Survival tips to profit and thrive in an increasingly harsh environment.
A new generation of powered transport is emerging. The electric cargo bike is a good choice for people who don't want to run a car. Zero red tape, no license, no registration, no warrant of fitness.
These machines cost almost nothing to run and can do 50 - 70 k.m.h. between charges.
Cargo bikes are looking like a big trend in small business, recreation, shopping and general transport.

The Survival Guide is intended to be a 'Whole Earth Catalogue' of useful information for people who are 'over' central planning and central exploitation.
A new reality is becoming apparent. One where the parasites ( big corrupt government) will fade away with nothing to feed on.
Hangin' out for 'Survival'!!!

In my next life I want to live my life backwards. You start out dead and get that out of the way... Then you wake up in an old people's home, feeling better every day. You get kicked out for being too healthy, go collect your pension. And then when you start work, you get a gold watch and a party on your first day. You work for 40 years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You party, drink alcohol, and are generally promiscuous, then you are ready for high school. You then go to primary school, you become a kid, you play. You have no responsibilities, you become a baby until you are born. And then you spend your last 9 months floating in luxurious spa like conditions with central heating and room service on tap, larger quarters every day and then - voila - you finish off as an orgasm.
Mr. So Lo, was that strawberry shake with your burger, or burger and a shake!
The link you posted to the inexpensive, yet excellent house was a great example of what can be done.
By using pre - cut to length galvanised steel for both roof and walls a nice house can be built for under $20.000.
Cargo bikes can't fart like a horse. Horses can not only talk (Mr. Ed) they put all other forms of transport to shame with their farting skills!
They always seem to know the coolest time to drop a bomb.
Truth is you won't catch me on a cargo bike if their is a horse handy.
But I loved your recount of giving the boys an incentive to get their work done early then goof off once the project is finished.
You have just summed up the Kiwi blokes weekend project.
Invite your mates around to (build a fence) Hope to hell/organise someone who knows how it should be done and let the boys go for it. At the end there must be Beersies and a BBQ. Beersies and BBQ are a mandate. No one will touch your project if you didn't do the Beersies & BBQ. Often the quality of the project will in fact be determined by the quality of the the BBQ.
I grew up with this & have never heard of it translated into a waged jobs scenario.( the Beersies & BBQ IS the Wage in NZ scenario)
Yay you! Now I have another thought project.
Beer and B.B.Q.s.
Same conclusion eventually. Community cooperation works.
Beersies & BBQ it is then
