VIAMAT turn around time

Has anyone had experience with VIA MAT? I'm selling some metal back to Monex and they use VIA MAT in Los Angeles for processing / receiving the metal. I'm curious what kind of turn around to expect; like how long it usually takes for them to process the shipment and notify the dealer.
