Thursday Conversation - Dave Kranzler

Valuable information from our old pal, Denver Dave.

It's always great fun to visit with Denver Dave and today was no different. It's also always very informative. For today, Dave and I discuss:

  • the ongoing selloff in global equities
  • the ongoing efforts by the ESF to manage the descent
  • the latest with Douchebank
  • the latest from Tesla
  • and why the mining sector appears historically undervalued

Thanks again to Dave for so generously sharing his time today. There's some very insightful and helpful content here. Please be sure to listen.

You mean the player doesn't

You mean the player doesn't even appear on your screen for this page?

Here's what I see:

The title image on the TFMR homepage looks like the player but it's not. Like the old site, you click on the title there and it takes you to the actual podcast page...which is this one...the one with the comments. And the image above is a screenshot of this page.

Of course it has a correctable solution but that's not happened to me at all and I'm a user of the site just like everyone else.

I'm sure Ron will see this later tonight and have some questions and answers.

I saw that the first time I clicked on that picture on the home page. And it was there, but reset to the beginning, after I gave someone's comment a star click. Then I went back to the home page and logged out to try to follow billhilly's suggestion but I didn't get any prompt or question about cookies when I logged back in and now when I click on the interview picture it takes me to a page with just the interview comments but that player is gone and there's just a blue rectangle with, I think, the Thursday conversation label. I'm probably doing something wrong but just going at this in a straightforward way I cannot play the interview.

It did the same for me today, phone. Even tried an alternative browser, didn't work. I came home and fired up the tablet, no dice in brave but did play in Chrome. Glad to know the "startip".

BTW, on mobile devices there is no column on the right.

Thanks Craig, luv listening to Dave. I check his site at least once per week.

1) Liking a comment should

1) Liking a comment should not stop the player. We noticed this a couple of days ago and it is on our list.

2) I've heard from a few that submitting a comment causes the player to disappear. We are looking into it.

3) You don't have to log out to accept cookies. The "Accept" banner will show up even when logged in if it hasn't been accept. If you potentially declined, the easiest thing to do is to clear your cookies: https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-delete-cookies/

4) On mobile devices, the column on the right moves below the main content. It gets shifted below, otherwise it would be too small to read.

PCR  banned from Twitter?  I

PCR banned from Twitter? I'm surprised Deep State hasn't kacked him yet. Two article today First one gives a comprehensive analysis of why Khashoggi was murdered. It's not exactly what you think Doc Willie corroborates that

Second article gives a good overview of the total bullshit on the bombs sent to various politicians and former US leaders. The whole thing is a farce, false flag and moronically stupid. Anyone who believes the narrative that a right winger sent 10 plus bombs in two days is missing a few brain cells. The bombs were frauds and the whole mission as transparent as Obama's pre-POTUS resume.

Mr. Hunters latest.

Mr. Hunters latest.

Greg Hunter - Weekly News Wrap-Up 10.26.18

I really enjoy his thoughts. I agree with most of them. Something to think about that convoy headed to your border. Preliminary reports place multiple terrorist group members in the convoy. Material support and co-ordination has come from certain groups within your country. Last time I looked, don't you have laws about supporting terrorists? I'm suprised one of your three letter groups hasn't started investigating this. Maybe they haven't been informed of this possibility. I think everyone here would be shocked to learn who is behind the payments for food, shelter, fuel, security, and other items needed for a couple of thousand people traveling in such a group.. . Or maybe not.

All kinds of interesting things happening. Stock markets sure seem to be ready for a reset. Yellowstone is definitely heating up with USGS not keeping up with all the data. That's alittle odd. Could just be bad timing. Earth is moving out of the zone of danger for earthquakes. Still has a bit of time to go until we are out of the gravitational lopsided pull of the other planets. Should get at least one more good shaker as we pull away. Last but not least the messed up weather. Definitely going to be odd. Added heat from pollution and cooling from reduced sun spot activity screwing with everyone's charts so no one can get a decent handle on what to expect. Kinda like watching 3 year olds play hockey. Lots of flailing about. Never really sure that anyone out there knows what/where the goal is. Or the puck for that matter. Some laughter with snorts, lots of grimaces, and more than a few shaking of heads interspersed with sighs.

