I have not read your post...yet, but I am a big fan of fasting. I have not eaten since Sunday Morning. I have posted a lot of stuff over the years on how fasting restores the immune system.
Tomorrow at noon I will eat a couple of avocados and then have dinner tomorrow night. It gets easier the more you do it. I was feeling shitty on Sunday and decided to take a couple of days off from food. It works for me.
And yes, I agree, we are experimenting on ourselves. I am feeling really good these days.
I bought Hulda Clark's ParaCleanse for Mrs.69. She has not started it yet. I will keep you posted. It makes sense and I will probably do it myself if she survives. (I need to insert an LOL here because my emoticons are missing)
I have also noticed that TFMR links have not been working. You know how you can always see how many new posts there are in a thread? When I see, say, 7 new, in the IWTTI thread and I click 7 new, it takes me to the beginning of thread every time, I have started reading your opening post for IWWTI about 100 times in the past week. Is it just me?

Neither Mrs Silver66 or I present any symptoms of parasites so we are unsure if we will do a cleanse, but will never say never. I have been thinking about a liver cleanse. When I am down at Dr Tent's next I will ask his opinion
I have been doing intermittent fasting for 3 weeks and the weight is falling off me. My personal trainer is amazed at how I have been killing it at our workouts this past 2 weeks. I have always been a late night snacker and it seems to me that that cycle is broken.

I luv that guy. He looks TOTALLY AWESOME for his age. I have one little itch with his diet recommendations. He's got OATS in the same boat with wheat -> No frkn good. But, I can not find any research that substantiates his condemnation of oats. It's gluten free, and you can easily get non-gmo, "organic'' blah, blah, blah. So, I don't see his objection - other than most of us do NOT need any simple carbohydrates in our diet. Period.

Oats are high in phytic acid which destroys teeth and bones. On the good side oats also clear cholesterol so you can live forever as an osteoporosis hunchback with bad teeth by eating them every day. ;) Every once in a while, no bigge. Daily, I wouldn't.
Also tons of cross contamination between Oats and Wheat, unless Oats are specified GF (gluten free)

....Thank you guys immensely!....Getting this book and trying to learn all the info quickly as possible...I do kinda get overwhelmed thinking about it all...I would say im in good health now, but i know this red splotchyness is not good...if I look like this on the outside, I can only imagine the inside and the damage being done so I definitely want to get ahead of the curve....I have soooo many questions and not enough time commonly to get the real lowdown, so your input is appreciated...I have a hard time keeping weight on...don't hate me...reading up on gaps...no grains?....does that include steel cut oatmeal?, lol....seems when i eat the organic bread made locally that the red splotchiness seems less, but no grains, right?...getting rid of sugar is not fun...I know its a big thing tho, so ill keep yall posted...is the sugar in fruits, etc different? ...I wonder about....I talk to my chiro about wanting to gain weight....he shows me a diet consisting of 1 piece of bread w peanut butter and honey along with a 30g protein shake for breakfast...another 30 g shake mid morn, shake and healthy lunch...another mid day 30g protein shake, then whatever for dinner thats healthy (vague) and another 30g shake...he said thats for a 200lb man...I desire 170-175....? s...sound crazy? Is sugar in honey different than reg sugar (assume organic everything), my shakes are Numedica total vegan (1 serv is 4 g of sugars, is this ok sugarwise?) The piece of bread is local organic made w unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, water, salt, yeast, honey sugar.....guessing there is a better choice for "bread".....meals are typically fish, chick, green vegi, carrots..anyway, dont want to monopolize convo here but when you're not knowledgeable in an area like this, these are the basic types of questions peeps have....how the heck does a person gain weight w ithought eating like a horse?
I'll hazard a guess...your gut may be out of whack, and you're not absorbing the nutrients/calories you need. If you can find one near you you might want to save yourself a lot of time and experimentation and visit a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

I bought Turmeric, coconut oil, I already had the bentinite clay and the black pepper that I will make a tooth paste from. I may even add some diamontatious clay for extra grit.

