Hippity-Hoppity, Jackass On His Way

222

Every time we do one of these "holiday weekend specials", I get complaints that I didn't give Jim enough time. "More Jackass!", everyone screams. Well, here's 150 minutes of unedited audio. Knock yourself out.

There's really no sense in trying to give you a string of bullet points that summarize what was discussed. I remember questions about gold, derivatives, the dollar, UFOs...you name it. It's all here for your listening pleasure.

Note, too, that I tried to not interrupt too often. In this format, the listeners asked the majority of the questions so I just simply gave Jim the mic and let him go. As usual, there's stuff with which you'll agree, stuff with which you'll disagree and stuff that will leave you shaking your head. And that's the fun of it all!

So sit back, relax and enjoy 2.5 hours of pure Jackass.

Rob Kirby - Turd

Well the last trading day of the 2 weeks has come and gone. The only major event in precious metals has been the two consecutive days of monkey hammering that has driven price down substantially. I am actually surprised that gold is not down closer to or below 1200. I was actually expecting a bigger beating in last nights globex. This leads me to ask the question, why isn't gold and mining stocks down more ? what is keeping the cartel from getting gold to sub 1200 ?

Now, I like Rob Kirby and have watched and listened to numerous interviews and I find him to be credible and not prone to hype. So when I watched and listened to his recent interview, I believe that he truly believes what he says. He isn't taking a flyer, so I have given his allegation more thought then I would normally give someone not as credible.

Could it be that the reason the PM's and miners aren't further down is that there is some knowledge that this revelation is coming and that is giving underlying support. And it would not shock me if this announcement came early tomorrow AM. With US markets closed, would the PM prices go ballistic ? If gold does go up 50-100 tomorrow, would the cartel be able to smash it back in sunday nights globex ? or would the cat be out of the bag and would sunday night globex see gold up another 20. Then monday morning I think the short squeeze rally would send gold up another 30-50 ? So is it possible we could see gold close monday up 150-200 from here ?

I personally doubt it, but when it does go this is the type of scenerio I see playing out. Holiday weekend, trigger event, initial surge that causes most people to notice but they can't do anything about it. Second surge in globex where again the avg person can't participate. By the time reg market opens all shorts are stuck and forced to sell causing a third wave accompanied by panic spec buying.

Turd or anyone else, your thoughts ?

Re: @infometron - Woolly Bugger

I havent tried that beer, but the photo reminded me of a little lake up in the mountains where trout love to hit on wooly bugger flies when we're float tube fishing. This year I'm going to make it a point to get outdoors more and drink plenty of good beer. Helps my perspective when they play their games with the 'markets'. And the fact that there's no internet or cellphone coverage up there is another benefit for peace of mind.

McHugh sent out an email commentary earlier today

Basically he is saying that:

  • He has a sell signal in the miners
  • Other signals are saying the decline could be weak
  • Follow through has been weak
  • The last three sell signals have not been followed by a strong decline
  • But he is not confident in shorting the HUI at this time
  • He is now waiting for a buy signal to enter into call positions

Almost EXACTLY like Friday March 11

Remember this from two weeks ago? Gold held in a $2 range for hours and then smashed at 3:00 ET...

Well, here's today. Gold once again held in a $2 range for 5+ hours and then smashed lower on the Globex at 3:00 ET, well after everyone has already left for the weekend:

You don't seriously think that this is just a coincidence, do you? Let me assure you, it's NOT.

Turd article on zero hedge regarding yen and S&P

Check out this zero hedge article. About very successful hedge fund horseman global. They found that the japanese market peaks 3 to five months before the S&P in 2000 and 2008. The reason they believe, is the Japanese are huge savers and invest large amounts in the US. When the Japanese economy weakens they bring back their overseas investments. So the Yen rises and S&P falls. This makes the Yen S&P correlation much meaningful rather than bankster manipulations that I thought.

Kudos to your Yen focus Turd.

Rise in gold stocks fake out

A pattern I've noticed recently is on big gold takedowns gold stocks get smashed. Then the next day gold flattens but gold stocks do well. Third day is another smash. Option expiration is Monday so expect another smash. There must be a huge number of stops below $1200. Also first notice day on Thursday will hold gold back.

Thursday should be good to get long cause physical demand is very strong at these prices.

RE : Oh my gosh

That IS funny!

So Bill Gates' folks built an AI and in less than 24 hours the damn thing joins the Hitler Youth, advocates the use of Zyklon-B on the tribe and starts calling black people "elevator operators" and "house nig-nogs" ??? No doubt a similar machine writes the scripts used by MSM talking heads.Think about it, both are trying to start a riot....so they can film it.

If, when someone loads an entire Cray with AI and it does the same thing....

1) We are in some deep sh!t.

2) The price of ammo will go so high you will need to hire armed guards to stock it.

3) The price of used brass will rival silver.

.

I don't think AI is a good idea....but the army loves it. That usually means I'm right. (Catch twenty-three.)
