4th Amendment to the US Constitution

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized

I wonder if our overseers are cognizant of this part of the Bill of rights? Oh yes. since I pay a telephone bill, then my phone calls are "public" and not covered by this amendment.

Best first or second post ever!!

6th Amendment

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense

We can only hope this applies to Jamie Dimon some day soon

Quiet audience

To be honest with you TF, I'm kind of stunned by the utter chaos in our country.

Other than prepping and staying up to date, there's not much more to do.

Your audience is prepped and locked and loaded.

Now, we're quiet and just laying low. No need to shoot off and expose a position with a big cloud of black powder smoke.

Really Jim? Because, you see, I just don't know how that feels. I would rather kick his face and piss on him.

TV media priority

The story priority tonight on every major news network was the killing of a 34 year old woman by law enforcement officers in Washington DC. She was driving around DC crazy with a child in her car. She was clearly panicked in the video that I saw and was attempting to evade multiple cops with drawn guns.

Strangely, the story literally popped up only 30 minutes after the alt-media began covering Dana Bash (CNN capitol hill correspondent) and Harry Reid's exchange. In the exchange, Reid basically is exposed preventing the approval of the NIH funding while children with cancer are awaiting treatment.

This exchange would have been the story of the day. But, because the Capitol police were chasing this woman with her 18 month old baby in the car, it became the story of the day. Initially, CNN reported that there were shots fired, shooter loose. Now, it turns out the lady was completely unarmed, did not fire a gun because she had no firearm, and the injuries to law enforcement were either from getting in front of her car or something related to her car. LAPD has procedures to handle these types of drivers. The LAPD doesn't just shoot the driver. Why was this lady shot? We'll probably never know.

But, the one thing I do know is the event buried the most obvious evidence of the sociopathic nature of the Senators in the US Senate. Reid's response to Dana Bash is so bad that it is nauseating.

There's blow-harder websites trying to cover for Reid, but there is no coverage when it comes to a politician who is so ignorant and callous. It's shocking how weak Reid's healthcare and medical knowledge really is. And, yet, citizens are told to trust this guy and Obama to provide that care. Obama has the audacity to stand in the Rose Garden saying that the doctors offices are open during the government shut down. They might be open now, but if MediCare and Medicaid doesn't pay the states, those offices will have an awfully bleak holiday season.

One thing that clearly escapes the attention of most people is that the President has the ability to continue programs and funding. The treatment of sick people requiring experimental drugs and procedures at NIH should be exempted from the White House initiated partial shutdown.

Basically, they would rather continue funding to hundreds of thousands of DHS and TSA agents while the White House is stopping a few dozen children with cancer from life saving treatment. I find it a reprehensible example of government gone awry.

It is why I have been writing on this blog since before inception to warn people of the dangerous mandates that are being foisted on us as citizens. You should never assume that the government cares about your needs. They don't. The only thing that can protect your life is your neighbor, your family, and yourself. The government is NOT my family and it is NOT my village.

I am disappointed that the White House would shut down life saving care at NIH while the White House claims that they have protected healthcare. The Obama Administration is the worst double-talking administration in my life.

I thought Clinton and Bush 43 was bad. Obama is the worst double talker probably in our nation's brief history. The only other guy who was this bad about lying as POTUS was probably Clinton himself (I did not have sexual relations with that woman). Geez, at least Nixon resigned. These guys in the Obama team will not admit they are wrong and are willing to sacrifice the nation to prove their point. It appears that they would rather burn the government down than adjust their thinking even for one sentence or bill.

Remember this... with the BLS data fictional and artificially inflated, the economy was already weak starting in June/July. This government shut-down and the ripple effects will result in damage to the holiday shopping season.

Oct 4, 2013 - 12:50am

Well, yeah...

There's the big war going on, and as with the other wars... things will continue getting better for the winners, and those who are aligned with the losers (politicians, bankers) will become more and more dazed and confused, that's what happens.

The War is basically 2 fronts-

1-The Politicians/Political "systems" vs Constitutional Governments of, by, and for the people that used to be ran by 'governors' who govern according to the responsibility of the position. (politicians use the power of the position to promote their personal agenda)

The other front...

2 The World-wide fiat financial systems with all it's fake markets and such,... vs Real Money, Silver and Gold. (as dictated by our Constitution)

The Fiat and Political systems are falling apart at the seams. So what, it's no reason to worry. Just keep stackin, and watching as SSJ stated above.

This Obamacare non-sense will be gone soon, it's a joke. IMO the Obamster will be impeached before next summer... no hard feelings toward him, but he appears to be done and getting done'er'.

Sure, there will be a lot of hype and hysteria in the media... which is almost a 3rd front to this thing (Misinformation/Education vs Natural Common Sense), but a lot of people are coming off the ledge and realizing that the sun still shines, the veggies grow, and Only Silver and Gold are still Money, even if fake markets fail and government imposters fall.

