Hi Spartacus, thanks for the link

I just read the entire preview of that book you sent the link to, and, I've been doing a lot of reading on the subject.

Too many of them seem to depend on a"fair judge".

Our local town judge is a professional extortionist. And every Town entity has a "procedure" to ensure that anything resembling justice is an impossibility.

Yes, my attitude could use some adjusting, I freely admit that. A little bit of positive thinking always helps, but rose colored glasses in these circumstances would destroy me.

You seem to be presuming I was in some kind of hurry. I was not. I freely admit a tremendous amount of the ignorance of procedure, but I am a fairly quick study.

To the best of my knowledge, I haven't as of yet surrendered any of my inherent rights yet, but that presupposes that I had any to begin with.

A "Speedy trial" would probably work against me, I need to overcome my attitude, and my ignorance first.

I will take your suggestion, and see if I can find that book tomorrow. Most of what I've studied comes from a application of constitutional law, which no longer seems to have any application within the United States anymore.

In all seriousness, this town is totally lawless, but at least I can educate myself as to just how badly I am getting fucked.

They already know I am completely innocent, they've got the proof of that on video.

The problem, is that video implicates them.

Hell, the end of the world as we know it could come before this ever gets to trial.

If not, I do intend to put on one hell of a show.

Get the Book (Buy it or take it out from the library) and READ IT!

Your local situation as you have laid it out herein, also has blatant conflicts of interest which would likely preclude impartiality / fair trail as well.

You do have my email if you need further assistance, that is of course, if you imagine that I could somehow possibly ever make it up off of that "mopped" floor by any of those self perceived geniuses with an incredible 1200+ word per minute implied reading rate. LOL

Cheers Brother,

Yes

Just guessing, but I bet there were never truer words. "a planned execution"--this is exactly what the new and improved justice system is capable of, these are not mistakes, even if they are later presented as such.

But is he really dead? I don't know. The whole takedown was planned for the media to proclaim a death. Is it to create more fear? Are both sides puppets in a play, or have we witnessed more egregious govt overreach?

Listen, this whole thing has been fishy from the start. None of it makes logical sense.

Col. Randall Smith 27

Col. Randall Smith 27 January, 2016, 16:14

While it is reported that Americans own between 30 and 300 million firearms, the sheer number is not the only consideration. Consider the ordnance available to federal (and now state, county and city) LE agencies in relation to the kinds of armament owned by most Americans: .22, .223, 30-30, 30-06 cal. or 7.62 mm. and shotguns. While Obama has been and is working diligently to supply all LE agencies with protective body armor, the cost of such equipment is prohibitive to many, if not most, Patriots and militia personnel. Anyone who has ever been near a .50 cal. Gatling gun will understand what I mean. And anyone who has paid attention to the 2-3 mile long freight trains cris-crossing our country consisting only of 80′ flat cars filled with various armored vehicles and field ordnance will have some idea of what we, as militia or Patriots, will face. This does not include surveillance and attacks from the air or, via the USCG, also under DHS control, armed vessels off our coasts or in the gulf.

My greatest concern is the seeming lethargy, complacency and, in some cases, frank ignorance, of so many of our fellow Americans regarding what Obama, key members of his administration, a brain-dead Congress and the relationships between his foreign and domestic policies, etc. have done to our Country and to our economy. If I am not mistaken, there are now approximately 800 FEMA camps spread across the U.S., and farm fields stacked with several hundred plastic “casket liners”. The relationship between the airborne spraying of a few months ago and its effect on our climate (particularly the drought in southern California) is hard to ignore. You will recall the results of “Operation American Spring” in 2013. In my state 84 people said they would be participating. Several of us as State Directors in every state worked hard to provide lodging, food, water, comms, transportation, etc. In reality, on the designated day in May, of the thousands of Americans who indicated their support and belief in OAS, between 100 and 150 Americans actually made the trip to D.C. My impression is that while we have plenty of “keyboard commandos” who “fight” from the comfort of their recliners (which, especially now, are the most dangerous pieces of furniture in your home), when it actually comes down to nut-cutting, moving into harm’s way and returning effective fire, the numbers will be disappointingly few.

