What makes the Senate trial a sham, or unfair. Hasn't even started yet.
I watched your clip, I don't see the equivalence there of the President of the United States inciting and insurrection against the Article I section of our constitution, for the furtherance of his many efforts to steal the election.
Most of what you posted was hostile language, some of the threats were more explicit and even I believe in a couple cases investigated by the Secret Service (the disgusting Kathy Griffith stunt). To take what appear to be the stongest examples from your clip, there is Maxine Waters saying that Trump administration officials should not be welcome at any private businesses. That is certainly objectionable and inflammatory, but that falls short of a president inciting insurrection. Your clip had some brief very violent scenes, but I don't know the context. Perhaps there were even BLM prostestors incited to commit violence or even insurrection. I fully support prosecution for such if fairly tried, since those are clearly crimes.
Obviously, your choice to watch or not, but it is of major importance (and thus interest) for energized politicos ... I would think.
will this account be borne out? Who would be okay with insurrection done in your their name if this account is accurate? Statements under oath are needed to dort this out don't you agree? Or just leave this hanging out there?

Who played a part in this? Is it a fair charge? You can't be neutral on this. For all time, names and positions will be noted.
Some might want to put their head in the sand.
Insurrection in whose name?