Now we stack, and watch, and enjoy our constitutional liberties and freedoms to the fullest. We say what we want to say,... stack the metals at banker discounted prices. We buy guns and ammo to our hearts content etc.. Life is good, do what you love to do with people you love to do it with. Talk to your people about doing the same.

These poor idiots on the losing team (Politicians, Wall St... msm)... their whole show is a joke at this point. The ridiculous false flags practically even have the msm rolling their eyes.

As for the ChartWare driven silver price index that is running in final Madoff Mode..... i didn't do a slide today (got an MSG headache) but the ChartWare settings apparently stayed the same, and the silver price index closed out the day in the middle of the 15 cent window, AGAIN!!

Except for the ChartWare induced drop with the planted Bartster email, (where they were doing a chart simulation of a "Manipulated Markets" reaction to the gov shutdown).. except for that... what is it,?, like 8 days now closing the day in a 15 cent window?? That's WAY beyond unheard of. They ain't even changing the settings....

Here is that whole story from yesterday- https://www.tfmetalsreport.com/comment/369543#comment-369543

Maybe it's about time for the big controlled metals price jump that all these planted hoax support stories are supposed to have us all prepped up for.. whatever. ok, we'll all act shocked... since they did go to all that trouble. Central fake markets gonna be gone too.

They aren't even manipulated markets at this point, they just run the ChartWare, publish a few reports for anybody still following along, and that's it.

The bigger this crisis gets, the worse for Wall St... the worse for Wall St., the better for Main St. Main St. will thrive. Wall Street dying will be like a giant cancerous tumor getting cut off the face of humanity.

No matter how much their msm would like for you to believe that life stops without them... lol, BS! Gas cheaper, food cheaper, local courts will probably deed all homes back to the owners as the TBTF banks are dying.

....."derivatives, futures markets, bond markets, all those 'price indexes'.. oh yeah, i remember, vaguely... it WAS all pretty silly."

Honestly, this Politician shutdown thing might just stay that way.. who cares?

But yes, it has been a long long road and a lot of folks are a little worn down. So help them step back and see things in perspective.

If they are all caught up in the Wall St. /"markets"/political "system" thinking.., help them scoot on over to reality a little bit and let go of that narrative.. cause it's going away real soon, it's dying, it has no legitimate claim to existence. And so we'll see.

Now, to go sleep til i wake up in about 10 hours,... then go take a wander through the gym,... go have a big fat All-American breakfast... and see if i can make it through another day of this “Crisis”. Yep, she’s a real doozy.

@ Strongsidejedi

That was truly an excellent post, I was listening to the radio when the Harry Reid story started to pick up traction, and of course some woman had to be executed to get it off the top of the news.

As far as our politicians preferring to take down the country in order to save face,

I don't think they care so much about their faces, they don't even care about perception anymore,

their only objective is to take down the country. Everything else is just for entertainment.

I really think that combining the “budget battle”, with the “debt ceiling battle”, is all the ingredients they need to do extreme damage.

They will milk it for everything it's worth, and it will be the tea parties fault.

I think the “tea party” has effectively replaced Al Qaeda as public enemy number one.

There are too many rules involved when you want to use military engagement, especially on a civilian populace in your own country.

I think our military is about to be replaced by FEMA and DHS, and those poor souls stuck guarding poppy plants in Afghanistan will simply be “defunded”.

There won't be any good guys running to the rescue.

I can already see how the press is beginning to spin this.

Surprise surprise, 8 a.m. smack down.

Come on Bart, become a whistleblower.

Perhaps we should all send email to the CFTC a couple of minutes before 8 and say the smack down will occur in two minutes.

700 Tons Scheduled For Dec Delivery with 24 in Dealer Inventory!

I was reading on the Miles Franklin Blog where Bill Holter details out how there are over 700 tons of gold scheduled for delivery in Dec. with less than 24 tons in the eligible category. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to realize what is coming as Turd you have been so articulately laying out for us the last several weeks. I never realized that 700 tons was what they are on the hook for? Wow how will this end?

Turd if you had to guess in a normal average month what percentage of contracts that are standing for delivery actually take delivery? 50%?

You can read whole article here.... https://blog.milesfranklin.com/oops-my-bad

Federal Government is Vindictive in closing Public Land

There is a small dirt access to a local river that is used for canoes and small boats near me. People park on the side of the road and access the river. This access has now been closed off with a sign and tape that says "Due to a lapse in appropriations, all US Fish and Wildlife Lands, including National Wildlife Refuges are closed for the duration of the federal government shutdown. All programs and activities are cancelled."

I have never seen any federal workers at this site, there are no programs or activities there. There is no cost to having the access to the river stay open. The federal government is being vindictive and trying to create as much pain as it can. I never use this access but seeing this action by the federal government tells me all I need to know about the people behind this action.

