The credit card I use for TFMR expired May 1. When I realized that last Friday I went to the Contact link for Subscription Support & asked how I can upgrade my credit card information. No reply to that message or the next two I sent after that. So, I haven’t been able to log on. Is there anyone at Subscription Support ?
Above I meant I haven’t been able to log onto the Gold membership area where most conversation takes place on the site. - JW
