"Don't Save For Retirement" - A Discussion with Dan Ameduri

An interesting discussion of retirement planning in the 21st century.

15

Our old pal Dan Ameduri has released his first book today and it comes with the provocative title, "Don't Save For Retirement". What does Dan mean by that title and what message does he hope to spread by writing this new book? Today we ask him for the answers.

This is certainly not just a precious metals discussion. In fact, it's far from it! Instead and as Dan explains, the "rules" of retirement planning that the mainstream media and financial industry routinely shove down your throat are just plain wrong. In Dan's words, don't simply save for growth. Look for long-term income producing investments, as well. Don't just collect paper assets. Buy and hold and tangible things, instead.

More information on Dan's terrific book...as well as a link to ordering it...can be found at Dan's "Future Money Trends" site. You should be sure to check it out: https://www.futuremoneytrends.com

Thanks again to Dan for putting forth the effort required to write a book such as this. I've been trying to get myself to write a book for years so I know what a daunting task it can be!

Cool

I've been listening to Dan off and on since about 2007!

Dan since you are here, are you still a fan of KBEV?

Thanks, Chris Jr.

yes, I originally liked it

yes, I originally liked it for their CBD, but now they are in walmart and GNC with their health drinks. It's of course very speculative and I worked in the past directly with them. But I still own my position and plan to hold as long as they continue to make progress and expand.

First mining gold

Dear Craig,

A while ago, Jason Burack mentioned that there were rumors of something shady possibly happening at first mining gold which may have caused the shares to slide this year. Just wondering if you knew of any such rumors. I like the stock, but the price action is making me wonder what I don’t know. It would be great if you could ask Keith about this next time you invite him on your show, or even better would love to hear you interview Dan wilton.

Thanks for your great work!

Great Interview

I figured this shit out after 2000. Day traders delight, then chasing your ass to zero. I look back and say "how stupid was I". Made good money, then watched it mostly disappear. I did get out with enough to build a facility and start my own business, with loans of course. Leverage!

Today I am the epitome of Dan's tome. Multiple revs, enjoy helping others in my day job and get paid for it. I don't make a lot, but enjoy what I do and should continue to do so for the rest of my life.

Thanks Dan! I'll pick it up and take a gander. Should be worth giving as gifts to young family members.

PS. I HATE the statement "cash flow". The real estate pumpers push this and get people in over their head. 5-6% positive cash flow Sucks! Not according to pumpers. Next year you'll be digging into your pocket to make up the balance. I get at least one mailer per day "sell me your house". Annoying to say the least, but they're keeping the post office busy.

I Remember Daniel Ameduri . . .

When he wrote to his followers:

"Dear Reader,

We are so certain that this extremely undervalued company is a strong buy here, we are staking our entire careers on this single stock pick.

I, Daniel Ameduri, fully expect this company to lead the rally for zinc stocks, to the point that if my recommendation to you here today at CAD$0.60 doesn’t at least double over the next year, I will officially close down my letter.

In fact, I see this stock as a coiled spring, and I believe that I may be proven right over the next 30 days, with 11 months to spare! There is surging demand and dwindling supply for zinc."

That was Zinc One. As he mentioned, the stock was selling the day of his recommendation at $0.60 CDN. Today, the stock price is $0.01 USD. Did he keep his word, and close his site? Nope.

So much for "character" . . . 'Nuff said.

I sure was wrong on that one.

I sure was wrong on that one. They can't all be K92's, First Majestic Silver, Endeavor Silver, GoldMining, Sandstorm, and massive gainers like Hive Blockchain.
