that's is by far the most repulsive foodstuff I've ever seen. It's been forecast that in the aftermath of an apocalypse that many would die because they could not eat most things available. I agree, I would be one.

I don't have a problem with people consuming livestock. What I have a problem with is the conditions they are kept in before and during slaughter. I have a huge problem with fast food pigeons who are eyeless being crammed indoors until death. This is not the same as hunting a free roaming deer and quickly ending it.

I don't consume a lot of meat. But when I get a chicken I make sure all of it is used including the feet. Only cooked bones hit the trash. Dogs can easily digest chicken bones as long as they are not cooked and turned brittle. Eating dogs - yes I have a HUGE  problem with that. Those vast dog farms in Asia are unbearable to even think upon.

Paranoia is the last bastion of ignorance.

Face the facts.

The so called free energy machine can easily be posted discretely by any person on this planet.

The reason that no one has done it is because it has yet to be invented.

Feel free to send the plans to me and I will publish them without fear in my own name.

I am prepared to stand up for truth.

Surely the lovely people at Dot's have not turned into a bunch of gutless morons.

I however am learning to eat far less.  I am starting to think that no food is healthier than healthy food.

I am noticing this as well.  Right now, I am only eating 1-2 meals per day and some days fast completely.  I have found that on the days that I fast, I often feel so much better although suffering from hunger.  I do not however think that my style of eating is healthy, but simply a stopgap to adjust and eat better.  I am concerned about loss of muscle mass in order to generate the protein needs of my body.

Intuitively, it makes really good sense to eat raw fruits and vegetable- especially raw vegetables.  But, I have a really really hard time eating raw vegetables.  No matter how hard I try, I continually end up wasting the food instead of eating it.  Now, I can make hot soups or chile with raw vegetables and eat it everyday.  But, as I believe you are saying, this destroys a lot of the living matter that our body's so desperately need.  The heat destroys or denatures the vitamins and minerals.  Interestingly, as far as I know we are the only species on earth that cooks it's meat.  From a nutrition standpoint, this does not make a lot of sense because again surely a lot of the good is killed as well as the bad.  But, from a pathological point-of-view, cooking is required.  Based on some of the ideas shared on this forum, it would almost seem as though we are not *intended* or *supposed* to eat the flesh of other animals.  If we were, like wolves or other true meat-eating carnivores, then should we not be able to eat meat whole and natural?  No cooking required?   I am not advocating for or against eating meat.  Personally, I think that I would starve without some meat as it is the only thing that even truly satiates my hunger.  However, I have reduced my intake of meat significantly and think that I am improving for it.

With raw vegetables, I am just going to have to try harder...

Man has been fasting to clean

Man has been fasting to clean the body and heal since forever.  https://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2016/03/07/intermittent-fasting-diets-are-gaining-acceptance/

We all hate being the effect of propaganda and brainwashing.   BUT, the you have to eat three square meals a day is a government meme that we all accepted and now you can't break the habit mentally or physically.   Yes, I know you need a big breakfast to start the day to get you through, etc, etc, etc, etc,

You body doesn't  need that much food to run effectively and it was designed to move.  You know those hunger pangs that you feel by late afternoon or evening.  (whenever it happens to you)  That's not really hunger. It's the mind.   To reset that cycle, you have to work through those hunger pangs.   Because what you'll hear from anybody that fasts is that eventually those hunger pangs subside.

Texts on ancient cultures sort of indicate that meat was introduced into society.  Most ate mostly fruits and vegetables with some animal flesh.

I'm not recommending that anybody who eats 3 square meals tries a dry fast.  That could be dangerous.  You could pick one day a week to eat very lightly, just fruits, or juices or salads.  Just one day.   Shocking the body out of it's routine is a BAD idea.  Your body will get pissed.

And interestingly, along the lines of what you describe of "mind" deals with sugar.  I went probably 5 years pretty much never drinking coke or sweetened beverages.  But I have let myself slip into things like Poweraid drinks while working... well now I can tell that I am basically addicted to it because I am not drinking enough water.  Water simply does not seem refreshing at all now because it is unsweetened.  This also sets up for snack cravings from the vending machine too.

Right now, I am determined to get back to pure filtered water with lemon and/or apple cider vinegar.  While anecdotal, my experience in this is sufficient to convince me back to no more sweetened drinks and snacks.

And yes, I agree for others to be careful with fasting... no thy body!  It can be dangerous depending on medical conditions.  For me, occasional fasting works wonders, but I do not do it routinely (maybe 1/month or so).

