Castor oil Pack!

For many of us, being over 60 or 70, we remember grandma using castor oil packs. There are many benefits and it was the "old way' of doing natural treatments. (I have been using them this week) Get a good hot water bottle and leave it on for awhile. Jim

True Jim

Always have the Castor Oil in Stock. Here is an interesting Castor Oil cure for you. Anyone have eyefloaters, cataracts. Try putting a drop of Castor Oil in each eye every night. If you need a dropper, go by eyedrops at the dollar store, dump them out, and refill bottle with Castor Oil.

Make sure organic, hexane free, chemical free

I didn't know it was called the Keto diet Toronto ML

But I probably need to add some healthy oils. The whole diet feels different to me. The calorie drop was 1,300 not 1,300 total per day. Cilatro is eaten daily. Coconut oil swish is new. I'll try that . What would you suggest as a good oil/fat to add to the diet. I get the send that nuts like almonds, walnuts and cashews are not sufficient. Adding an oil to my greens or morning protein smoothie would be easy.

Basics!

My old friend Al, 78 and sickly, overweight, dealing with cancers, can hardly walk and takes a bit of time to get into my truck, had lunch with me yesterday. His first two wives have passed onward, the usual stuff. Al loves his soft drinks and fast foods.

"If" one is going to serious about their health, they must at least start with sugars or they will be in trouble, it is just a matter of time. Make the new resolution that as of today, no more pop, beer, wine, smokes, tobaccos, and watching your carbs like we watch the price of metals.

These things produce a slow death. The medical examiner fails to say the cause of death was SUGAR. One does not need to divorce their spouse, just keep them on Pepsi.

Remember, Linda's best friend, T., tried the sugar/carb route to the max. and finally weighed 360 pounds and died. It is one thing to study what to eat and another to walk in a healthy way. Remember also, there was not any of the bad foods in the Garden of Eden, no GMO's, fast foods, processed foods. no KFC's, and not even one Wendy's. The bad stuff came along when Adam and Eve were booted out and they may have made some pops. Ha! Jim

Coconut oi. Cool!

I'll see if I can rustle up some of the good stuff

NW VIEW. IMO the sugar cartel, alive and well for the last 100 years, has Congress bought and paid for. If there was one thing we consume, from transfats, high fructose corn syrup, GMO foods, tobacco and other 'poor choice' foods, sugar could easily be seen as the worst thing in our diet.

If there was a conspiracy, and I think we have one now that started 50 years ago, the infestation of sugar into the American diet and that of the western world is probably now part of the game plan to dramatically reduce the health of sugar consumers, shorten their life span just as cigarettes are promoted as enormous tax generators that shorten life spans, create mind dulling effects of sugar high and toxic effects, producing two generations of dim wits who've dived into diabetes and its final stage, alzheimer disease. This goes a long way to reducing the population, stripping them of wealth via poor, ineffective and highly priced medicines and treatments.

Deducing that, I'd say removing sugar from our diets would easily be one of the best ways to remove the elites plan for western planned eugenics and democide via sugary snacks and foods. High fructose corn syrup is a highly weaponized form of sugar that is far more addictive and damaging to our health. Then, of course, there's the artificial sweeteners. These are the dietetic stalking horses of chemical warfare used in the western world. All forms of chemical sweeteners are tremendously damaging to our health

But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it's quite normal and expected that 65% of Americans are obese. Sure it is. Or maybe we're evolving into a new species of land whales that can handle global warming easily because of our massive layers of blubber. No, not quite.

We must be evolving into land whales because the solar minimum and volcanism will drop the average global temps by 5 degrees and that extra 100 lbs of blubber will keep us warm on those cold nights.

I knew there was a positive spin to this thing. Maybe I should go into politics.angry

@AGXIIK

I have thought about the sugar banksters, selling what we like to eat, over the period after WW2. I'm not sure that they were intentionally trying to make everyone sick, however, their real motive is as usual, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

My mom ate all the bad stuff, southern cooking, lots of lard and fat. However, she cooked at home, from scratch, and she lived until she was 96. She quit her chain smoking at about 50. One of my older sisters is 93 and still living alone and eating at home. So, 65% of Americans are obese? I believe it, seeing the people in the malls when we take a cold morning walk. The government does not want to stop us from dying around the age of 65. Yep, pay into SS for 40 years and never collect a cent and I have departed friends who fit that description. Jim

Jim if there was another hard edge conspiracy theory

that is now written large, it's the Fed's obsession and desperation to get the average lifespan of Americans down to a level that keeps SS solvent. I ran some numbers a few years back and realized that the unhealthy Americans; smokers, the obese and others who's lifestyle habits curb average lifespan now live to an average of 62 years of age. That is right at the time a person can take early SS payments. Since the Fed Gov does their calculations out over 40 years they've compiled a vast inventory of data the is showing the effects of poor lifestyle choices and longevity. This can be calculated pretty accurately.

