Another 3-day Weekend? Must Be Time For Some Jackass!

In what has become a tradition here in Turdville, our pal Jim Willie stopped by this morning for a wide-ranging, hour long discussion. <Note: This is a free, public thread!>

This baby checks in at just over an hour so you might want to break it up into parts. Download this to your computer/ipad and, if you need some time away from the pool or the beach, put in your earbuds and go to town! Amongst the topics discussed are these:

  • The latest developments in the budding "Eur-Asian Alliance"
  • The progress the BRIC nations are making in setting up the 21st Century financial system
  • Falling U.S. interest rates and the treasury market
  • DoucheBank and the other walking, TBTF zombies

Jim has promised to join us again for our next 3-day weekend in July. Until then, this hour-long discussion should satisfy even the most starved info-junkie.

Have a great weekend!

@ atarangi- Working On It...

Thanks atarangi. Gee, remember the good old days when the trolls would predictably come out on the week-ends and the fun to be had by tearing them a new one?"

Spartacus Rex goes fishing

Spartacus Rex 72 years old and loves to fish… He was sitting in his boat the other day when he heard a voice say, ‘Pick me up.' He looked around and couldn't see anyone. He thought he was dreaming when he heard the voice say again, 'Pick me up.' He looked in the water and there, floating on the top, was a frog. Spartacus said, 'Are you talking to me?' The frog said, 'Yes, I'm talking to you. Pick me up, then kiss me and I'll turn into the most beautiful woman you have ever seen. I'll make sure that all your friends are envious and jealous, because I will be your bride!'

Spartacus looked at the frog for a short time, reached over, picked it up carefully and placed it in his shirt pocket. The frog said, 'What, are you nuts? Didn't you hear what I said? I said, Kiss me, and I will be your beautiful bride.' He opened his pocket, looked at the frog and said, 'Nah. At my age, I'd rather have a talking frog.'

@ Derrick

So let me get this straight. R U trying to tell us that Fraud & Manipulation doesn't matter, as the "means" justifies the ends? What am I missing?

Willie and the Global Confluence

Yes, Willie is out there pounding the Totalitarian Fascist Nazi State of the USA, as typical, driving all others into the Eurasian Trade Zone. But if you have an ear for it, is you can catch the under current, if you understand the global confluence, there are many hints displayed in his interview with turd.

Sellers do not bomb their customers. The world is becoming increasingly interconnected, and that has not stopped throughout the history of man kind. He talks about the China in Africa building rail system, and talks about China instructing Iran and Sudan to chill out, make friends. What is he is really teaching here is how a member of the "core" of interconnected countries (Russia, US, China, Japan etc) naturally try to bring "GAP" countries, eg Iran, there between, into the fold of civilized interconnected nations. While the US has in part used foreign policies of difference sorts, the drivers and effects and over all directions, are the same. While many disagree with the use of US sanctions, eg Iran, the Chinese are per willie bent on the doing essentially the very same things, only that the means employed are different. The US could bomb Iran, the US could blockade Iran, the US has sanctioned Iran, for newk development, but the intent is to chill them out, and bring them into the fold. While many in the US may fear such economic growing ties, it is actually a good thing for man kind. The Russia-China gas deal is along the lines of strengthening the interconnectedness. Surely its never a straight line, Putin stealing Crimea and US Sanctions, for example, but the drivers and long term trend is very much intact, only the means employed are different. Razputin was a bad boy, and the US is trying to spank that arrant child, but in the long term, things could not be better, and are generally getting much better, world wide and for man kind.

Surely many here only look at the dark side of the wiggles of the continuous ascent of man, but in stepping back, and looking at long term trends, it is marching on, and can not be stopped. Sure, there are corrections in this, the bull market of all times, as the trudville howls screech louder and louder, but minor set backs from time to time are expected and natural, as negative feedback increases, the world is kept on course to more civility and more common interconnectiveness.

The US and the world will learn, once again, through negative feedback econo-implosions and disruptions, that fiat aint worth a continental, that gold keeps everyone honest, and war and fiat will transit to trade and real money, before our eyes, as gold become the next world reserve currency. If you listen carefully, in between the sreeches, with an unbiased eye towards recognizing the trend of all times, you may sense a glorious future for man world wide.

== Next Post

Fraud, Manipulation, corruption is but a symptom of that totalitarian socialistic fascist cesspool in DC, caused by 100 years of leftist political pandering, and it will end, and end badly, but with it, a rebirth of Freedom, Justice, and Real Honest money. Yes, we do go periods of back sliding, as is now in the USSA, but negative feedback will destroy the NY goons and bought politicians in DC, in a glorious rebirth. Those who walk with the spirit, do not fear these horrible corrections in the ascent of man, we welcome them, as negative feedback to, by and large, keep man kind on course. Hilter was good in teaching the world what evil truly is. Fiat is good, to re teach the lessons of honest money and trade. It is a difficult walk for man, throughout the centuries, with many set backs, but the trend is there for all those willing see.

Very Truly Yours, Diamond Fleece

Memorial Day Weekend

As we gather with family and friends, try working into your conversations that the 2 best sources of economic, financial, and geo-political news are Turd and Jackass.

Have a great weekend and keep in mind what the day is about.

May 24, 2014 - 8:39am

banks, money, and a side story.

The same bank that collects 888.00 a month in interest on my mortgage refused to cash a 2nd party check for me because it was larger than the balance in my personal checking account. I quietly closed all my accounts at the bank after 14 years. When Americans wake up and spend a bit of time and energy to investigate how money is really created and that their debt is created by keystrokes to eat of their sweat and labor for life we may get some outrage. The only reason the man at the store will give you something for those green pieces of paper is he is just as ignorant about "money" as you are. I think I just ended a sentence in a preposition.

In keeping with the weekend Memorial Day theme, two years ago last October on a sunny morning we laid to rest my father in law. He was a decorated Korean War vet as well as having participated in military operations all over the globe. He had a full military funeral and buried at Andersonville which is now National Park. It was one of the worst Union prisoner of war camps and me being a Yankee it was eerie to me to be a final resting place. Union prisoners of war died in just over a year in a mosquito invested stockade with little food and no clean drinking water. I believe over 13 thousand men died. Their blood still cries out. Mac, we miss you and I sure love your daughter. A toast. Thanks.
