I often purchase bullion from SilverGoldBull.com - today I was going to make a small purchase and look at the price! Wow! - Silver Maple yesterday was C$42/ coin on the same site - today, it's C$105 !!!
Gold Maple is now going for $3882!!
Obviously - they think that prices are going UP UP UP.
Here is the link .. https://silvergoldbull.com/
Just in case this changes - here is a screenshot to show what the pricing was as of 13:00 Hrs MST today. ..
Here's the Gold Pricing Page ..
I would love to believe we're going to see $105 / oz silver when the market opens but I think that's just your dealers way of saying we're not taking any orders for now until the market opens and sets the selling price.
Yes - I agree.. this is just a simple way to turn off the orders for now. But it does point to the fact that the uncertainty level is VERY high.
well, Apmex suspended sales today until after the market opens. I'm wondering if instead of suspending their sales, if silvergoldbull.com decided to just raise their prices huge like that just in case some dumbass actually still decides to buy something from them?
Or it's a programming error. Or if all other sellers follow suit then my Buffalos just got reeeeeeaaaaal spendy!
Checked that website and currently everything seems to reflect an underlybing price of around $60/oz.
Looks like the pricing has returned to about where it should be - I'm now seeing C$43.79/oz for a Silver Maple and C$1775/oz for a Gold Maple.
Thought I was going nuts when I saw those huge prices - glad I took a couple of screenshots - anyway, now I can buy some more.
