TFMR Podcast - Friday, May 15

215

It was a great end to a great week where the old TFMR adage is proven yet again. To celebrate, I thought we should make this podcast immediately public in the hope that more people will choose to come along with us on this ride.

We are in the early stages of what will be the greatest precious metal bull market you are likely to see in your lifetime. To profit from this...and to secure your future...I urge you to consider a membership to TFMR. Its only $12/month and, this weekend only, we're running a discount due to the uncertain economic times.

And just so you know, it's not like we just stumbled upon this last week. Here are links to our two most recent annual forecasts. Please take a look. You'll see that we're clearly onto something and ahead of the curve in terms of analysis:

So, if you'd like to join us, just go to this link: www.tfmetalsreport.com/subscribe. Once there, select the monthly subscription option and then enter the coupon code "GOLD". This will save you $6 on your first month but every dollar counts at a time like this. I hope you'll join us. You'll find that the regular $12/month cost can be made up pretty quickly through the information we share here.

For today, just a lengthy general discussion followed by a mention of this story that broke right after the NYSE close: https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/fed-warns-stocks-face-significant-decl...

From there, we begin with these screenshots:

Next, we discuss Comex gold and silver and the persistent premiums/spreads versus spot:

Next, we check the daily and weekly charts of the mining shares:

And we close the week as we always do, with a look at your latest CoTs...which remain the most"bullish" since late June of last year.

Again, I hope non-members of TFMR will take the time to join us. You can bump along doing your own thing OR you can spend 40¢/day to learn A LOT about the precious metals and mining shares and then put that knowledge to use.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Maybe I missed people pointing it out but isn't the stimulus basically "Helicopter" money under a different name...

In other words insanity is here....

Got Gold and Silver?

See this

Now here's the thing: as Deutsche Bank recently showed, so far this new debt avalanche was entire monetized exclusively by the Fed, whose debt purchasing operations have been far greater than the net Treasury issuance.

FYI I look at the Spot charts...

Craig quotes resistance in Futures.

So that is perhaps why different numbers on resistance appear.

Oh and I am no Superstar (Robobrewer's statement...Thanks for the props Robo!) ...many are a level above me...but I am a sponge and try to take the best out of everyone and research and challenge their thoughts all while incorporating some of my own.

Also I think I know my limits and try to understand others strengths...For example last week I used a "lifeline" to SRS Rocco...Dude knows mining figures...STRENGTH...Get it?

Resistance doesn't necessarily mean pull back...

It just means that is the next decision point.

Of course the RSI is up there (I say that without even looking)...

And of course many options: It could blow through...it could pull back...it could consolidate...etc.

Last night I just knew once it broke out aggressively and based on how quickly it came down that it was thin right up to that point.

I believe Silver is going to at least $21 soon...by soon say July maybe August.

If you go a conservative $1800 Gold divide by and 85-1 GSR that would be $21.17 Silver. And I think Gold is going higher while Silver tries to revert back to at least AT LEAST 85-1.

That is my thought process.

Decisions, decisions:

Greetings Scoremore!

Good thing you pulled the trigger last night. You are looking like a superstar now.

I had an out of the money call option trade going since 5/1 and since I more than doubled my principal in 2 weeks, I played it safe and took full profits. Now it is decision time and it revolves that $16.61 resistance you so prophetically predicted.

I want to pull the trigger on another round of calls to continue profiting from this leg up but where do I get in? Will there be any retracement? If there is, how much can we hope for if we are looking for an entry point?

Looking at the near term charts, especially Craig's Daily candlestick, its easy to presume there will be no retracement until at least after one more strong day up.

Perhaps it can fall back as far as $16.20 - $16.30?

Maybe the cartel can bash it further to $15.80 - $16.00?

Due to the explosiveness of todays breakout, I find it harder than usual to decide upon where I want to initiate a new trade.

I will be watching closely when the Asian markets open on Sunday and then Monday morning to try to get an idea of which way the winds are blowing!

Decisions, decisions...
