Two things: Print and new tab links

Sorry if this is a repeat, I tried scanning the threads and didn't see much.

1) I like the print button, but it only parses the original post. Can we have it so the entire thread gets parsed so we can print not only the original post, but also the replies? I tried copying replies into Word and it screws everything up.

2) Please make clickable links open up a new tab/window.