I give complete blame to the dentist that I and my siblings were subjected to every 6 months as we had full coverage of Blue Cross / Blue Shield in the early 1950's.
He sat us in a chair and ex-rayed every visit and drilled any shadow he could pretend to find in the negative. He was raising 5 kids himself and that Bc/Bs was a gravy train.
I have despised a dentist ever since.
That asshole drilled at least one tooth on every visit in all 6 of our mouths and filled them with mercury amalgamates until we were adults.
I will be scrubbing with my concoction. Pulling the pure coconut oil after and holding and pulling the colloidal silver as a rinse.
I am told that that turmeric is good on chicken also.

My sister and I had exactly the same experience with a dentist that had grown up with my Mother. He used his old mechanical drill from Hell to put a filling in each of us on every visit.
I'm sure the pain alone stunted my brain development. Finally we just ran and hid in the woods whenever my mother made a dentist appointment. So she scheduled a sit-down pow-wow visit with her shyster friend in his office. He ADMITTED that he was "placing fillings where he 'knew' cavities would eventually appear"> Yah, I shit you not.
IF there is karma, dentists come back as blind ugly women in Afganistan.
And otherwise I hope hell is big enuf to hold them and their Bankster friends.
O.K., my turn. My dentist in the '50's would pull or fill a tooth for $5. He said if he pulled it, I would not need to fill it ever again. (I am smiling and if you look closely, you will see the vacant area and the bridge).
Later on, I received many mercury fillings and my dentist now is confined to his home as he cannot remember where he lives or how to find his house. (MERCURY POISONING?)
I had all my fillings removed a few years ago and replaced the mercury will a better product. One must be very carful in finding a dentist who removes that mercury. The fumes can make you have a long stay in the hospital.
My friend SW Medicine (Carol) had her mercury removed by a dentist that did not know what they were doing and the mercury vapors went into her mouth. She almost died in the hospital and now is still battling terminal cancer, every day. Pray for her, she needs support just to get up every morning. Guard your health with your life. Jim

In 2006 I went to a regular dentist not trained in the proper removal of mercury. He drilled right into the mercury and splattered it on my palate. Then he told the hygienist to remove it because he knew I was sensitive to the amalgam. 24 hours later I had a temperature of 104 and my whole mouth was in pain so badly I couldn't chew lettuce.
I did not know enough about the proper removal that a biological dentist takes to be able to relate the pain to the dentist incident. That was the beginning of six years of horror. They called it cellulitis .My hands, feet and body broke out in terrible blisters itching and burning uncontrollably. I Iended up in the hospital - an alternative clinic there they told me I was lucky to be alive. I continued on a protocol attempting to remove the Mercury from my cells and tissue. Slowly ( it took 6 years!) my skin cleared and I was relieved of the terrible symptoms as a result of improper Mercury removal. In 2012 I was diagnosed with colon cancer. I believe My immune system was weakened from the mercury poison and that is one reason I was diagnosed with cancer. Watch the above videos. A naturopath, a D.O., and/or a homeopath are usually good choices for a check-up to present current issues and define a health gameplan to get back to tip top shape. The can run tests for parasites, lyme, bloodwork, MTHFR gene. Call ahead and make sure the one you selects does it. Often best to know exactly the cause of the disharmony in the body, otherwise you can spend $$$ in supplements and great food and still feel lousy (especially with parasites and lyme). It is essential you run either the igenex test or the German lyme test and get it interpreted by someone experienced.
I think a nutritional therapy practitioner is a great idea, but making too many changes in diet can sometimes void potential testing by skewing results (gluten sensitivity and celiac are classic examples where tests will have no efficacy if you have already undertaken a GF diet change). So if you want tests for a diagnosis do that first, then work with your nutrition plan to optimize recovery. Good luck!