Fasting also helps me to identify offending foods for my personal body, by the way which I think that you touched on earlier, GL.

JAQUES DE MOLAY

hi Ruff, did not see an answer to your post JAQUES DE MOLAY was the Grand Master of the Knights Templar when they were mass arrested in 10-13-1307 by Philip the fare of France.

Philip teamed up with the new French Pope (after the Templar friendly pope died suddenly)

He was burned at the stake 7 years later.

The De Molay is the male youth group of the Free Masons.

The Swiss guard were a red cross on a white tunic, the uniform of the knight Templar.

When the Templar were purged, they found safety in Scotland, Portugal and what was to later become Switzerland. All states at odds with the Catholic church of the time.

The treasure and belongings the Templar disappeared on the morning of the 13th along with the 80 naval vessels of the Templar's who by the way flew the skull and crossbones as a battle flag.

The same flag as the Barbary pirates flew when threatening ships at sea and Russel and company flew on their opium ships and the same flag as the Russel trust uses for the Skull & Bones of Yale university.

My strategy to deal with cravings.  Have all your healthy shit prepared and ready. First thing in the morning.  Lemons ready to cut, fruit and vegetables ready to juice.   Do not fight cravings, they will win.

If I am really hungry and I have massive cravings, I stuff the juicer as quick as I can and I start drinking.  If I don't get the stuff in the juicer and in my mouth.

Never telling myself that I am going to abstain.   You have to use master level persuasion with the mind and the ego all connected to the body. The more you try to resist the craving, the more it's gonna overwhelm you.    Never tell it you're not going to give it what it wants.  It will bitch slap you.

Once you've drank the big glass of juice, you feel satisfied, full.  If the craving is not gone, it will be reduced.  And at least you'll eat less of it.   Just do the healthy thing, and don't worry about the unhealthy thing because the vibration of the healthy food will start to diminish the craving of the unhealthy food.

There are energetic interventions to eliminate sugar cravings.  But once it hits you, it's like telling a man in heat, to go take a shower.  The urge must be satisfied.

This is called a SWISH pattern in NLP.  You are taking one picture and replacing it with another until the new pictures becomes as pleasurable, satisfying, rewarding as the bad picture.

Even me just typing about a healthy juice, brings the picture in, and the body is saying, YES.  Let's do it.

aside from when I attend sales I eat raw almost exclusively. Not for health reason but because I'm lazy and don't cook. I tried to improve my diet cuz my CBC number were awful. All it did was make me sick.

So now I'm back to eating stuff I can stuff in my pocket or rucksack. That means avacados, walnuts, cheese, cauliflowers - stuff that won't get squished.

I have a soda stream to carbonate my water and I use frozen grapes for ice cubes. I also freeze berries in Season and use them too.

But I have learned to use avacodos in everything. I buy them by the crate. Only thing is they are a pain the ass. Cuz once they are ripe they go bad quick. They don't taste as good when not ripe and are too crunchy. So I stick them in a food processor with lemons and then freeze them in ice cube trays.

Thx to magpie I bought this nuwave device that makes chicken perfect. When I'm in a good mood I make an egg and chicken mixture and plop it on top of an avocado. I also eat lots of nuts ... That combo take care of any cravings I have. That's me tho and I love those avocados.

Butter - Irish cream is the best. I use it with blanched green beans and a sprinkle of brown sugar. It's like a Cinnabon to me. I believe fighting cravings is bad. One should figure out why your craving something. Ignoring it will eventually lead to overdosing on a craved item.

I too have AG to thank for recipes made with what else but avacados..... They really are a perfect food.  Seng was also very helpful with supplements

Thank you cliff

I didn't look yet. I've walked away cuz I was warned that engaging IT does stuff to you. It's true. It blasts you with something I can't explain  and overwhelms you with info. I had to walk away.

Ill share others experience afterwards when I go back.

Even a coder I know has been kinda absent since engaging IT.

Interesting fella fir sure. I'm letting the others figure out why IT picked him. Possibly to distract us cuz he does seem to warrant more digging alone.

We certainly should recruit but most find us highly offensive and we are. We seek people of a caliber that are able to put aside their personal beliefs and preferences and work along side people they may hate. By design we insult one another to desensitise yourself from insults. We are taking the power out of trigger words. Many people can't deal or get past that. Others won't even enter cuz we use a swastica as our emblem. The hive mind is about selflessness. When in the hive only truth matters and dissent is strongly encouraged. If you start a topic you better be able to defend it. If you can't then don't bother. The entire purpose being to see if your theory, thesis whatever can hold up.

