Thursday Conversation - Dave Kranzler

Valuable information from our old pal, Denver Dave.

59

It's always great fun to visit with Denver Dave and today was no different. It's also always very informative. For today, Dave and I discuss:

  • the ongoing selloff in global equities
  • the ongoing efforts by the ESF to manage the descent
  • the latest with Douchebank
  • the latest from Tesla
  • and why the mining sector appears historically undervalued

Thanks again to Dave for so generously sharing his time today. There's some very insightful and helpful content here. Please be sure to listen.

A good conversation.  I have

A good conversation. I have always wondered if ANY bank CEO or employee for that matter really understands their derivative exposure. Counter parties are too hard to analyze. There are tons of derivatives out there and I liken the whole mess to an ammunition dump. Does it really matter which grenade goes off first?

On Tesla - just call it the Worldcom of the auto industry.

I still watch the last stock

I still watch the last stock that I sold at a big loss. Bought FFMGF at .71, sold at about .41 and is .22 today. My savings account, that has a 1.1% interest rate, looks pretty good for a short season. Rental cap rates of around 10% looks wonderful.

I gave a hat tip or,now, a star click to a comment and the interview stopped and went back to the very beginning.

I don't think the site used to do that and it's a bit of a pain in the a55 if it does. I can't hat tip anyone while listening?

My guess is that you need to log out then log back in and "accept cookies" when instructed. If I remember correctly it asks you at the bottom of the page.
