Never discount the extreme value of encouragement from those around you. Depression, when ill, is a big item. Sleepless, worries, a dark cloud every moment of the day and waking in the night.
We spend lots of time, talking to friends and family about winning the battle, standing against death, praying with many, discussion of alternative treatments that have worked for some and not for others. He who is really sick needs a ray of hope. Hope allows one to sleep, friends who encourage give some the courage to get out of bed and live for that day. The only way I could determine if Palmetto Saw is working or not would be to discontinue it's use for a couple of months. After 20+ years of use I think I will just continue with my status quot. Maybe looking into Nettle Root to add in as well. Everything works, but just not quite as 'on demand' as it used to.
D-Mannose is an amazing product. UTI's are a common problem and the drugs taken, will have some effects, that we are not looking for.
Researches found the drug called antabuse used to help problem drinkers abstain form alcohol has a side benefit, it appears to kill cancer cells. The drug prevents cancers cells from disposing of protein and it builds up in the cell and the cell dies. Linda is a fill-in for our son's bowling league. Part of the family left for vacation, so we filled in, last night, at the bowling alley. There were about 100 people bowling and it was an amazing sight. I guess that I do not get out enough into the sports world.
Most of the bowlers were between 30-60 years old. About 90% of them were extremely overweight. Two of the men who were near me were drinking large containers of pop and eating a candy bar. I was drinking water. I told them that the sugar in their snacks would raise their A1C levels and that is a great concern. They both are trying to deal with their high levels of A1C but also love their sugars. One man's wife tried to get him to throw away the candy bar: NOPE.
When we travel to the huge grocery store, we see many old pre-boomers. Little old skinny grandma's, a few thin older men, and almost never a large overweight granny. I hope that some of us are watching the free series above. We are. Jim & Linda
Parasites are a big deal and in my dealings, I have found very few cancer suffers who do not have them. Jim
Linda had her regular visit to her oncologist this week. They gave her a new person and I think the old one just was frustrated with Linda, not being able to chemo/radiate and ruin her good health. (CA 15-3 = 16 and all blood tests in range).
The new doctor actually wanted to know what alternative treatment she had been using. This one actually said that there are times when alternative treatments will work. However, then the "hook" was dropped. The doctor said: "Well, we really want you to start chemo and radiation. However, if you will not, then you must start taking Letrozole."
They take a woman who is beating the cancer system, unhappy with the way she is winning and want to make her as sick as their other patients. It would be good if you would read some of the testimonies from women on this product. Jim
The medical community didn't help to cure/manage Linda's cancer, why should they require she treat with their poison? Continue on with the methods you used to beat the disease and pass on the medical/pharmaceutical roller coaster. I personally do not believe they have our best interests in mind.
After reading the reviews comments their solution may be worse than the disease. I pray for Linda's continued success.
This is what one must do to block the estrogen driven cancers. Not using the deadly chemicals as I listed above.

Is there an unseen danger in food storage that could render you and your family with serious health conditions when the end of the world as we know it (TEOTWAWKI) hits? I believe the answer to this important question is yes, and as I sincerely attempt to show you why, I ask that you read this article to its end and weigh it carefully.
Glyphosate– The Most Used Weed Killer in the World
Round Up, also known by its chemical name glyphosate, is the most used weed killer in the world. Its maker, Monsanto, claims that it is harmless. However, new research is coming out that it is far from harmless.
Before I start to explain the above statement, let me say that I am not a doctor or a professor or an authority on medicine. I have benefited from the work of Dr. Stephanie Seneff of MIT and Dr. Peter Osborne, expert in clinical nutrition, especially regarding gluten issues. They have researched for over a decade on the effects of glyphosate. I have been effected by gluten and glyphosate, and I know what it can and will do if you eat it. This article is written to inform and warn about the dangers of this poison.
Round Up Used on Almost Every Major Crop in U.S.
Most of you have seen Round Up sold as a weed killer for the yard at your local hardware store. This is far from its only application. Round Up, or glyphosate, is sprayed on almost every major crop in the U.S. and in most other countries, especially in Europe. This includes corn, wheat, soy, canola, sugar beets, alfalfa, tobacco, barley, and sorghum. This is why you can drive by field after field of pristine corn without one weed in the entire field. So far, this sounds all well and good, but the damage starts when you eat that food.
Monsanto created glyphosate to kill weeds. However, it kills every kind of plant including grains. This creates a problem because we know that glyphosate is sprayed on all major grains.
How did the Monsanto chemists fix this problem? They modified the grain’s genetic code so that glyphosate would not kill that particular strain of seed. In other words, they genetically modified the grain so that glyphosate would not kill the grain but everything else.
