Dang abguy4 that heavy dude must be a freaking genius

or his gut flora is in total command. Which gets me to thinking that the nature of our diets, quality of food, vaccines, meds, GMO this and that, metals, exposure to peer pressures, relentless advertising, mega quantities of offal that we're told is good for us, this evolution to fatness in the last 60 years is programmed.

It's like a feed yard where all the cattle, pigs and chickens are falling all over themselves to eat until they explode. Golden Corral comes to mind. WTF!?!??!

The Twilight Zone episode with the 7 foot alien and his book, To Serve Man. It was a cook book. As a 9 year old, that scared the bejeesus out of me.

Bon appetit

To Serve Man

I didn't bring this up - You did.

"The Twilight Zone episode with the 7 foot alien and his book, To Serve Man. It was a cook book. As a 9 year old, that scared the bejeesus out of me. Bon appetit"

but then you say:

"The rest of your conversation is fascinating, much beyond my understanding when it moves to the RCC lizzies and other dimensions "

Wait a minute here. You get the part about the Aliens pretending 'to serve man', (sorta like the church says they serve mankind?), and you get the part about using mankind as a food source. So, what's not to understand about the lizzies?

You got the basics right there.

OBTW, that was absolutely one of my favorite episodes too~!! What part of us was being woken-up or 're-membered' by that message? Woo-Woo. And Rod Serling was from my home town Rochester, NY.

Even after reading the DOTS pages for the last few months

it's still hard to wrangle my cognitive dissonance and pin it to the mat. A decade of learning at the fringes and connecting dots for the last few years, I'm still steeped in ignorance about the bigger pictures.

Most of my learning is at the ground level, dealing with the dailiness of life. Only recently have I shifted gears and had the time to read and reflect more about these subjects. It's frustrating as heck to find even cursory review tells me my ignorance is deep and wide.

The more 'esoteric' parts of aliens is still part of my learning process.

For years I thought the idea of aliens was just a lot of hooey. The book Rare Earth pretty much eliminated the notion of another earth-like planet as the author used a Drake Equation to make his case.

I bought that reasoning because I wanted to believe that people who were comfortable with the idea that aliens were real didn't fit my views. That was a place of certain comfort to me, something that could be walled off, even though my early beliefs were that life existed in other solar systems as well as ours. As an example, learning about the reality of Chem Trails was so upsetting I could barely process the notion that we're being gassed and crippled by our government. These discussions are a another order of magnitude.

The science of exoplanets showed that most suns have planets. That data was then countered by the implausible statement that these worlds would not support our version of life. Even as that was trotted out it would be pure hubris to think our life form was the predominant one. Unless the planet had earthlike conditions, the chances that life existed was remote. Can't be scaring the locals, yanno.

As thousands were discovered in our neighborhood, my knowledge of numbers told me that with 100,000,000,000 suns in our galaxy, there's probably 5 times that in planets. There was not a flying F chance that all were barren worlds.

This board quickly moved me to conclude that even without me actually meeting an ET, it's completely plausible that this solar system, outside of earth, has been a place of life for billions of years and part of a vastly greater ocean of life, even within a few hundred light years from earth

Now I need to get up to some speed on how our species is genetically and culturally related to other exoplanet life forms. The evidence has been hiding in plain sight for decades and centuries. Pan Spermia seems to have a deep reality here.

Even more than that are the beliefs and statements here that extend the thinking so far beyond my parochial ideas that I have to sit down and reflect on what's written. It's like Chemtrails; ideas and facts of such magnitude that it undercuts decades of thinking I knew something about this subject. The ground under me seems slippery at times and footing is not easy.

Thank you for your feedback.

Damn, Abguy just went and

Damn, Abguy just went and opened Pandora's box!! Hell ya, it's a huge subject but thoroughly investigated it can take us into another paradigm of understanding on health.

All those creepies in your gut are living organisms at war busily devouring your healthy tissue. Their prime function, same as yours. Survival.

Abguy talks about the body consciousness. Yes, your body has consciousness. Your organ and cells in your body have consciousness.

