Consider your future health!

Time marches onward, busy days, family and friends, making fiat, storing up "X" for the soon coming retirement era. This is what it looks like: The many take a long ship cruise, and after some time, a few become weak and sickly, staying in their cabins. One notices that the older ones have passed onward, even mom and dad, aunts and uncles, friends and neighbors. It begins to look like this is "just the way it is and what I will face."

Some (a few) smart travelers, will seek out what is moving the people on deck, to the sick rooms. When the decks are becoming more empty every year, it is time for the outliers to make some changes. For once we have a medical breakdown, our lives are changed forever. Throwing the drugs overboard first is only a starting place. What we eat, how we walk, what we weigh, and cancer destroying herbs we consume, will keep us walking the upper decks through a long season of sunsets. jmo

Stoned?

I have been looking into alternative gall and kidney stone treatments. I have had a few issues over the last 6 months. Looking at trying this one, along with chanca piedra and Beta TCP:

Input would be appreciated. Jim

De-Stoned

I did this about 35 years ago, just to see what I would see, and sure enough there were some green stones the next morning!

It was a long week but it works. Never had any pain from the stones, just wanted to try it.

The Epsom salts and the olive oil/lemon juice were the most difficult part.

High Blood Pressure?

Well I have been dealing with a high blood pressure for many years. Always on the boarder of the doctors wanting to put me on their poisons. Nope! The doctor said "lose some more weight" and I have. Still my BP jumps around 190/88.

I have been dealing with some stones for quite some time and I tried a gall bladder flush this week. I checked my BP after and it has been steady around 112/70 since the flush two days ago. I think that 70+ years of sludge left on the evening train. Jim

HBP

Hi Jim, I check my bp everyday once I get to office. I have a spreadsheet I log the data into. about 4 years ago my wife bought a good digital monitor that does bp and resting heart rate.

112/74 and resting heart rate of 56-61 is current status. Big hat tip to you for your current readings as there is at least 20 years between us.

Happy Easter

Hi Jim, so glad to hear the

Hi Jim, so glad to hear the flush ay have helped manage your BP. Hopefully your new numbers are around to stay. I am fortunate to have low BP and heart rate from my years of athletics. My three numbers often read out between 200-220.

IE, Systolic at 100-110

Diastolic at 50-60

Heart rate at 45-55

To attain these numbers I follow the directions (from the wrist cuff monitor) of sitting at rest for 5 minutes or better, close my eyes and alleviate most distractions. My morning (coffee) readings are usually higher than my evening readings and I have been doing this for a couple of years. If I really try I can get numbers totaling well below 200 with a light meditation and minimum distractions.

My fishing buddy and his wife tease me about being in hibernation.

Wi-Fi releases mercury from amalgam restorations

A new study published in the Journal of Neuroimmunology entitled, “Effect of radiofrequency radiation from Wi-Fi devices on mercury release from amalgam restorations,” reveals that our now ubiquitous exposure to Wi-Fi radiation may be amplifying the toxicity of dental amalgams and other forms of mercury exposure to the human body.

Got Dirt?

We have a container, 4 pounds, of Terramin, being calcium montmorilonite (clay). >> Bentonite!

Benefits of Bentonite Clay

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

One should study the many benefits of this product. That list is huge. If one has some DE and a bit of clay every few months, the body may be able to heal much easier. jmo Jim

How to "shake-up" the medical community!

I have had a bit of a daydream, seeing how the entire medical industry could change if a few things would just happen. I noticed, when we were in the alternative hospital in Mexico, that they were light years ahead, in some areas, of treatments in America. The cost of many procedures were about 10% of what it is at home. They had many treatments for cancer that are illegal in the USA. However, in that land , filled with thc/cbd, the plant and byproducts are illegal.

If Mexico changed their view of the medical end of the plant, allowing the doctors to treat their seekers of health, including cancers, there would be a highway open from the states, and the world, for the sick and dying. There are many alternative hospitals, just across the border. Clinical trials could start and at a much less cost basis. The American health industry would need to change and quickly or lose billions of dollars to Mexico.

Currently, there is a multitude of seriously ill Americans and from other countries, receiving many alternative treatments and many are successful. There are zero clinical trials for cbd/thc in America and when some country looks for a cure and have the doctors of vision, health care will change forever. jmo Jim

Got a pressure cooker?

Pressure cooking seems to remove the lectins from many foods. I asked the wife to buy a new cooker, not aluminum, and she found one on sale today for $50. (4 qt. elite by Fagor)

Also, we are trying several new recipes this week, low carbs, and this is a great site:

Speaking of cookware.....

What are some recommendations for safe cookware? Should I get rid of my nonstick pans?

Also, recommendations for toothpaste and antiperspirant or deodorant?

Thank you in advance, I trust you guys way more than my online search skills! smiley
