Penny Stocks?

Turd, you've done such a great job with the site, I'm sure you've gone over hundreds or thousands of items in the last couple of months, sort of like a bride preparing for a massive wedding; so I feel bad bringing this up - but many of us seem to enjoy investing in the penny mining stocks, and these are quite risky and for novices I think it might be prudent to give them their own forum and separate them from the larger mines. Limit them to any under $50 million or $100 million market cap?