I have a friend who I've been reading her work for over 30 years. Crest of the wave stuff on health, healing, spirituality. She had a heart transplant. Now imagine, the new heart not wanting to go into your new body becauase it was grieving the loss of it's previous owner?

A little excerpt from her book. While she was doing work with affirmations and her organs and cells.

"This spurred an idea to make a formal announcement to all my organs and cells "Hey gals, we need to work together to get well enough to get on the heart transplant list so that we can be completely healthy again"

I felt a lot of resistance this time.

"you can't just barge into our world and tell us what to do." I heard Liver say.

"You're part of my body."

"you are a part of ours too," the organs said as one voice. This put me in my place. "Youare no more important than we are." they said "you can't live without us. We can't live without you. We think that makes us a team."

That made sense. "Aren't I in charge?"

Silence

"Well then who is?"

"Heart is in charge of the body. You are in charge of our entire being, our well being and our destiny. You're the one who decides a life purpose, and we in turn allow you to fulfill it"

"And who are you?"

"Im the spirit of your liver. I'm second in command and you have alot to learn."

Wow, I'm humbled. "I'm listening." I said respectfully.

"Each organ has it's own intelligence center, or spirit, and we deserve some respect. It was rude to tell us we needed to work together to get on the heart transplant list. Maybe we don't want to get a new heart."

"Oh?"

Obviously the intelligence centers of the organs each had a conscious individuality. They had a voice and liked having it heard. They had insights and information that I wasn't consciously aware of and they had feelings too.

I realized I could not just barge into my organs world and demand they make changes. They needed to get to know me first. We needed to develop a relationship. In the process, I would learn about them, and the community of organs they lived among and how their actions influenced each other.

It's enough! Believe me it's enough. That's alot to swallow to go from a paradigm that your organs are mere tissues, inanimate objects to your organs are intellegence centers, each with a place in a hierarachal order of authority with feelings.

This first time somebody breaks the news to you, you SHOULD fall off your seat. You should be having conversations within yourself about how we have been programmed and how little we know.

It also should give you anew appreciation of herbal medicine has just not molecuelar substances with fancy chemical equations. They are information based medicine giving your organs new information. They are spirit brought into matter giving your light encoded information to your organ system.

The mineral kingdom, and I include gold and silver, although they are not the king or queens, are light encoded information that works within the earth to balance the meridians, and blocks and toxic waste. They are in communication with each other. Only when mined, fashioned with the right consciousness, can they be used to promote human health at a much greater level than even herbs. You can balance your entire meridian system if you know what you are doing. You can remove patterns of energy that cause disease. There are people in the background. NOT on TWITTER. Not in public view unless you know where to look, with missions, to bring out new information and who are single handedly responsible for an increase in consciousness in our understanding of the human body.

BE IN AWE!! Be Super curious.

Loyal, Hopefully, you found

Loyal,

Hopefully, you found your way to the healthfood store. It's not complicated.

Just take the manuaka honey and put a tablespoon on a dish. If you got the tea tree oil, you can put it on the honey as a salve. Just rub it on your finger. Just be diligent and keep doing it.

When the book comes in, read the part of systemic herbs. He has all the resources and recipes in the book. Hopefully, it will be gone by then. But if you're immunocompromised, and it's not going away, you might want to drink some of those herbs.

I don't have as much experience with Manuaka honey as Ag1969. I've been eating a tablespoon twice a day. Tastes alot like that bee pollen/royal jelly stuff.

Wow, now I am really scared.

Wow, now I am really scared. I hope that I can arrest the growth of this thing. I am thinking that I have let my immune system decline because of the work that I do. It is beyond stressful and my body does not handle consecutive 12-hr (errr 13-hr) shifts very well. My diet has declined to eating like an idiot too. Half the time, I get a meal a day and it is on my way walking to my truck to go home from work.

Thank you for the link. I will try both your and AG's suggestions.

Fix,  As above, So Below.

Fix,

As above, So Below. The implication of that statement is little understood. Understanding the purport of that small, seemingly innocuous statement, can change your entire perception of what the world is about, and how it works. This was only an element of Plato's work where he spoke at length of how society and humans needed to reflect the intelligence of the macro, into the micro.

