It was a weird day that began with a dump in the Comex metals and some more hawkish nonsense from Chief Goon Powell. But then an interesting set of headlines emerged regarding cyberattacks and the PMs rallied. However, with just ten minutes to go in the NYSE session, the S&P suddenly and mysteriously surged into the green. Maybe those "cyberattacks" are actually Russian buy programs?
