Unfiled Returns

Hey guys,

Worked on Commercial Fishing Boats several years back. Was young/ dumb, I was told would not be filed on, but guess what has come in the mail... Signed by the Grim Reaper himself.

Has anyone had to deal with unfiled returns? Is there any benefit to contacting an advertised Tax Settlement Service?

Or Just call the local office and they have their way with me?