The herd is being culled by bad diets, drugs, pharma, opiods, obesity and the like. I think we are just now starting to see the effections of this soft edged democide. We have 60,000,000 Americans on SS and Medicare with a total cost of $2 trillion, half the national budget but inclusive of $1 trillion in fresh fed debt. MIC accounts for $1 trillion with various divisions of the fed gov spending the rest including salaries, welfare, public pensions and the grand illusion of infrastructure.

Since the two largest components, SS/Medicare/Welfare are around $ trillion and the MIC is around $ trillion we now have a 3 to 1 battle of guns and butter. I'm all for wholesome grade A butter on my grits and bacon grease drizzled over my beans and peas. Yes, we ate 'country' for decades. Just don't flavor it with gunpowder, depleted Uranium and napalm.

Well stated and the way it is. That is why we filled out the paperwork, when we reached 62, and have been collection SS checks for several years. I plan on continuing to work on keeping us healthy and it is a full time job. I want to live another 30 years or so and collect those check that my friend Jerry did not.

The immediate goal/pathway is to get off of all drugs (done), go organic, study the concepts on this forum, daily walks, and become detached from the arms of taxation. Downsizing is a big key to success. It may be that the bum jungles, along the rails, will start appearing again, like in the '50's.

We could start a gofundme account, looking for donations to send us to NZ. jim

MARYANN: I just happened to

MARYANN:

I just happened to catch your post about your Son and Gluten...haven't read back pages, am behind.

I thought I had a gluten allergy for years. Some guidance from this board put me on the gylphophate (sp?) roundup trail. Sure enough, it was roundup, NOT gluten.

I had it bad. Real bad. Couldn't think about my fav foods anymore without getting stomach gurgles. Pasta, bread, muffins, honeywheat...all a thing of the past, those were my main staples.

After watching a video that was posted here, I started to explore non roundup wheat. Sure enough, my stomach can tolerate roundup free wheat....my wife buys organic flower, makes my bread every few days. Pasta has been switched to organic, I can eat it all I want.

That was a year ish maybe two ago since the switch.

Every once in a while i sneak a 'real' roll and it doesn't bother me. Used to be that there was no way I was eating that.

Tell him to get a bread maker if he doesn't have one and to eat only organic pasta/his own bread. In time his stomach will heal from roundup's damage....stomach heals, the rest of the body follows.

I hope this helps...if you are already aware please ignore me just popping in.

Keep up the good work here all...

Tapping DOES work!

I'm new here but had to reply to tghis old post since I've done Tapping since 2007 and can attest to its various benefits in either healing or beginning of the healing process, meaning, you must first "peel off the layers" ( like that of an onion) to get to the core of the issue. And trust me when I say that even though this is a very simple method, the emotional and/or physical pain one can experience while peeling those layers, can be humiliating, horrifying and humbling, simultaneously. It may take a while to get to the core but is well worth it once there.

Ted Robinson has been practicing EFT for years and is one of the more experienced practitioners around, IMHO.

Welcome JPM

With a name like that, you must have giant balls. It is interesting you bring tapping back up. I have been following Nick Ortner's stuff for a couple of months now. I can't say as I have put research into action yet, but thank you for the testimonial.

@ag1969 and all others!

I have had a book, that I looked at a few years ago: The Clay Cure by Ran Knishinsky and I am going to start a bit of clay treatment. This is just another important item to study/consider and be open to eating some dirt. Jim

Bentonite Clay

Jim, you must know that I have been pushing Bentonite CLay Baths around here for yonks. It is one of the best metals detox out there. Another great way to take Bentonite Clay is internally with Sonne's #7. I do it at least once a year.

And for Borax users, I just put a post on DOTS that really belongs here. Since I originally posted it in DOTS for Silver_Surfer, I figured I would put my follow up post there. Here it is:

@ AG1969

Well, I guess that I forgot that you loved clay. It is one of those "signs" of being a senior citizen. Sometimes, I walk into a room, stop, look around and try to remember why I came in. Linda misplaces her car keys often and I try to forget why I bought so many PM miners in the past. One thing I never forget, that first smooch with the wife of a lifetime. Just like yesterday. Jim

Ancientmoney / Vaccines

Hi A-money, a while back you asked me for a list of ingredients by vaccine and what I was able to provide at the time was not adequate. Today I found a document that I think is a little more in line with what you needed.
