Co have been reporting some excellent cores, SP is reflecting that fact, and more than a few fortunes have been made from iron ore from the Labrador Trough in recent years.
These two "men" were the driving force behind ATW Gold ... one of the most outrageous and offensive promotions (frauds against the public interest) I have personally seen in many, many years.
These proven mutts have even recruited one of their previous professional liars from the last scam ... Mr. Peter Grandich.
"I’ve known Graham Harris, one of ATW’s Directors, for almost 20 years. He’s always been a straight shooter, particularly when he was in the financial arena, and finding a straight shooter in the financial arena is like finding a needle in a haystack. So I’ve always had confidence in his honesty."
Yup. Feeling pretty damn foolish now but that's what doing proper due diligence is all about. Preventing it. Throwing money at a deal without knowing who's guarding the henhouse is a critical error. As a rule I don't examine the BoD's of every Company I profile ... that changes after this wicked PoS slipped through.
Yes Sir. We caught these proven scumbags smack dab in the middle of their NEXT promotion and are they happy about that? Not exactly ... Mr. Clive Massey, ringleader of these crooked scum has stated in no uncertain terms he will sue me if I proceed with a blog about them.

Yesterday I received much spam as my e-mail address was used to sign-up for various porn sites. No I'm not kidding.
This appears headed to the British Columbia Supreme Court if the many, many threats become a reality and frankly I wouldn't have it any other way. Truth be told I haven't even DONE anything yet, I just said I would ... i.e. start a blog exposing the entire smoozle. That was enough to set these turds off ... and big time. You tell me if that ain't the reaction a pack of dead crooked securities basterds would make.
It really doesn't get much better than this folks ...
Mr. Brett Matich reports
CAP-EX VENTURES LTD.: RETRACTION OF STATEMENT REGARDING IRON ORE DEPOSIT
Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd. is retracting the statements from its Nov. 23 news release, stating: "Block 103 appears to host a multibillion-tonne near-surface iron ore deposit" and "All 17 holes ... have encountered a sequence of ore-grade mineralization."
So. Wouldn't a body want to know who the rock is that's signing off on the stupidity coming from the executive offices of CEV.v?
Well citizens one simply needs to look to the BoD of Windfire Capital Corp, the vehicle of tarred and feathered birds Mr. Clive Massey and Mr. Norman Meier.
Who's a director? Mr. Alex Walus M.Sc. the very same man certifying the krap outta CEV.v pooh right now.
We are TOTALLY into the twilight zone now. HOW on earth F&M decided getting tar and feathered with this stench was a good idea is a fukkin mystery to me ...

Mr. Brett Matich reports
CAP-EX VENTURES ANNOUNCES $10,200,000 NON-BROKERED FINANCING
Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing for the sale of 12 million units at a price of 85 cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $10.2-million. Each unit is to consist of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the company at the exercise price of 95 cents for a period of two years.
Forbes & Manhattan Inc. and its associates have agreed to subscribe for the majority of the financing. Insiders of the company and other persons have agreed to subscribe for a total of two million units. The two million units being purchased by insiders of the company and other persons are flow-through units, while the remaining 10 million units in the financing are non-flow-through units. The unit price and warrant exercise price of the flow-through units and the non-flow-through units are the same.
No commissions or finders' fees are payable on the financing.
The company expects to use the proceeds of the financing for further exploration and development of the company's Labrador properties. The proceeds received by the company on the issue of the flow-through units will be used for exploration expenditures that constitute Canadian exploration expenditures (as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada)).
Closing of the financing is expected to occur in two tranches, with the first tranche to occur on or about Dec. 20, 2011. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The financing is subject to a number of conditions, including, without limitation, receipt of approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
We seek Safe Harbor.
This is TOTALLY unreal ... sort of like watching a slow motion train wreck as it leaves the train station with all the dopey mcdopes climbing aboard and waving hankies at the crowd ...
A retired police officer and author in Perth by the name of Mr. Terence J Mclernon.
It just goes on and on.
Stay tuned to this space as this outrageous (and criminal) conduct will be documented in detail.
Wow a real penny stock soap opera!
Absolutely no surprise to this observer (and turdites) that the Cap-Ex scam yer doodle is falling like a brick and will probably be sub $.30 tomorrow.
Thats roughly a $6m haircut, so far, for the brainiacs at F&M and DAMN.
This has never been rocket science and what excuse can these so called professionals be using ? It's either advanced retardism or they are smoking too much pot on the job.
The only reasonable explanation is that somebody at F&M was greased. (bribed )R
The cost base for the connected scumbagians here is probably between a dime and $ .15.
On the semi bright side (LoL) F&M can point to the COMPLETE dopes at Jennings Capital who figured $ 1.10 was a brilliant entry point.
And lets chalk another one up (the public's hoop) for the truly sickening Mr. Peter Grandich shall we?
Gather no moss.