Glyphosate Used on a Lot of Grains to Increase Yield
The scientists could do this for a lot of grains, but they could not modify wheat. However, glyphosate is still sprayed on wheat but only at the end of the growing season. This is because all plants have a built in defense mechanism that makes the plant produce unusually large amounts of seed when its life is threatened. This defense mechanism is triggered when wheat is sprayed with glyphosate, causing the farmers to get more yield on their crop.
Crop Becomes a Genetically Modified Organism
The big problem is not that the crop, let us just say corn, is a genetically modified organism (GMO) but by being genetically modified, glyphosate is able to be sprayed on it without killing the corn. The corn still soaks up the glyphosate through the soil and on its leaves. Glyphosate is not expelled from the plant. So you end up with corn that has high concentrations of glyphosate in it. We then eat this corn in almost every food in one form or another. Just look at how many foods have high fructose corn syrup in them. Glyphosate is in every single grain, including wheat, and you eat it every day.
Effects on Digestive System
Now let us dive into your digestive system to see what is happening. After you have eaten food with glyphosate in it, nothing immediate happens. This is one of the reasons glyphosate was considered safe for so long. Its effects can only be seen after digesting it for long periods of time. After it enters your digestive tract, it binds with a certain organic molecule called gluten, which is found in all grains. This makes that part of the grain, gluten, indigestible, and can lead to diarrhea, nausea, and lightheadedness among a host of other possible symptoms.
Glyphosate– a Slow Poison
Glyphosate is a very, very slow acting poison. So, you may not be seeing any of the symptoms after you eat grains. It is affecting you but in very subtle ways. Farmers are now spraying more glyphosate on their crops than ever before, because weeds are beginning to become immune to it. This means that your body is dealing with more of this stuff (technical term) than previous years. This can cause the glyphosate to be “activated” in your body, but there are also “triggers” that can promote this “activation”, such as unusually prolonged amounts of stress, consistent lack of sleep, childbirth, surgery, changes in diet, and unusual amounts of exertion. These triggers push your body, which is already affected with increasing amounts of glyphosate, over the edge. It is a compounding effect, one thing on top of the other, until your body cannot take it anymore.
Encountering Triggers in Grid-Down Survival Scenario
You will more than likely encounter some of these triggers in a grid-down survival scenario. The reaction to glyphosate is different for everyone. Some people’s bodies can handle larger amounts of glyphosate than others.
So, let’s get back to your digestive system. In addition to making parts of grain indigestible, glyphosate also kills bacteria in your gut. These bacteria are good. They break down foods that you eat and make vitamins that your body needs. One of these bacterial strains is bifido bacteria. This bacteria breaks down substances, like gluten, but when this bacteria is killed by the glyphosate you no longer can digest gluten. These things may explain the sudden boom in new gluten and grain-free diets.
Deprived of Three Essential Amino Acides
Another effect of glyphosate is that it deprives you of three essential amino acids: tryptophan, tyrosine, and phenylalanine. You get these amino acids in two ways: through your food and through good bacteria in your gut, which makes them. When glyphosate is sprayed on crops, it disrupts a critical chemical pathway in plants that produces these amino acids; thus, you cannot get these nutrients through the food that has been sprayed by glyphosate. Glyphosate also kills the bacteria that makes these amino acids, so you are left with a deficiency in these three essential amino acids.
Deficiency in these amino acids causes big problems. Tryptophan is used by the body to make serotonin, which takes part in controlling our emotions and digestive system. When you do not have enough of it, it can lead to depression, violent behavior, and obesity to name a few. Tyrosine is used in the making of thyroid hormones. A lack of this nutrient can lead to hypothyroidism and even Hashimoto’s disease, which is inflammation of the thyroid gland. This may lead to depression, fatigue, constipation, joint stiffness, weakness, hair loss, slow heart rate, swelling, and weight gain.
Disrupting Enzymes in Liver
Another indirect effect that glyphosate has on your body is disrupting enzymes in your liver. One group in particular that is disrupted by glyphosate is cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes. These enzymes have several functions. They detoxify your body. In other words, they take substances that are harmful to your body out of it. Secondly, they activate vitamin D that is stored in the liver. Vitamin D is essential for bone strength, regulating blood pressure, and a strong immune system. Thirdly, CYP enzymes break down and activate extra vitamin A in the liver. This extra vitamin A is called retinoic acid.
When the CYP enzymes cannot break down retinoic acid because of glyphosate affecting the liver, you end up with large amounts of retinoic acid. This is called vitamin A toxicity, which can lead to nerve damage and increased pressure on your brain. Fourthly, these enzymes are responsible for producing bile acids, which are then sent to your gut to digest fats. When glyphosate is affecting this process, you can no longer digest fats, including all the fat-soluble vitamins, such as vitamin A, D, E, K, and omega-3 fatty acids. This means that you become deficient in these vitamins, which can lead to a host of health problems.
