403B

Is there any place safe to move your investments in your 403B .My husband still works where his 403B account is so he can't touch it.I just wondered if anyone had any ideas about the safest place to put it,I mean just basic don't let them steal it all advice.It is managed through Fidelity.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you
