. I have just finished working my way through the old Zionism thread. What a treat! A big thanks to Jj, NW, Foggy, Nanna and others who have shared so much. One of the things that I have appreciated about the site is the freedom Turd gives this community and the willingness of others to share their knowledge and talents.

I had not even considered the possibility that America could be Babylon the great. I got to admit I'm about 89.9 percent sold. The life experience, testimony and honest exchanges between members is helpful to me. It has helped me refocus on what is important. It is truly a ministry much of the work carried out by many members.

I can see how the effort and time involved could wear a person down. I humbled by your guys dedication.

Isaiah 55:10-11

As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Thanks again and keep looking up!

@ BIGNASTY

If you have read through the old ‘Zionism’ thread then you should have enough pieces of the puzzle to know who America really is in scripture. If you have grasped what I have posted than you probably already understand better than 99% of the pastors who America is in scripture. Such is the times we live in. Welcome to the club.

Unbelievers and skeptics will never ‘get it’ or ‘grasp it’, how could they? they have not the Holy Spirit within to lead and guild them into all truth. John 16:13

I know this issue is controversial, a hot potato, I do, I also realize that of the six things the Lord hates in Proverbs 6, that these two in particular, I keep in mind when I post…

A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren”. Pro 6:19

It’s not my goal to ‘speaketh lies or soweth discord among brethren’ in posting what I have, I’m just contending for the Truth no matter how much it hurts, cuts and challenges our own perceptions of reality and our comfort zones. “Let God be true and every man a liar”. Rom 3:4

I really wish America is not who the Lord, through the scriptures says who we are. I do. But that is not the case, the Lord has given us so much scripture, that it is impossible to miss our identity, unless one has a basis. IMO.

If someone tells you America is not in Bible prophecy, there are two possibilities, imo, one, they are untaught, and ill informed as to what scripture really teaches on this issued, or two, they are outright lying to you. From the Lord perspective there is no really difference between the two at this late stage in the game. We best speak the Truth. It’s real late.

‘Babylon’ in scripture as I have said before, is a System, a City, and a Nation, she is all three. If one remembers nothing other than that from this post I would hope it would be that… she is all three… a System, a City and a literal Nation.

This truth perplexes the scholars for some reason, and the list is numerous, why they can’t see us yet, is above Jj’s pay grade.

I have sat across the table from numerous ‘PhD’s in theology’ and when I point out the numerous unfulfilled parameters that pertain to the ‘Latter day Babylon’, the Nation, that point to America and America alone, they just look at me with a blank stare and can not answer.

If one should disagree, no worries, that issue is really not essential to the issues of one’s heart and one’s salvation. One could believe Puerto Ricoh was ‘Babylon’ and it would have no bearing as to ones eternal destiny.

The issue is Truth….. if one really wants to know the Truth on this issue the Lord will reveal it, but let me warn you, it is hard truth to grasp and come to grasp with. I really wish could tear those passages out of my Bible, but I can’t.

BN, if you are 89.9% of the way there and want to know the Truth on this issue, ask the Lord, he will tell you.

BN, funny, I almost closed my last post with the very same passage from Isaiah you quoted……. “My Word will not return Void”……

It never does, thank you for reading through all those posts. I often think all that I post can only detract from scripture. I hope what I have posted has helped.

 Blessings

Jj