I sometimes wonder what would happen in just 3% of our 300+ million countrymen were to converge on the capitol, kick the Obamas out of OUR white house, clean out Congress, dissolve some or all of the alphabet agencies and dismiss judges so that they could be replaced by special elections and appointments, what a difference that would make if planned effectively and executed soon. No more illegal and, for each one of us, dangerous “Executive Orders” or “Acts” (e.g. NDAA, Patriot Act, etc.) from a tyrant. No more fear of a false flag event triggering “Martial Law”. From a legal point of view (and I am by no means a lawyer, but I can read), all of these people, according to our Constitution are, in effect, imposters. If we, believe what we say and hear that, because of our Constitution, all members of all of our governments are public servants, many, by sworn oath, are required to work on our behalf. They are accountable to America’s citizens who are out-ranked only by our Creator. I guess what I am saying is that the Constitution, which we have sworn to uphold, gives us the authority to do these things. I realize that the established government won’t give up without resistance or a fight, but perhaps it would result in less bloodshed and fewer deaths than a “second civil war”.

Several well-executed University studies have shown that, throughout the course of history, it only takes 3-5% of the population of a country to effect a change in government. In fairly recent history, Turkey has done this twice to oust crooked leaders. An estimated 35,000 Turks converged on Cairo, and the result was a change in the make-up (and probably behavior) of their government leaders. If the Turkish people can do this, why can’t we?

I apologize for the length of this and would appreciate your feedback, especially in those instances where my thinking or logic has gone astray or I have overlooked some key considerations (which I’m sure I have). I’m sending this as a comment because, to me, you are my brothers at one of the most critical periods in our Nation’s history, and I am very proud of that. Thanks for your time.

You should be well aware that there is only 1 "know it all" in the entire universe, and obviously that I do not hold that Title.

Such being said,

unless the Laws and Rights in Canuckistan, substantially deviate from what exists south of the borders of paradise, it certainly couldn't hurt to read up, study and learn those tactics which protects one's rights against any encroachments upon same, or from otherwise suffering from what is commonly known as: the bum's rush.

Witness Account

Yes, he is really dead. https://northwestlibertynews.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Transcript-of-Victoria-Sharp-Recording.pdf

Ambushed, snipers in trees. They were traveling to Grant county where a sheriff friendly to their cause was meeting them. Hit the car without killing all? 120 times? Something really isn't making sense here. Perhaps they were told to just scare the hell out of them but not kill them? Real LE snipers wouldn't be snipers if they couldn't shoot fish in a barrel, which is exactly what 5 folks in a car would be. If LE was never shot at, can they open fire on civilians in a car? In our "new and improved" justice system apparently so.

Not to be a jerk, but I would never taunt LE to shoot me.

Maybe they just have to wait us out

Here is my take: The Feds have overwhelming force, and they have proven time and again that they don't give a rat's ass what we think of them. If they did not want the Oregon Standoff to carry on until exactly it ended, it wouldn't have. They could have put that down 5 minutes after it started and at any point in the process, they are in complete control of the narrative and the opposition.

We have heard of the fema camps, the body bags and casket liners, and have seen the military equipment trains all over the nation. We have heard of .40 cal ammo purchases by .gov, we have watched the sovereign gold leave our shores, we have watched our freedoms disappear, and,.... AND, we eat poison food and drink poison water, and then we ask Uncle Sugar to buy us toxic pills from the Oligarchs when we are so fucking sick, that our dick does not work anymore, or our legs are restless when we sleep. And while all of this is going on, we live in paralyzed fear that uncle sugar is going to take it all away from us and make us fend for ourselves.

Well, what if all of the aforementioned "Military deployment", for lack of a better term, is being strategically placed around the country to do a mass clean up? Maybe the "Fema Camps" are to process all the bodies of people who drop dead in the street, either too sick and fat to carry on, or just too scared to go on after Uncle Sugar pulls the plug.

Despite the overwhelming force they have to put down insurrections, food will be (is and has been) the weapon to control the masses. The three hundred million people who care more about facebook than liberty.

“If people let government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny.”
Thomas Jefferson

We have chemtrails, vaccines, GMO, flouride, pesti-herba-insecti-cides, mass infestations of fungus (candida) and parasites (Hulda Clark? Ag66), Designer Viruses, exploding rates of all kinds of diseases, and we just continue to eat and watch TV.

We all seem to have this question of whether or not all of these troops will fire on their fellow Americans, we have rumors of Russian troops on our soil, Dirty Harry and the Clinton Crime Family selling out our sovereign resources to the Chinese, but they don't seem to be rounding us up en masse... yet. They have not taken our guns... yet? Has anyone considered that we have all been infected with something, and they are just waiting around to clean us up?

While I understand Mass Extinction events are cyclical, so do they.....

