Linguistics is fun. I was researching Venice, Italy(1). (Took a virtual vacation to Venice on Google Earth just now, after having been there once for real back in ~2005.) Of course, we all know the black nobility has had their time dominating their world from Venice, but not necessarily today.
Anyway, did you know that a currently-living language of 2,000,000 people is centered in Venice, Italy? Venetian is considered a dialect of Italian even by the speakers, but it is certifiably a totally separate language! (Sure lots is shared today, but not the point.) One of the words that popped up as 'Venetian' was the verb 'to be', which is "Xe"(2). Hmm, where have I seen that....? Where, oh where?
BLACKWATER! That's the name they changed themselves to back in 2009, "Xe". Pissed me off, because it made them tougher to track, and threw everyone off. I noticed earlier in this very thread someone is still using the name "Blackwater". I bet the main reason they frequently change their name is financial, limits liability and allows them to restructure their tax evasion, etc. I assumed "Xe" was a Chinese word, (and maybe it really is,) but I never looked into it further.
~Then I was takin' a little virtual vacation in Venice, and came upon this verb, to be, "Xe", and suddenly I found the real meaning for these above-the-law scumbags. They are the hot private military arm of today's black nobility. 'Nuff said.

Basically, you can read this like a book. They get the secret-handshake intelligence, logistics, and ground and air troops inside their PRIVATE facility, and tell them how it's gonna be. Sanctioned drugs come in the US for distribution to organized crime, and all other suppliers get ratted out, murdered, or prosecuted, with the whole anti-drug facade looking real good w/ those MSM news video feeds!
