Newer Article Available Indicator

When reading Turd's articles, I often do a page refresh to see the latest comments. Sometimes a comment is made that indicates a new article has been posted, but most of the time this doesn't happen and I miss the fact that a new article has been posted (usually figure it out after a couple of refreshs haven't revealed new comments). I request the addition of an indicator to the top and bottom of each comment page that indicates when a newer article has been posted. Alternatively, the indicator could indicate that the currently viewed article is the newest article to have been posted. I suppose the indicator could be text, or an icon, or a different banner color--it wouldn't make any difference to me. If you think this would be a handy improvement to the site, please reply with a "me too" to this thread.