The hermetic laws aren't about repeating something to impress people at a cocktail party. They have profound implications and are at work in the mundane things in life. The extend to which As above, so below is playing out in the events we are witnessing is beyond most people's consciousness to see.

Chill out! Stay cool! You can heal just about anything in the body.

I studied with Donna Eden for awhile. A guy lived far away from healthy food. His only source of food was 7-11 and he was in poor health when he was able to improve his health considerably.

The first thing is your emotions or worry over what you did wrong and setting in a guilt pattern will be worse for you then the food you are eating.

So slow down. Start giving thanks for whatever you are eating. I don't care if it is candy bars and pork rinds.

Let me see if I can find Donna's food clearing protocol. But for now, anything you eat, just take your left hand and make counterclockwise circles with your left hand to pull out the bad energy. This alone started giving the guy with good health.

Your thoughts are more important than you think.

Are you doing work around toxic chemicals, paints etc..?? Make sure you have a mask. Keep that thing on...

Loyal,  I confirmed with one

Loyal,

I confirmed with one of Donna's teachers. Counterclockwise over your food with your left hand. It's called unwinding. And you can say a few positive words about your food and take your right hand and circle it clockwise just for balance.

This conversation about the microbes in your belly can freak people out. It's not a nice reality, but getting stressed out about it can be counter productive. I don't usually post energy medicine stuff because people have a hard time with it and for many people working with their own energy systems can be overwhelming. But this one is simple.

Realize that your body is an electric grid. One big electric grid with energy flows moving up and down and across the body. The health of your body is more dependent on the energy grid than it is your the nutrients coming in because bad nutrients can be processed better with healthy people.

Your flows are getting socked everyday due to all sorts of stress. You have "fuses" called alarm points that can go off. You can have too much energy in your gird, not enough energy in your grid, and your emotions are directly tied to this energy grid.

When you get stressed our or worried, it's IMPERATIVE that you know how to balance these flows. Our ancestors knew how to do these things intuitively. We've gotten so far away from this information, it's considered woo woo, and out there.

Your hands are jumper cables. If you put your hand on one point on the grid, that energy will travel through you, and go into the oppossing hand and into that meridian. You can balance almost any two meridians.

I've seen people who were about to have heart attacks chill it out by doing this. I was at a restaurant with some people and this woman ate some sesame seeds and realized she could go into shock. Not a problem. There are 100's of stories of people ready to go in for medical treatment for serious conditions that were completely removed when given the right knowledge.

One finger, one finger alone has over 14,000 electrical points that are connected to your organs. There are points on your hand that can deeply effect your field into the deepest layers of you subconscious and help hell trauma.

Got it? We are dealing with some of the most profound form of healing and the results are often immediate.

So if the conversation about what's in your gut, freaked you out, you need to put this to use. It will chill you out and balance your emotions. YOu worry less about doing it right, and just be content that you are moving toward resolution.

This particular exercise comes from Alice Burmeister will brought the study of Jin Shin Jyutus to the western world. It's called the Great Harmonizer. I found somebody demonstrating it on youtube.

There is nothing difficult about it, yet it is totally profound in it's effects. You don't have to identify points. Worry if you are sensitive enough to work with energy. etc, etc, You are just holding your fingers that correspond to energy systems in your body and emotions.

If the idea of microbes that have consciousness bothers you. DO IT!!! NO excuses. You will feel happier and more balanced, and probably fall asleep before you even finish the protocol.

Stress is one of the things

Stress is one of the things most know not how to manage and it can be one of the most damaging things to health. My management of stress is helped by my physical exercises of skiing, bicycle riding and fly fishing. These activities create a relaxed focus of time and space which lead to a meditative type of state of mind releasing the worries of daily life. The repetitive actions of these activities help me create a mindless bliss that lets worries melt away and leaves me in a relaxed state of mental awareness and comfort even if my physical self is huffing and puffing from the exertion.

