866 PROGOLD - What a deal?

Has anyone heard an advertisement on the radio for 1-866-PROGOLD? They claim that if you act before July 1st, you can get $30k of physical gold for only $10k. I know it's too good to be true but I was wondering what the catch was. Does anyone have any experience with this company? What's the scam?
