@ Sierra Skier

When we get together, I have a home remedy paste for you to try. I hope that your surgery was completely successful but I still want to use you for our field tests. Jim

I would be pleased.

I would be pleased to demo your paste for field tests, feel free to touch base with me any time. I feel confident that the Dr. got it all and if the healing is good I should not have much scaring, it will take months to see the final results.

I'm currently salmon fishing on our 4 day weekend season for another couple of weekends. The fishing has been slow due to a late run and very high water but I got a couple of fish two weekends ago for the freezer and hope to do another 6-10.

If you and Linda get out this way this summer and want to take a boat ride on Lake Pend Orielle on our new to us pontoon boat and it works with our schedule we would love to have you, otherwise I'm sure we could get together for a nice meal and good chatter.

Sierra Skier

Sounds great and we need to get out of town, even if only for a meal as before. I will bring you some paste. Jim

Looking forward.

Take note that I have two more weeks, Thursday through Sunday of salmon fishing out of Grangeville. Water levels and fish and game could cause changes in that schedule.

Salmon Season

Was closed by F&G late Monday 6/3 because of 'a low turnout for the spring run' so I am no longer perusing filling the freezer with this beneficial fish. A sad state of affairs, but the department should get enough fish for brood stock to fill their needs,,,,, hopefully.

The story about the 9 year old boy being mutilated occurred in Brazil and is horrifying. These two gay women are very sick.

The vitamin D3 with K2 story shows just out of touch many of our physicians are with the reality of our health world. My dermatologist had me on 2000 IU a decade ago and upped it to 4000 IU about 7-8 years ago. I added K2 a couple of years ago.

My basal cell cancer was removed nearly 3 weeks ago, was a much more extensive surgery than I had anticipated with a cut completely through my upper lip with the excised piece put under the microscope and determined he had gotten it all on his first try. He was doing the Mohs procedure where an initial excision is micro scoped to determine if there were any tentacles of cancer that were missed and if so more tissue would be removed until the treatment is complete.

My healing is coming along well and I will see my dermatologist just before the 4th of July for a follow up visit. Some of the stitches on the inside of my lip unraveled early so I may have more scarring inside my mouth than intended but we'll see what the doc says. If it doesn't affect my symmetry or lip rubbing on my teeth I am fine with it, if it isn't satisfactory I will need to get it addressed.

No drugs, I did no pain killers except for a couple of Tynelol and it was a week before I could eat rather normally.

Fish for Sierra Skier!

The fishing has never been the same after the early 1960's. The streams were boiling with salmon in those days, including the Cowlitz, the Olequa and the Stillwater, right into the Riderwood hills.

We had lunch today in the big city and talked to our friend about her boss dying of cancer. He had the good stuff, the chemo from China, over and over and over......! He did live for awhile, sick most of the time, and I do not believe that he would have gone that route again.

We are walking a narrow road, wondering if the chemo industry, the banksters, the medical for profit industry or the steeple house for fame and fortune will send us to the dungeon. Jim

Omron BP Wrist Cuff

My buddy had a TIA while we were fishing a couple of years ago and due to the quickest action possible by all involved he got the best treatment possible. After his recovery they wanted him to manage his BP and he bought a cuff to check his BP twice a day.

After I tried it a few times I got my own just for kicks and discovered I have 'white coat fever', which is a higher bP reading in the office than when at rest as directed by the cuff instructions. My readings often range around 100/50/45 (systolic/diastolic/heart rate). My numbers typically range in the 195-220 range for all 3 numbers combined with 'fliers' in either direction.

The directions from the manufacturer state to sit quietly at rest for 5 minutes before taking a reading. In the doctors office they slap the cuff on you right after getting you into the exam room while asking you a bunch of health related questions in an effort to expedite the process, ignoring the instructions.

This of course typically gives a higher reading and then they want to give BP meds to lower your numbers, funny how that works. I will take my cuff in with me to show them the memory readings of up to 30 days that the cuff stores and I record them in my weekly appointment book also.

