A2A with Grant Williams

62

Grant Williams is author of the popular newsletter "Thanks That Make You Go Hmmm" as well as a co-founder of RealVisionTV. He's also a fantastic guest for A2A as we found out earlier today.

Over the course of this call, Grant addresses a variety of issues including:

  • The growing popularity of gold and gold-related investments among thought leaders in finance
  • Negative interest rates around the world and the impact on gold prices
  • The relative importance of Comex figures and other physical metal datapoints
  • The likelihood of "Brexit"...or an eventual "Gerexit", "Frexit" or "Belexit"
  • And much, much more.

This was a terrific call and we should all be grateful for Grant's willingness to share his wisdom and expertise. I hope we're able to have him on again sometime soon.

The Hammer is Dropped . . .

Well, looks like they dropped the hammer on the PMs!

From the previous thread, the discussion and responses about silver's (under)supply situation in the context of the glut in base metal production makes me think that this copper-silver positively correlated relationship as Turd has shown us via overlaid charts will diverge at some point in the not-so-distant future.

I strongly believe that when silver busts out and breaks 18.50 for good and its monetary role takes over, it will leave the said correlation in the dust and never look back.

A Jim Willie Classic

When I was a subscriber to Jim's newsletter I emailed him about a gold stock that he had in his recommended list.

His response was, " why ask me, how should I know?" I laughed and said that's good enough for me and bought some at 0.05. ( it just had a reverse 1 for 10 split, you know one of those "nice" ones )

Now it's knocking on 0.25. Thanks Jim.

@LM

You have no idea how many times I have played that song (HJ) live, because I have no idea. Maybe 600?

Fun times, not gonna lie, the lady is at work, so Hank got his due for the duration. :)

Never watched the Rush video, I prefer to let my mind create the scenery, with all music. The lost individual, finding his judgment is in play, despite the gods battling, humanity fleeing, struck me as the tone to your post. Bass player starts throwin' that lick down, trouble starts every time.

The hardest part about being right, is sitting tight.

I don't like the following:

  • Soros saying he likes gold
  • Report on Drudge that the big players are buying gold
  • Fed decision next week.

Usually this means a wrong foot and a PM smash. Hope I'm wrong, maybe it's different this time.

I'm not sure if I will buy any pm puts, but I might.

This post is for any Gov agents that might be listening. Maybe I'm wrong footing you ? ? ?

I know that everyone is excited about the Silver Manipulation Admissions from Deutsche Bank but what will it matter if their $50T+ derivative position is blown out of the water? There will be nothing left but a Huge Hole in Europe.

Let's keep an eye on the Deutsche Bank stock price because someone BIG is protecting the $16/share price.

Deutsche could blow any day now...and the rest of the financial system will go with it.

May the Road you choose be the Right Road.

good for all to BUY GOLD, so said Mervyn King, ex-governor of

the Bank of England, Asian banks and people in general, '...don’t want to rely completely on US bonds', said former governor of the Bank of England, so '... while most people take it as given the US would never default, debt comes with inherent risk. Just ask the people who invested in Puerto Rican bonds.'

Thanks Dirt_Reynolds

That was a very interesting video and string of music...

However, for my taste and in general my theme song!

Hank Williams, Jr. - "Country Boys Can Survive" (Official Music Video)

There is a reason why the FEDS want to water the south down with all their gunk.

@Mike97

I owned it prior to the buyout. Was hoping for more of a pull back with the acquisition. Still bought more anyway.