There are infinite ways folks manage stress with many using yoga, meditation, controlled breathing, pleasant thoughts. For me with my physical activities I incorporate some of the means mentioned with my exercises to multitask and have had great results apparently, especially for a type A personality. I can sit and relax for 5-10 minutes and get my blood pressure down to 100/50 with a heart rate of 45 or often lower when I focus on my inner self and the buzzing of the BP monitor even with the TV loud enough so my wife is happy.

My health isn't perfect but for a senior I am sound enough that my doctors keep telling me to keep doing whatever it is I am doing. They also tell me to be cautious with my sports activities as I'm not 20 years old any more and some of my injuries have come close to leaving me not needing to worry about my health any longer. I have given huge effort to not be pushing my limits quite so hard or being so competitive I am testing the injury line yet still having fun.

Stress is something we all can manage just like diet and exercise, and no it isn't necessarily easy,,,,,,,, or everyone would do it. Life is far to good to be checking out sooner than necessary. Quitting cigarettes is by far the most difficult thing I have ever done, even harder than managing alcohol after being a heavy habitual beer drinker for decades. I have had relative success with both efforts and salvaged my health in the mean time.

We all need to do the best we can at maintaining our physical health along with our mental acuity in an effort to manage a high quality of life. It is all a balancing act on the tight rope of life. Especially with the cabal doing everything they can to turn us all into blubbering mindless idiots.

Welcome to the forum LW.

Loyal Wein Thanks for coming on this board, bringing up things

that are personal in nature. I'm like the new kid in school, for once posting about things that have been gnawing at me. Your venture here gave me the incentive to add some commentary.

GL's comments about the healing touch got me to thinking about my mother's side of the family; the maternal line. All were healers going back at least 3 generations. Dad's line was county doctors.

His comments about hands being like jumper cables is easy to grasp. Directing healing energy into the hands can power repairs.

Mom and grandma had some sort of native intuitive ability to heal with touch. Whether it was putting their hands on their own ouchie parts or others, they could fix the damaged parts in a few hours to around 2 days. I could do it when I was young but didn't keep on track until much when some parts broke. I was on my own and needed fixing outside traditional medicine.

Maybe your infection might yield to your own healing hands touch. Your will is powerful. You're in the health care industry so your energies are on the good side of the ledger. It seems natural that as you do for others, you could do more for yourself than most people.

My naturopath specialist gave me some instructions on how to keep my hands on the damaged parts that had an accumulation of injuries over many years. If nothing else, it removed pain from damaged joints and repaired some tears in tissue. A staph infection in my leg picked up at a gym would not go away so I focussed on getting it better. It took a while but it disappeared.

Admittedly I fall back on western medicine because it's easy to go see the doc and get some pills etc. My experience is limited in these respects and I can only rely on personal matters of health. The others here are more knowledgeable and should be able to give input of real substance.

Birds almost certainly...

Science always leaves some wiggle room, sometimes a lot, to allow for the acceptance of a better theory that conforms more precisely to the observations.

I like to cite our ideas about the age of the Earth. In Victorian times it was argued that the Earth could not be more ancient than a million years since even if the sun were made entirely of coal it would only be able to burn about that long.

No Worries LW

But since it seems that you have moved into nursing you need to be double careful. One of my workmates has a nurse wife. She recently had an elbow MRSA infection that she cannot get rid of. Came out of nowhere. I think she probably rests her elbows on the counter at work. Take care because these bugs can last for days on a dry surface and they are extremely hard to get rid of. Specially if you have killed off all of your "natural" resistance using antiseptic soaps.

Don't be afraid of sharing here. We care smiley

@LW the point was

That you may have a cure within your reach. NOW. Get onto the probiotics.

Manuka honey is often falsified internationally. In my local supermarket you cannot buy Manuka Honey because it is in lock down. The REAL stuff is held behind the counter.

Same with genuine Bluff oysters. Can't get them without fronting up to the supervisors. YUM

It's OK because I only buy in the proper season.

I can package some Honey up and send if you don't have a conduit. Warning - It is VV expensive.

The good stuff gets stronger the longer you store it.

I like your honesty.

If you're not waking up in your life, every so often, and saying to yourself, WTF is going on here? You're not growing.

The idea of shocking people out of their narcoleptic slumber into higher truths. That's all Abguys idea. I am on record voting NO.
