Thursday (Friday) Conversation - David Jensen

The #SilverSqueeze movement has been rolling for a couple of weeks now and it has certainly been interesting to watch. However, for it to have a long-term impact, we must continue to draw physical metal away from the Bullion Banks and force a de-leveraging of the fractional reserve pricing scheme.

It is in understanding this that I reached out to David Jensen this week. You'll recall that David is an expert precious metals analyst and that he played a vital role in documenting and explaining the #PalladiumSqueeze" of 2016-2020.

So let's bring this full circle. Can silver ultimately be squeezed in the same manner as palladium? Recall palladium saw its price move up 5X as The Banks were forced to unwind leveraged short positions and source actual, physical metal, instead.

If this were to happen in the weeks and months ahead, what would be the signs and signals to look for? For that answer, we turn to David. Please be sure to give this podcast a thorough listen and note the chart below when he mentions it in the second half of the podcast.

Thanks for listening and sharing.

How to get me some $LINK

How do we get some? Have to open a coin / digital wallet app or whatever? Feel like I might as well put a few bucks into some crypto.

Great content

That's why this site is worth the price of admission. TF has built a great metals community and his analysis and interviews are awesome. Lots of great posts that make you think and learn if you want. Just glad I'm here.

We never know what impact

each of us may have on these forums. Thanks for thinking it worth posting juniormint99!

I just watched Nate Fisher do an interview with Palisades Radio that already has 10k views. He wrote the renaissancemen.org blog that got #Silverqueeze started on reddit and retweeted by SprottMoney.

His analysis and conclusions echo what we have been fighting for the last decade, and it was a product of independent analysis. Very powerful and more proof we are reaching a tipping point!

So why do I believe

That this is the end of silver manipulation. Why money of course. First Majestic is banking all that premium money. How long before all the other mining companies get on the bandwagon. Do you really think shareholders will put up with a CEO's who fails to get that sweet extra cash. Yes it will take time for a switchover. Of course. Renegotiations are going to become common I think. I'd be running to the courts monday to find a way to break contracts. 17 % is a pretty hard core driver for change. The bottom line is everything.

Reddit post

The post you allowed me to share on Reddit is getting lots of upvotes. One person responded with much gratitude for the post so I wanted to share it here. Maybe we are getting some attention with it. Everywhere I have posted the post it has been getting many upvotes.

clif high

Back in the day, the dude spoke truth. A LOT of what he predicted came true, or nearly true....

Since then, though, I think probably now he is getting garbage in, garbage out in terms of data. I think what he had going on was legit, but he has now been foiled because he was speaking too much truth and the logic he used in his predictive methodology has been intentionally corrupted so as to marginalize him to the point that he was no longer able to "speak truth to power".

I think he had a good thing going, and he has been sabotaged, but I am just a guy in northern MI with a Lenovo sitting on my couch, and, yes, I'm a dope.

I don't know

I never know what to make of Clif High. Anyone have any good info on how accurate he has been in the past on some of his insights/predictions?

Feb 12, 2021 - 9:08pm

So let me get this straight...

After #SilverShortSqueeze started, JPM freaks out and downgrades silver miners. The following week, they come out and say that oil will be the next big short squeeze. While it could very well be true, and I do have some OIH, TAN and PBW calls (oil and energy stocks should do well next few months) doing very good this week, it is obvious they are trying to distract everyone with the hopes of creating bit of a pressure valve for the silver market. "HEY GUYS... DON'T LOOK OVER HERE, LOOK OVER THERE!!!"

Feb 12, 2021 - 9:01pm

I have fought with all of the same feelings. I have always come back to this....

Everything I own, one day, will be worthless. Everyone on the planet will be dead, and there will be nobody left to buy it from me.

BUT, until that day comes, there will be all kinds of different fads that come and go that people will pay WAY TOO MUCH FOR. Right now, Crypto is what people are paying way too much for, so I am in the game.

Is it the prefect investment for forever? nope.... Is it the perfect investment for right fucking now? Probably, yeah, it really, really is.....

That is why I am in it. Lots of people talk shit on crypto because "what, really, is it, what can it do, blah, blah, blah".... If you take too long to answer that question, you will miss out on all the gains happening RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE IN BOLD FACED CAPITAL LETTERS.

I don't want to hijack the

I don't want to hijack the thread, I know this is a metals blog and respect Craig too much...but I also don't understand people who feel it is either/or. I have rotated into and out of metals and crypto since 2017. Crypto is the hot topic right now...but it is nice to change it into shiny too. I'll always consider under $50/oz ag a bargain...and loving 10oz engelhard bars that look pretty in the overhead light....
