Big Changes Coming to the Global Gold Market - A Conversation with Andrew Maguire

Earlier today, I had the opportunity to visit with our friend, Andrew Maguire. Some exciting, new developments are pending in the global gold market and Andy stopped by to give all of us in Turdville a sneak preview.

The goal of this discussion was to familiarize everyone with some of the operations of the London-based, fractional reserve bullion banking system. As background, Andy references a document written by Jeffrey "Sister" Christian nearly 15 years ago. Here's a link to the pdf:

Andy goes on to inform us of a new project that he has been fortunate to be a part of...a new, 100% physical and fully-allocated precious metals exchange. You can learn more about this exchange in this article:

You can find additional information by visiting the actual website of Bullion Capital:

And here's just one page from the Bullion Capital site. It's pretty cool:

In the end, the hope is that all of these new exchanges (including SGE, HKmex, SGPMX) ultimately serve to draw away interest and liquidity from the den of vipers known as the LBMA and the Comex. As the devious influence of the bullion banks is finally removed, the metals will begin to trade solely within a 100% fully-allocated system, instead. Only then will true, free and fair price discovery finally be realized.

I'm confident that you'll find this conversation to be quite interesting and helpful and I look forward to reading your comments.

Control by the West of Financial Markets has ended

The gold/silver markets are a mirror of converging world events reflecting the total loss of control of markets by the west: The breaking of the paper/metal linkage which happened when the gold /silver markets bottomed in November '14 reflected the loss of credibility of the paper market's valuation and the migration away from paper due to its loss of credibility. That's why the paper market manipulators can't get gold/silver lower this time, because the number of 'players' in the paper market game is thinning due to its lack of credibility. That's why Andy's /Coughlan's company is placed at just the right it fills the vacuum by enabling the physical metals to take the customers disenchanted with the paper system and to restablish price discovery again through pricing physical metals properly. This trend was borne from the abject failure of the paper system and has an unstoppable momentum. Its remarkable that Andy's /Coughlan's company starts just as the market demonstrates that the paper manipulators have failed at restoring the PM bear the timing is excellent. Note also how the timing corresponds with other major world events reflecting the same failure of credibility of the paper dollar world system: Massive dumping of dollars by China, Russia and most sovereigns, the loss of the credibility of the Petrodollar, the very clear crisis building in the western banking cabals control of markets with their credit default swaps which are imploding unseen by most of us as oil price drops , failures in shale companies etc are building to where they won't be able to be covered up, the huge number of countries now with negative interest rates, the notable failures of the plunge protection team in keeping the ramp in stock prices going, the obvious failures in US companies keeping up the illusion of prosperity while earnings are disintegrating and market health reports have a 95% miss rate in meeting expectations this year, and most clearly by all the failures of the governments of the west from stemming the groundswell of dissatisfaction with their paper system by the people (ie the protests in Greece, the failures in Ukraine, Ferguson Mo, etc. ).Despite what you may read about deflation, what we are seeing is the start of a hyperinflationary collapse based upon the world's disenchantment of the dollar as world currency and the start towards replacing it with a credible pm backed currency.

Try this Maguire overview for the physical market description

Fingers crossed. Sounds too good. He describes an extremely liquid and transparent market this Friday with more details than the A2A. I'm hoping what he says is legit and this platform fully functioning. The mere fact that the miners can access this platform and not do one off agreements will speak volumes on them surviving the hedging/capitalization nightmares. He says it starts next week and was extremely open on membership numbers (50) and the vaulting centers. No GOFO and the price collars are the clues that we had that the BBs were taking this very seriously. He also mentioned it was scheduled for first week of Feb. but they did not have the PBOC as a bonafide LBMA member till this week. Really explains the GOFO and collar timing and why S$r$s is pressing so hard to get his heel to the throat of the internet . The idiots might learn something if gold can catch real market fire. Man, even a 10% arbitrage would throw gold up over $2600 in the oil purchase market alone. Fingers crossed...