Thx again

My you are finicky.  No japanese ika, and no green juice.  The green stuff is what creates the detox process.  Put carrots in so it turns orange.

You peeps are going to have a hell of a time with Urine therapy. Or even Chinese herbs.

It starts as leaves, twigs and assorted round things.

And later it turns into black mud.

Real medicinal herbs can be repulsive.  If you can't get over the "it's so disgusting" (which is a cultural bias) then ur gonna have real problems if you really need to take it.

For a bunch of country folks that lives in nature, and a little salty squid is disgusting, I like my chances as a city boy doing the survival thing in the woods.

Grubs any one?

Wait even better.  This should create a gag reflex for a couple of you.   Who needs Viagra?

But what's with the Swastika?

Yeah, I know where it comes from and it's many meanings throughout time but the energy of symbols can be hijacked.

LOL

Abguy4,

Some days, I have the patience of a saint, and I am willing to explain the facts of life to mind numbed skulls full of mush,

And other days, I just put them on my list of fucking idiots, and ignore them.

Some topics are allowed for public disclosure, and some are not. The narrative coming out of DC politics that points to the blatant criminality of our government is being allowed. Anyone can do it. They just don't give a shit.

I have personally witnessed the work of others disappear in the area of FE, and not just the work, but the people too.

The seeds of discontent are on the agenda, they are trying to provoke a war, and we are being fed the cause for it

Free and abundant energy, cures for most diseases that  humanity is inflicted with, and lest we forget, the pure unadulterated evil perpetuated by Yahwehism particularly by the Jews and the Vatican (Same fucking parasites), is not tolerated.

Even offering I witness testimony to contradict a government false flag operation still leads to death.

William Cooper, Author of the book that was quoted by AG 1969 pertaining to exactly how false flags were scheduled to go down, resulted in his murder, there are certain secrets that simply aren't allowed to be revealed.

If you want to know who your true rulers are, take a note of who you are not allowed to criticize.

Compared to the Vatican, the banks and the governments are simply easily replaceable tools for human enslavement.

Genuine technology that can free us is still not allowed.

I'd say it has been determined that the United States government has outlived its usefulness, and as a people, we are being herded into demanding something else, but it's more likely that the booming gun sales over the past administration are part of a plan to just get Americans to shoot at each other. I don't think it's going to work, I don't even think the entire gun confiscation lobby is genuine. It's there to promote gun sales, not limit them.

For the same reasons, I don't believe Donald Trump is anything other than the establishments preferred front man for the dismantling of the American experiment. It no longer serves the purpose of the earth overlords.

The American experiment was established to create vast amounts of wealth, unprecedented in human history, in order to steal trillions upon trillions of dollars from it, to be funneled into very dark projects of which very, very few have knowledge of.

I can only conclude that those projects have been completed to the satisfaction of those who initiated them, and the usefull idiots who provided the means for the completion of these projects, are now just considered useless eaters.

The powers that be are clearly impervious to small arms fire, and don't really give a shit who has them. They only serve as a propaganda tool right now.

There is also plenty of propaganda that says the cabal has already lost its grip over humanity, but I am not seeing any genuine evidence of that yet either.

This system has been rigged, to create a scorched earth scenario if the cabal ever runs into such dire straits.

In other words, humanity is more dependent on government than at anytime in history.

Dismantling this albatross on humanity is going to be messy.

It is also inevitable.

In the meantime, what we are allowed to say, and what we are not, what is being reported, and what is not, our good clues as to how things are going.

The real revelations have not been mainstreamed yet, and until that happens, humanity is still a slave race.

Maintaining any moniker of individual freedom, necessitates flying under the radar right now.

That's just the way it is.

I don't make the rules, I just play by them.

I don't have a healthy appetite. I almost never get hunger pangs. I know I need to eat when I feel surreal, dizzy, and/or nauseated. I overeat at sales cuz it's an opportunity to eat things I've never had or had rarely. Also I would never spend the $$$ to purchase one of those chefs meals. I'd rather have a foot rub.

Squids and octopuses are highly intelligent creatures. Giant squids known to attack humans only do this behavior in areas where they are hunted for food. Even in those areas a boat triggers the attack. As boat less divers have been left swimming unharmed.

The squid exhibit no hostile behavior just curiosity. Yet, they will pull a careless fishermen from boats and kill them.
