Thoughts on GOEX?

Hi everyone, loving the site since I have joined. For now I am mostly buying mining ETFs. I already built up a physical position that I am comfortable with over the last 2 years.

What is everyone's thoughts on GOEX? I'm not a chart guy but there looks to be a great amount of upside. Would it be worth adding to my portfolio of GDX/GDXJ/SIL/SILJ?