Deficiencies and Symptoms
Here is a quick list of the deficiencies, and the symptoms caused by these deficiencies :
Eating more foods with these vitamins in them will not fix the problem if you are still eating glyphosate, because glyphosate continues to wreak its havoc. You might find temporary relief this way but nothing lasting.
Glyphosate also affects your mineral intake, such as iron, zinc, and cobalt. When these minerals are in the presence of glyphosate, glyphosate forms a cage around them, thus making it impossible for bacteria in the gut to digest them into usable forms.
Here are some of the major mineral deficiencies and their effects:
I have an immediate family member who suffers from iron deficiency as a result of Celiac Disease. I have firsthand experience observing the many effects of iron deficiency.
An important source of food that needs serious contemplation is baby formula. It is made almost completely of corn or soy– two of the largest Round Up sprayed crops in the world. Babies are in danger of developing acid reflux along with the other health problems already discussed. There have been studies that may link glyphosate to autism as well.
Lastly, meat is also effected by glyphosate. When an animal eats food with glyphosate in it, the glyphosate bio-accumulates in the animal’s muscle tissue, then we kill the animal and eat the muscle with the glyphosate in it. Animals also eat more glyphosate than us, because the farmers are allowed to sell grain feed with higher tolerances of glyphosate in it. This translates to higher amounts of glyphosate in your meat than in a lot of other foods.
In a Grid-Down Survival Situation
In conclusion, you would not want these symptoms from glyphosate happening to you or your family in a grid-down survival situation. I believe the consequences would be astronomical. Think about it. If or when TEOTWAWKI hits, you may find yourself surviving mainly off stored food, which consists of mostly grain. You will not be getting sufficient sleep and your stress levels will be increased, as well as your workload. Add to that, the fact that you are eating more glyphosate than normal, and you have possible triggers for all that I have been sharing with you.
I want to reiterate that I am personally effected by glyphosate and have been so tired that I could not do anything but lie on the couch. I have had heart palpitations from glyphosate effecting my nervous system. There was tingling in the arms and legs. I have had dizziness from low blood pressure. Now, I and my family are completely grain free. I am writing this so that you can stop eating glyphosate before you too have to deal with bodily damage.
What To Store For Food
So, what do we store for food? I recommend your TEOTWAWKI food storage be organic grain, because organic grain is not sprayed with glyphosate. The largest organic farm in the U.S. is Azure Standard, which will deliver almost anywhere west of the Mississippi River, and they have started to expand their shipping area east of the Mississippi River. They have good prices, and you can buy organic grain in 25 pound sacks. They have hundreds of products, so I would suggest checking out their website. Whole Foods is a great place to buy organic food as well. I also recommend gardening, because you can control the entire food growing process.
Buy “Certified Organic”
When buying food, make sure to get, if possible, “certified organic”. Food with the word “organic” can have almost anything in it because it is not regulated. “Certified organic” means that the food has been independently tested and does not have any unnatural chemicals in it.

We were at a local grocery outlet, having a cup of coffee at a table. Linda was in line to get the coffee. An older lady, carrying a potted plant, came to my table, asked if she could sit with me and put her plant on the table. She said her friend was in line for their coffee and they take it with them.
So, not being shy, I asked her about herself. She told me she was a skier, just like you. She said she skied until she was 85 but now at 90, she is developing a few hip problems. She looked really good for 90. Have skis/will travel! Grabbed her coffee, the plant and out the door.
Thanks for the share and good for her. It's a shame she is developing hip problems, but the alternative isn't as good. Skiing along with other healthy living is one of those things that promotes longevity. We just got home from the hill after getting in day 25 for me and a couple less for my wife. I figure it is going to be a good season if I have 30 in before New Years day. I would only hope to ski well into my 80s.
If Linda is up for it and we ever get together for the opportunity I would love to share some turns with her and maybe we could share time over lunch as well.

Thank you for that post on Glyphosate. I marvel at how far we have come, albeit very few of us. I realize that on other subjects, many here have watched wild conspiracy theories turn out to be true, and I almost wonder if anyone has noticed the same phenomenon has happened in the food and health category. I have been shouting from the roof tops about glyphosate, vaccines, GMO food and many more for years now, and there seem to be three people that come to this forum. Sad.
I have watched Dr. Janda tell Turd twice in podcasts to use colloidal silver and to avoid vaccines. My comments on the problem being more Glyphosate than Gluten are legion.