The federal government has also closed parking lots at national seashore park beaches, even though there is no cost to leaving the lots open.

This kind of unneeded hostility to the American people, limiting their unfettered access to public lands and waters indicates that things will get a lot worse before they get better. I think that Mr. Fix may be on to something.

Gold and Silver will go higher, continue to stack, we do not know when this will explode but it is certain that it will explode.

Federal Government is Vindictive in closing Public Land

It is worse than them closing the sites. They are actually spending more money closing these sites than they would if the government stayed open.

Saw a report where they brought out barricades to block access to a colonial farm in northern VA. There are no federal employees and no federal funding. It is on federal land. The workers are volunteers and their programs are funded by people using the site. Without visitors, if this goes on long enough, they will not be able buy feed for the animals. Incredibly stupid.

They tried the block Mt. Vernon, but failed as it is owned by a private organization.

They told WI to close some state parks. They have a few employees funded by a federal grant. The parks have stayed open and the few employees paid for by the grants are staying home.

Just like the sequester, they are trying to make it as bad a possible for as many people as possible.

BTW, the golf course where Obama plays is open but the PXs on the same military base are closed. Can you say "Let them eat cake."

Oct 4, 2013 - 9:52am

Guess I just don't understand

why public lands aren't public.

Their actions tell me they are trying to incite their own riot. And when you are being manipulated, and you realize this, you also must realize that acquiescing to their manipulation is rarely to your own benefit. Be mindful, be smart, counter their manipulation in a way that does not play into their hands.

Oct 4, 2013 - 9:55am

A LOT les than that

But as Bill points out, with "only" 24 mts available the Comex is wiped out with just 8000 deliveries.

Again, THE BIG QUESTION is: What will JPM do? Of their 70,000 net LONG position, it's likely 50,000 is in Dec13, at a minimum. Do they roll into Feb and Apr OR do they break the bank???

I wouldn't want to be short...

Far be it from me to deign any sort of expertise on the matter. But looking at past history, don't hold your breath for a default. The blogosphere has been bloviating about a default on the COMEX every December for the past 5 years, and it never has come close to fruition. Is it different this year? I don't know, but I wouldn't count on it, based on past history.

Less than 10% of contracts stand for actual delivery. Many of those contracts are positions owned by the banks themselves. Do they shoot themselves in the foot? Or do they keep the ponzi going? I tend to think it's not the bankers time yet to blow the COMEX to smithereens. (Unless there is a black swan between now and then). They are positioning themselves to pounce just in case.............

Epic thread

This is an epic thread guys.

Look at the context guys.

I have had the opinion for the past several weeks that the playing by politicians in front of the cameras is just faked up. These people know what is going on with the US gov't budgets and deficits and debt.

In the last 48 hours, people on this blog have posted information that:

  • World Bank shows US reserves lower in 2012 than any prior year. This lead the poster to conclude that the gold reserves of the US were pledged or leased away in 2012.
  • TF posts about decaying gold inventory in COMEX vaults. We've also posted much analysis on GLD and gold reserves in HSBC's London vaults.
  • Another person posts facts about local lands that are owned by the federal government being blocked off.
  • Keg then responds by pointing out that the White House initiated partial shut down of access to these public lands cost more money than to just maintain status quo (these federal lands are not generally staffed by federal agency personnel and are empty land).
  • The Obama gov't then funds DHS, TSA, and surveillance systems (NSA, CIA, FBI) but strangely DOD events (like Miramar air show, the service academy football games, and rescue operations) are inexplicably canceled (DOD reversed the cancelation of the service academy football games).
  • Unfortunately, the children with cancer are still without access to the NIH doctors and the experimental chemotherapy drugs because Senator Reid is blocking consideration of NIH funding (Reid tabled the bill for consideration instead of letting it come to a vote).
  • Meanwhile, the markets yawn and do not move. So, the market sees through the political idiocy. We do too (because we are the market). Plus, the banks appear to have turned off the volatility HFT algo's.

So, the banks have drawn a line in the sand. If the USD fails, the banks are screwed also. So, I find the entire thread epic because the gold reserve drainage reflects our nation's inability to be paid by other nations. It also reflects the declining trust and confidence in the USD. Then, you have the simultaneous observations from people on the street observing the closure of streets and lands to access. The banks are irate with the politicians because the politicians do not respect who owns something. The politicians seem to believe that they can just confiscate by passing a new law. The banks appear to be telling the politicians that the politics will be ignored.

The simultaneous existence of substantially drained gold reserves at COMEX and US Treasury plus the unwillingness of some politicians to lift the debt ceiling ($17,000,000,000,000 [17 trillion USD$]) leads me to conclude that some have finally realized that there is no way to can kick past October 15.

In fact, it seems that the federal reserve is awfully quiet. They know it's bad. You have to wonder if this morning's missing BLS report made it to Bernanke's desk anyway.

Anyway, just some thoughts and musings for the day.
