Silver had a great day today and miners are responding. I sold a few of my juniors not performing well as they were going down a few months ago but bought a little Wallbridge at .35 near the bottom of the liquidation smash. I still consider Wallbridge to be a great specultion hell I also bought some at .69 in Jan and haven't sold any. Wallbridge is my highest share count in my portfolio and up 10% today.
So recently there were rumblings that Wallbridge would be added to the GDXJ, it was not. Recently seen .97 CAD to a a high of $1.35 CAD and now today down to $1.03 CAD.
Given recent information and price action, what are current or past investors view on this stock.
...now that its market cap exceeds $1bn. That has been my experience over the last two weeks. I sold down my position significantly today although I still hold an interest. I would hold off on acquiring an interest until there is a stronger reason to buy.
I am on a web page w/a lot of Wallbridge stock owners. I myself have a substantial amount of stock. People on the message board want to know when we will get some positive news to help the stock to rise like other explorers. People are tired of waiting & are selling to invest their monies in other stocks w/a better p.r. resource. I think it would help if we had someone like a Keith Neumeyer who is always positive even when times are bad. Mr Kord does seem to have the knack as a good presenter. We need some good news to move the price up where it should be. Everyone I talk to on the message board complains & want to sell. I tell them to hang in there, things will get better. My question is when w/AU at 2000 plus we need a lot of forward thinking about good prospects in the near term. Thanks Jack
Not sure what is happening to ELY. Could you ask Eric about the huge drop in share price? I know there are some news letters like the Junior Mining junky that are selling all royalties other than Sandstorm. But does this explain the drop from 1.60 to 1.05 US?

Are we in the middle of the greatest gold bullmarket ever? So gold miners will mint money. What will the larges cap dirt plays do? Many will continue to waste shareholder money digging ever more holes in the ground. The only way to get a return on shareholder investment is to start extracting the gold or sell it to someone who is smart enough to do the same. Start examining juniors in terms of potential mines. There are three questions to answer before you can do a NPV. Whats the capex? How much time before first pour? What will be the annual production in oz? Wallbridge hasn't even done a 43-101. They need to spend millions more drilling before they can give investors a 43-101? Its worth half a billion dollars?
WallBridge is so many years away from being a mine its silly. How much does increasing the years before you can begin extraction lower the NPV? Play with those numbers. Exactly what is going to make WLBMF share price go up relative to other miners? Another large cap "Gold Dirt" money graveyard.
Just curious Steve what are some of your mining investments? Are you a holder of Wallbridge & if not why did you bad mouth the stock. It seems Sprott has this stock as his 2nd or 3rd most invested mining stock. That is why I invested big time because of that. Sprott called it a camp because it had so much gold in tabasco. I thank you for your comments but ask you these questions to double check my thinking so I don't make any investing mistakes.
My biggest investment is Aurcana. It will produce as much as silver as Alexco (3 million oz per year). Both are expected to pour early? next year. AUNFF is barely 1/3 the market cap of AXU. Aurcana also has a second mine that was closed due to low silver prices. It will be reopened in a couple years adding another 3 million ounces production.
Some very inexpensive smaller gold producers that I own are.
GPL, TPRFF, FIOGF
ASM and ISVLF are very inexpensive small silver producers but their earnings will be terrible because they are in Mexico. I will buy more after their earnings are released.
As far as WallBridge they are a well run company although their focus should be on developing a mine not drilling forever. But in a major bull market I am interested in producers and near term producers. The money in the dirt plays is getting in early. I made a lot on Freegold but I'm out. I made a lot in Vizsla. Still own a little but its very expensive now.
No, I waited to see if they would get back today. They Didn't! Dave Kranzler said he sent 5 e-mails in (4) days & no response. He said he couldn't believe it. First time in (20) years no one got back to him. Not too organized not a good sign. I'm going to hang in there until either Sprott cuts back or the drill holes aren't as good as the others. Sprott thinks Balmoral should show promise. If so that should really drive price up. We shall see.

QUESTION ON WALLBRIDGE ==BUY THE RUMOR SELL ON THE NEWS?
It's up 20% today
I hold a 3000 share position and am up 7% since my purchase a couple of weeks ago. Ideas are appreciated
AGXIIK
my friend, AGXIIK...
Ask yourself if you think Eric is selling today and then act accordingly.
Craig I doubt is Eric is selling today or any time soon
GOLD HODL is fine with me
AGXIIK
Hold for the Gold.
I have 4500 and its up 186% for now. We wait. Trading seems to cost me more than it makes. At $3.00 I might lighten up a bit.

Is Wallbridge another large cap "gold dirt" money graveyard?