I take readings twice a day, morning and evening and occasionally after work outs or bike rides to see what my spiked numbers look like and recovery times just for kicks. My buddy says I'm either hibernating or dead with my low readings,,,,, he doesn't know which. Readings in the doctors office can easily be 10-20 points higher. I have been aware of my having a low heart rate (bradycardia)for decades when I tripped the heart monitor in the hospital one night after my ACL surgery and the nurse came running in, in a panic to ask if I was OK. My heart rate had dropped below 40.

D3 was added to my supplement regimen about 10 years ago and K2 about 2 years ago. I also consider stress management as part of my low readings. I would highly recommend having your own cuff to self check and verify doctors hurried readings, eliminating the possibility of the doctor prescribing dangerous meds.

Cancer Update:

We were contacted by a family, dealing with stage 4 spinal cancer. One of their relatives visited us yesterday. Our two former cancer survivors, roofer T. and Linda, met with them and gave their views. The person with the cancer just had part of her lung removed and they then discovered the cancer on her spine.

She decided that she did not want chemo, even before we knew of her. She has the funds to go to Mexico, but, she does not want to change her eating habits. She also wants to continue her daily consumption of beer and smokes. It is difficult to overcome cancer when we continue in our habits. I do not have any great hopes for her survival. Jim

If you continue with poison

You must expect to let it do it's job. The fact she will not quit cigarettes or beer (likely a big part of her cancer) indicates she does not desire to continue to live long. You can only help those who want help and do what it takes to overcome their disease.

Today is my 6 week follow up on my basal cell carcinoma. I'll see the doc early this afternoon. The early unraveling of the stitches inside my mouth/lip has left a larger scar than might be desirable, the outside looks good as far as I can tell. We'll see what the Dr. thinks.

No chemo, no drugs except for one Tramadol pain killer which I didn't care for and several Tylenol.

Got Ashwagandha?

What an interesting supplement with so many attributes. For me the one that might be most beneficial would be the cholesterol lowering ability as my LDL has been slightly on the high side. With recent studies indicating that cholesterol numbers may be overly cautious I am thinking the government made up numbers that would help sell more product unnecessarily.

Stress and inflammation are both things I believe I have well managed. Now, the lowering of BP might be an issue for me as I already run quite a low reading most of the time.

Update and a copy:

I gave a medical issue, that I had about 25 years ago. I was near death, looked like ALS, and I was on the way out. It is a long story, I visited my first alternative treatment, and began my cure within two days. Since I am typing this, I did not pass onward.

I also stated on the alternative forum that a neighbor has been sent home to die. Linda and I have been visiting this couple and I gave her my testimony of being overcome with parasites. My medical doctors, even over almost a year filled with tests and probes, did not even check for parasites. Within two days of taking a parasite killing herb, I began to overcome my many symptoms.

The neighbor is in a wheel chair, unable to even go to the bathroom, needs to be taken care of 24/7. I just made a copy of the following link, took it to their door and gave it to them. WHY NOT GIVE IT A TRY SINCE THE DOCTORS SENT HER HOME TO DIE? Jim

I was walking in the streets

I was walking in the streets of Brooklyn, and accidentally came across an entire row of health food stores on one block. Never saw that. Most of them were Islamic stores with medicinal oils, and bitters with different main herbs. One Moringa, and one black seed (which is black cumin)

So I asked the guy, what do these do? He gave me a list of conditions that basically amount to.......everything. https://draxe.com/nutrition/fats-and-oils/black-seed-oil-benefits/

I looked through the selection of black seed oils and bitters, and picked the smallest bottle of the oil. I waited a couple of days before I tried it and read about it.

I had been already taking different herbs for immune system including medicinal mushrooms, and various western herbs.

After 4 days, 3 times a day, there is a significant improvement. It's listed anti-fungal and anti-bacterial are off the map and it's a nervous system regenerator, and detoxifying for the digetive system and blood. It has thymol which are in other anti-infective herbs like Thyme and more.

It's from Africa and the middle east and you don't see it Chinese, Indian or American herbology although I saw they have a potion in Vitamin Shoppe.

With the cycle of epidemics, and plaques getting closer, and something showing up in Los Angeles and notice there is alot of respiratory issues people are experiencing it is Worth paying close attention to.

It could also reduce cost vs other herbal preparations. I'd seriously compare this against the benefits of colloidal silver. This has a broader application.

Also , mustard seeds are off the map.
