Class four Zombie out brake?

If you really believe in a mob take over, fire arms really won't help at all. (I) even if you had enough bullets for your thunder sticks the question remains. How could you deal with the stress, lack of sleep, hunger? Your body and mind will shut down. The mob could quite possibly seem endless. The only remaining option is to become invisible. Thoughts any one? Does this sound ridiculous?
