Thursday Conversation - Marin Katusa

I know, I know. It's only Wednesday. But my afternoon is such that this audio needs to be posted today, instead. Additionally, this just means that we'll have a regular podcast tomorrow.

So I was able to track down Marin Katusa yesterday. Many of you had been suggesting that I bring him in for an update after he began discussing this theory of his back in May: https://katusaresearch.com/the-importance-of-dollar-swap-lines/

Since so many of us have an interest in the mining shares, I'm very happy to have him explain all of this in his own words for you today.

But the second half of this podcast focuses upon a company that we first brought to your attention back in June...Gold Mining, Inc. https://www.tfmetalsreport.com/podcast/10172/special-podcast-amir-adnani...

Marin has been a LONG-TERM investor in this company and Amir Adnani is doing some things there that are pretty unique. So please take time to listen to the full podcast as I'm planning to buy some more shares in GLDLF as soon as I can free up some cash in my miner IRA.

And you might check this news that just hit today. A very interesting development...https://www.barchart.com/story/stocks/quotes/GLDLF/news/29055/goldmining...

Thanks again to Marin for his time. I'm confident that you'll benefit by listening to this podcast.

This was great

As a daughter of girls, thanks for posting!

The best Marin!

Turd, Great interview - thanks for continuously bringing on quality guests!

informative video on swap lines. Reduce other central banks selling of banks reserves (i.e treasuries bonds) to "stabilize" the financial markes...epsecially if China and Russia are selling...

Don't completely agree with Marin on this. Swap lines may help however its no certainty at all on a monetary reset. In fact you could argue countries such as US (Canada less) may have as well a high risk confiscation (being also history) in a worst case scenario.

Novo price action

Also holding my Novo. The ultimate proof of concept will be the first dore bar - projected for First quarter 2021. I can wait. Been accumulating since 2014.

Aug 6, 2020 - 3:09pm

It could be.

It could be. But then again, past performance is no gaurantee ... It could also be that the broker houses are so screwed up with mining share rehypothecation that it has just gone bizarro OR some large holdings had to liquidate due to margin calls? Or you could be right, they(those guys) are pouring on the shorts to profit from the big smash which they have been tipped off is coming soon? Maybe TF can figure this one out. When you play in the casino, they have tthe upper hand!

Aug 6, 2020 - 2:08pm

Novo PP @ 3.25.

Even following things, here, I didn't see that coming. I have changed my profit taking plans for NVO and will hold instead. Even with all the excitement about the mill picked up, I worry it will a long time before see $4.00 (which we would have with the general rise over the two days it was halted. That's 14% rise to get back to before the halt.

I haven't added (I would be averaging up) but put money to work where I'm not trying to work off a large loss, from last week, like in this case.

CHR too.

Thanks! No, just a retired State of Oregon planner. My best plan is playing out in front of our eyes!! Hi Ho Silver, away......

Aug 6, 2020 - 11:19am

That is the image they are

That is the image they are trying to project - convincing people to dump their money into SLV and GLD so the banks can use that cash to lower the price and screw all the people that thought they were going long.......

Taking down the SLV and GLD bagholders
