A Follow-up Visit with Greg Crowe of Silver One

Back in September, we introduced everyone to Greg Crowe, president and CEO of a new junior resource company called Silver One. As a holiday treat, here's an update on how things are progressing for the company.

Again, we offer these interviews not as an endorsement but as an introduction and, as most everyone knows, the key to success in mining company investing is diversification. To that end, though, you still need more winners than losers and that's where great management often carries the day.

So please listen to this update from Greg. Last summer, Silver One purchased three properties from First Mining Finance and the long-term potential for success is there. Additionally, Greg's 30-year career in the sector certainly provides some wisdom when evaluating what transpired in 2016 and how the precious metals might react in 2017.

More information on Silver One can be found in these three links:

Thanks for listening,

Since I do not understand Bitcoin (just having insecure feeling about it)...There's no sense for me to argue....Though I admit that watching it going up, and gold/silver doing down, daily...Seems that injustice gets on my nerves, lately.

When can a green day...

...FEEL like a RED day ??? Today ! It just seems that we can wake up in the morning and find a little green, and some hope, but then the invisible hand comes along and picks our pocket. Frustrating, to say the least.

...just passing along some fun pics/stories; never claimed they were mine.

" We old farts are not all forgetting but didn't you post a sweet home in the far north all covered in snow recently? Now it looks as though you are living in the city.

It's a Snoops picture from 2013 I thought I had seen it before.

Not nice to try and fool Old Farts. Keep Stacking "

He put that story in "quotes"

So I immediately figured he was just quoting the thing pics and all and posted it to give us a laugh. I saw the quotes around he whole thing and knew he wasn't doing it to pretend that was him, otherwise why put it in quotes? Quoting himself?

Relax, 'ol Bill was just giving y'all a smile!

Dec 27, 2016 - 11:30am

cut the man some slack

Can't you see Billhilly has enough problems aready, hanging from his gutter with nobody to rescue him, everyone thinking it is just a tasteless decoration that make s the whole 'hood look bad and devalues everyone's homes. They should be calling the fire department, not the city county planning & zoning commission. I bet his reckless, death wish, behavior is due to depression over metals prices, and maybe even fake gold bars he bought.

Beware Counterfeit Gold Bars

High-quality counterfeit gold bars sold in Winnipeg and other Canadian cities, police say

If you're planning on buying gold bars anytime soon, Winnipeg police are advising extra caution after a series of "suspicious transactions" at locations in the city.

The transactions took place on Nov. 30 at a number of pawn shops and gold buyers, police said, involving the sale or pawning of counterfeit one-ounce gold bars.

Six of the bars were exchanged in Winnipeg for just under $5,000.

City police said officers in other Canadian cities also investigated similar incidents.

Police said the bars and packaging were very high-quality counterfeits.

They were bearing either Perth Mint or PAMP (Produits Artistiques Métaux Précieux — Switzerland) stamps.

Police say anyone purchasing a similar bar should take extra steps to ensure its authenticity.

I noticed the same thing. But I thought I shouldn't say anything that would force him out of the closest. Need to be respectful in Turdville.