Coca-Cola Funded Study Claims Diet Soda May Be Healthier than Water

A new study claiming diet beverages may be more beneficial to weight loss than water was funded by Coke, Pepsi, and other soft drink conglomerates. The analysis, published in November in the International Journal of Obesity by a professor at the University of Bristol, concluded that low energy sweeteners (LES) in place of sugar “in children and adults, leads to reduced EI [energy intake] and BW [body weight], and possibly also when compared with water.

The study, a “systematic review” titled, “Does low-energy sweetener consumption affect energy intake and body weight?” disclosed it was partly funded by the International Life Sciences Institute-Europe (ILSI). Though the name seems neutral — and its board of directors includes qualified scientists — other members’ positions on the board suggest ulterior motives. Doctors from Nestle, Mars, Unilever, Pepsi, and Coca-Cola serve on ILSI’s board of directors. Further, these directors elect the board’s officers, three of five of whom represent corporations.

The lead scientist in the study, Dr. Peter Rogers, a professor of biological psychology at Bristol University, is also the co-chair of ILSI’s Eating Behaviour and Energy Balance Task Force. That task force is populated by doctors representing companies like DuPont, the notorious chemical giant, and Johnson & Johnson. The task force’s chair is a doctor from Unilever, while the Vice-Chair is a doctor from Nestle.

Further, as Consumerist detailed:

[O]ne of the researchers himself is an employee of ILSI Europe, while the study’s lead author previously received research funding from a group called ‘Sugar Nutrition, UK,’ an industry lobbying group formerly known as the British Sugar Bureau. Others on the team have previously been paid for research by the Dutch Sugar Bureau, UK sweetener brand Canderel, or are — as disclosed at the end of the study — ‘employees and shareholders of companies that manufacture products containing sugars and low-energy sweeteners.’

After listening to................................

the eyewitness accounts I had assumed they might have brought in some "talent" from Los angeles where they frequently unloads hundreds of rounds on average citizens. No good video means one thing, outright murder. They had that many units and no video, please.

I hope they have all suspects on suicide watch as I'm sure there are in grave danger of self harm. Wonder when and if any SS officers realized the evil they were carrying out.

This current attempt to highlight the federal power and resource grab was ill thought out at best.

I'd bet they have 20 different sources, we will never see it until they have FIXED it the Bundys were fools if they did not have their own cameras running but I'm sure the feds have those also. We are defiantly on the same page. It is a shame however I'm sure he was a decent man.

Who the fuck cares and why do you?

I thought you were on ignore anyway.

Farrell is posting about the elite hijacking neuro maps of the dead and I'd be curious to study the neuromap of an individual who does nothing but lurk or rabble rouse since the missile over California only to question the whereabouts of two members that bother you. Another concerned party?

Fix is on the ball and ripping it apart!! Finally see's the misinformation seeping out of the alternative media, Jones, Z-Hedge and is calling it right. He calls the Christian bias who'd nail anybody to the cross who doesn't see things their way.

Otherwise I'm enjoying the calls to leave the country now . Save your ass before it's too late. A man deserves some entertainment now and then. AFter all it is all a show put on for your entertainment. I've been buys popping popcorn.

Fix: I don't resonate with Farrell on everything. But there are few things that he does right that I continue to read. 1) He ain't paid by anybody and I have no reason to believe he intentionally puts out misinformation in anyway 2) Many of his views on the elite are diametrically opposed to what gets put out in the "pop" alternative media. Being the minority view point among a minority is more apt to have "truth" 3) His house is filled with books. People without books scare the hell out of me based on anecdotal evidence. Every subject he writes about he is informed upon but synthesizes his own opinions to the extend any human is really synthesizing his own opinions. 4) the manner in which he reaches conclusions is different than mine. His modus operandi. But when we arrive at the same conclusions through a different route, it gives alot of credence to the theories. 5) He doesn't take any shit by members and the type of nonsense that is prevelant on this forum gets thrown into a parallel universe. There ain't no freedom of speech on his private forums. Stupidity is immediately executed. Entertains opposing views when handled properly.

Oh yeah, lastly it's a

Oh yeah, lastly it's a heightened GV inflection point period. So any comments I'd make about what's going on would stir the pot and be looked at through that lense. I see blood vessels popping in people's foreheads. So it would end being an extended period of name calling. Might anyway.

I might save them till afterwards when the interest in Bundy's die down which won't take that long or as soon as the other sites stop publishing articles and you're forced to think for yourself or we go back to donuts or parallel realities. This topic obviously stirs anger. I shall not add to whatever inner torment that this story is eliciting.

I wonder how "justified anger" if such a thing exists effects people ability to speculate on the truth of a situation?