Full Spectrum Dominance. Gold and silver are only one part of that. The food and medicine is another, Religion is another, Education is another, Propaganda, False Flags, Police State, Flouride in the water, and on and on and on..... All part of Full Spectrum Dominance which has been so artfully compartmentalized that no one can put all of the pieces together or even accept that the evil is so pervasive.

It takes a lot of living, over the decades, to finally realize the mess we are within. When we were young, even through our days in the schools, we thought we could just do what we wanted and live forever. We were locked into what our friends and families were doing. We ate pizza and burgers, lots of fries and pop by the pitchers. I loved my bbq ribs and piles of buttered popcorn and if it had sugar on it, it was what we needed to eat. We went to steeple houses on Sundays, had communion and confessed our sins to the priest and headed out for a new week of sinning. We were experts in all the roadways of life.
By he time we hit 60 or 70, we begin to look around and see the effects of our lifestyles. I have this pile of cards, on my desk, which have all the numbers of our friends and family, easy to just call them up or get together again for a vacation at the beach. Sometimes I sit here, getting ready to grab the phone and call them as before, a habit. Then I realize that all of those numbers are disconnected, those people have moved to the cemetery.
Our best old time friends, J & T died from many health problems, one at 59 and the other at 68, both being over 300 pounds. My good friends from high school, smoking/drinking/drugs, have also moved to that six foot location. Brothers and sisters, sisters-in-law, cancers because of lifestyles have moved them onward.
So, I get up in the morning, have my daily organic walnut and a Brazil nut. Linda makes our smoothie, every morning, having about 10 different items, including Vitamin D, coconut oil, organic raspberry seed powder, organic fruit, etc.
We make out own organic sauerkraut, take probiotic acidophilus, and you should see the herbs that Linda puts on our salads. This does get easier, it just takes a lifestyle change. We traveled north this week. I stopped at our favorite donut shop and I was going to just get a small maple donut. I knew that Linda would only have coffee. There she stood, by the glass case, and she said "I am having a maple bar". I told the clerk to put my small donut back and make it two maple bars. Linda said: "I am cheating today and we must cheat once in awhile". (I actually would have eaten three maple bars if I wanted to backslide into sickness and death).
I have time to study the natural products that people are using. I am also in contact with many very ill people. One way that you can get even with the taxation problems is to live long and in a state of health. I have only been on social security for about 8+ years. I plan on living for another 30 years and collect lots of others fiat. I guess that my stack of phone numbers will continue to decrease. Will your number be there when we still need to talk? Jim
Ag1969, It was my pleasure and duty to share information to verify the things we already know. I learn plenty here due to your's and NWs shares. I believe it helps to keep us current and informed along with being nice to know each of us is not alone with our efforts at health. My wife and I aren't the best at following all of the guidelines but overall do plenty of good consumption. Avoiding the poisons surrounding us in everyday life is becoming more difficult every day.
NW, ah yes the good old days of being impervious to poor decisions in life. My mother always feed us good food, sodas were far and few between but her chocolate chip cookies were a regular desert. I think my down fall was beer in my 20s -40s and maybe a couple of sodas a week at lunch. Even as a bachelor until my mid 30s I ate a well balanced diet with a modest amount of sugar.
The steeple house was a regular sometimes with vespers services included and serving in the altar kept me out of the hot sweaty congressional area of the church, it also gave me something to do besides listening to the same old service every week. I was also a participant in the presentation (show) of the services rather than just an observer/worshiper, often reading the epistle more than once a month. I always wanted to be a participant, especially in sports.
It is tough to loose friends and relatives. I remember loosing a gammer school friend in a DUI incident in my mid teens and neighbors due to drug overdoses when in high school. These days the number of losses is in a crescendo and becomes more frightening every year. With my mother still alive and swimming an hour several days a week at 94 and my wife's mother making it to 94 before leaving we both have an opportunity for another 25 or thirty years of quality life if we don't let the poisons surrounding us intrude upon our better judgment.
By leading a healthy lifestyle and being proactive with our health we all have the opportunity to have quality life for years to come and as ag1969 mentioned the few of us here that share these common desires appear to be amongst the few who seem to care or know how to live such a simple but disciplined healthy lifestyle. One other common factor is managing stress and it appears that goes along with the choices we share in common.
Thank you both for your regular input here and the others who come by as well. I have forgotten more about healthy living than most ever knew. There will come a time when I will ask for help in recovering some of the things I have forgotten.
Btw I just finished my first follow up imaging for my lung nodule. It was discovered with a cat scan from my annual physical (which I used to do only every several years but am getting on schedule) last July and was recommended that I do a follow up at 3, 6 and 12 months. Due to the benign nature of my previous tests I waited until month 5 to split the difference and keep the radiation (it's not really good stuff) down a bit. I'll share the results when I receive them.