If you ever feel too much negative emotions watch a children's hockey game. The younger the better. I guarantee your mood will change. My sister calls it "Cats on ice". I think you can figure out why.

Been subscribing to Dave's MSJ and SSJ for years.

He reviews the GAAP accounting rule changes - which allow the overleveraged and highly indebted high flyers to maintain the hype - so that the Ponzi may continue and the CONFIDENCE may be retained......

Soon all things revert to the mean, and all things are ruled by basic natural and economic law. We inch ever so closer.

So be prepared, don't doubt your instincts, be patient, and listen to Lord Ferguson and King Kranzler!

Q3 GDP is slightly better than expected but only due to inventory buildups....which can sit in the shelves for a long time if the market/economy rolls over.

The dollar/yen gold

The dollar/yen gold correlation is reinstituted. And the dollar/yen just dropped forcefully below 112 on substantial volume. Gold price is increasing accordingly.

Lakedweller2..." working for

Lakedweller2..." working for the FBI "....

Not a chance. Those guys are corrupt as hell. They gob everything up and work for their/our masters. Frankly, I've given up on draining the swamp. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Dig a trench around all of Washington. Flood it. Then every red blooded American Patriot go to Washington with a club. When they try to climb over the ditch. Beat them like harp seal. It's the only way. Then head to the New York Times and Washington Post and onto Chicago and Silicon Valley.

I'm sure you can come up with more stops along the way.

I like lakedweller2 and libero. They make me reconsider my opinions----

Maybe for around 3 seconds.

Then it's back to my opinions

Not that lakedweller2 and libero don't think they are correct in their opinions but I prefer what Marx said

Groucho Marx, that is. He's alleged to have said---

'These are my opinions. If you don't like them, well, I have others'

I'd rather read Groucho Marx than Karl Marx.

Groucho is for the clear thinkers, those with philosophically sound minds

Karl is basically Commies for Dummies

Tick tock on Mexico as

Tick tock on Mexico as electricity prices in Cancun restaurants rise by 50%. Crime in Cancun is also on the rise. The double punch is scaring off the tourists. Which surprises me since the military opened up a base to patrol the streets and protect the tourists.

If restaurants in Cancun are seeing huge energy swings. I would expect energy costs for silver miners to be exploding. Not to mention as crime continues to rise mining institutions will have to increase security measures to protect their mining investments. If silver stays this low for an extended period I wouldn't be surprised to see some of the smaller mining companies start to close up their mining operations and maybe even take a dirt nap I think its important to keep in mind that Mexico produces 25% of the world's silver supply. As Mexico slips into chaos a lot of that silver will remain in the ground.

Hey, Turd, I LOVE my Tesla

Hey, Turd, I LOVE my Tesla Model X. Disappointing to hear the short seller bad-mouthing of Musk and Tesla here as well as on the MSM BS sites. The problem with analysts is they (you) are trying to judge Tesla as being just the same as any other auto manufacturer, only smaller. They're not. Musk is a disruptor like Gates, Jobs, Bezos, and other geniuses who innovated instead of copying and lost a lot of money for short sellers. Consider the "Tesla killers" who are trying to play EV catch up without understanding the first thing about Tesla's new paradigm: no dealers, no advertising, online ordering, over-the-air software updates, etc. The biggest factor in Tesla's breakthrough is their supercharger network which makes it practical for a PEV to go cross country. The dinosaur carmakers say, "We make cars, not gas stations," and then can't figure out why they can't compete with Tesla. Musk realized that an expensive fast-charge DC network would be necessary for practical intercity driving so he started with that and put the capital into it. While someone else gets around to providing the "gas stations" the dinosaurs just sit and wait to sink into the tar pit.

Time will tell if Musk is just another full of shit carny huckster like the naysayers claim and my Tesla stock goes the same direction as my miners have gone or if he really is a supergenius who single-handedly changed the entire automobile industry...and the battery storage industry...and the private space launch industry...and the high speed transport tunnel borer...and...

I for one think he's the real deal and a helluva lot of Model 3 buyers on the waiting list seem to agree.

Oct 27, 2018 - 11:46am

They receive government subsidies to produce a car! When the subsidies end so does Tesla. Tesla is also under FBI investigation for fudging production numbers. I will be glad when Tesla is exposed as the fraud that it is. Tired of paying taxes to a company that can't stand on it's own two feet.
