Holiday Jackass

106

It's a three-day US market holiday weekend. You know what that means! An update from The Golden Jackass himself, Jim Willie.

By now, you know the drill. I ask Jim to pontificate on three primary topics and Jim, of course, never disappoints. For this call, those three topics are:

  1. The renewed and ongoing bull markets for both gold and silver.
  2. Negative interest rates and the end of the debt-based monetary system.
  3. Signals from central bankers that the dollar's days as reserve currency are numbered.

As always, I urge you to check out Jim's Hat Trick Letter service. More details can be found at his website, www.golden-jackass.com.

Have a great weekend but be ready for another wild week ahead.

Yeh, Billhilly and it was a woman's voice who said it

She added "That 1911 won't make up for what you're missing in the manhood department neither, sport" The rest of the women in the bar agreed. The rest of the men kept real quiet.

NW VIEW I got the home, auto, blanket and earthquake premium bumps in Fed 2019 and nearly crapped my drawers full.

12-22% increase across the board.

So much for driving like a little old lady and not smoking in bed, both of which are well known to reduce the insurance risks of crashing car or burning down the house by 93.482% and 89.77% respectively.(I made that stat up)

After firing my ex insurance broker we hired an Allstate agent who rooted out the best rates. We saved maybe $800 a year total. That's half an ounce of gold. But we did get a note that our annual rates for car are going up 7% this next 12 months. That stinks but tells me the government insurance inflation rates are not zackly 2%.

Funny thing about Allstate (and Progressive Insurance) They offer to have you install an app on your smart phone that keeps track of everything you do while driving. How hard you brake. How fast you're going. How often to go beyond the posted speed limit. How hard you corner and accelerate. Something in the app turns your smart phone into a Big Broker Nanny State Stooge that'll nark you out to the insurance company

Hey Allstate, I got a wife to tell me all that. I don't need an techno-gadget to tattle to Allstate that sometimes I punch it or brake hard

All this Eye Spy gizmo crapola is supposed to save me 30 whole dollars per year per car. I guess Allstate figured out the price of their insured souls, monetized it and offered it up in a savings to the customer. I don't know about you but my soul and privacy is worth just a tad more than $30.

Maybe $75 or so but not $30

The car coverage bump probably eats up all of our 1.7% SS increase for 2020. Maybe I'll apply for the Driving like a Priest rate.

Looks like the little old lady rate is being skewed by the grannies with lead foots racing to the senior breakfast and 10 X slot comps at Bodine's Casino in Carson City.

The only saving grace in all of this is prices for gold and silver are smoking the measly bumps in taxes, insurance, food and other consumer goods.

Keep stackin'

I got 4 AU Maples at $5 over spot today so all is good

Thank's for the offer to take care of your worldly goods but I think I need to pass. We gotta figure out how to distribute ours under the radar so the gummint don't git none.

BTW I read the Cyrille Jubert article about how the silver stocks are pretty much Tango Uniform by 2030 The Club of Rome appears to have concluded that our world as we know it will cease to exist at 2030 too. Interesting how he comments on Doc Willie and The Voice as two authoritative commentators too

A dot connected in my pea brain recalling how AOC said

"People, we only have 12 more years left to live" "You gotta implement the Gree New Deal or we'll all die" I wonder if she was reading (assuming she can read and comprehend above 3rd grade level) the Club of Rome 2030 extinction level event?

This whole 12 years and 2030 time period sounds specious at best. The usual NWO oligarch fear mongering. But with global cooling and the solar minimum hitting hard, depletion of petroleum and shale oil and gas, it might get a little frostly around then

Who knows. I plan to give my body to science and let them figger out how I got so messed up But the rest of our estate goes to a few close friends and family

Cheers on Labor day

"printing, low rates" has

"printing, low rates" has already proven not to be inflationary. Guess what, creating inflation isn't hard, but it takes changes in FISCAL and TAX policy. The Elite aren't going to inflate anything, not gonna happen. The Elite have chosen deflation and negative rates of interest.

Turd

When you talk to Eric can you ask him why KL has not increased earnings guidance since 2/3 of the quarter has passed and gold is selling for > $100\oz on average as compared to any previous Q and guidance? Thanks

Jeffrey Epstein: Babylon's Bankster

Not many people know, nor are we likely to know as the authorities are unlikely to do their jobs. I'd really like to know the players as the article indicates Epstein is tied into the collapse of Bear Sterns in 2008.

BitPay for metal purchases, update.

As you may recall, I attempted to purchase some silver with BTC through BitPay which all the major vendors are accepting as payment for metal purchases.

A QR code used to immediately pop up enabling you to pay from your phone app with a quick scan, now you are redirected to the BitPay site to log in to get your QR code. That additional step requires that you become verified at BitPay.

That's different from 3 weeks ago, so I called around, nobody knew of any BitPay payment process changes, (yet). I attempted a smaller purchase and got the same result. With government know your client laws, I'm fairly certain the BitPay made the change to comply.

After submitting a ticket last night to BitPay, I am now able to log into their site but the verification may take another day or two.

Everyone here knows the importance of stacking and planing ahead, so if you want to purchase metal with BTC, or BCH, you'll need a couple days for BitPay to verify you.

A short gun story...

A guy walked into a crowded bar, waving his unholstered pistol and yelled "I have a 45 caliber Colt 1911 with a 7 round magazine plus 1 in the chamber and I want to know who's been sleeping with my wife."

A voice from the back of the room called out,

"You need more ammo !"

Inflation and I miss Tony! (Just daydreaming again)!

He was a good friend, had little assets in this world, and avoided taxes and tons of insurance. He downsized, because he needed to, and lived in a portion of a friend's garage. He went to the Y and to friends homes for showers. He was a skilled home builder but never made any money. When he died, there was nothing to split up with his kids, and the government could not assess a cent in taxes.

Inflation: Yep, my property taxes just climb every year and the state government wants even more. I received my yearly auto coverage from Safeco and they want to bless me with a premium of $1160.60, being a $191.70 increase over last year, which was also up. No tickets in 50 years, not an accident, and I feel like a cash cow for the government and the insurance co. (I need to find a better company).

Then there is the daydreaming: I will sell all the real estate, sell the autos, convert all into cash/metals and look for a benefactor like AGXIIK or billhilly, weep a bit, knowing that they will let the wife and I occupy their garage for a few years. Next: Head over to the government free everything. Free healthcare, dental, food stamps, a new phone, and even free bus transportation.(I might even want to go back to college, for free, if Elizabeth gets in). I could use their home addresses for my mail and monthly free checks. We could grab a few bucks from our stash, and vacation on the beaches, finding the free everything in the costal towns.

O.K., I feel better now, and will resume my cash cow position. Jim
