Sprott PHYS......being dissolved?

My wife has some shares of PHYS in a Merrill Lynch brokerage account and she received a letter the other day saying that she must sell it my December 12th or it would be sold forcibly at 95% off it’s value. Does anyone know anything anything about this? I’m trying to figure out if this is a Sprott PHYS issue or if it’s a Merrill Lynch issue. The Merrill Lynch rep had no idea.
