actually

People are a creation of plants. Without plants people are nothing. Plants created people in their image in the hope that good would be done. (bad move)

people turn to plants

When things start looking dodgy - dope, alcohol, drugs, and stuff. Plants are perfectly happy without any of that stuff (poor bastards).

@GL @Atarangi

I really appreciate your reply GL. Your clarifying comments are greatly appreciated! It's 4 am here in Phoenix--thunder outside. Tonight was a journey to my old 4th Way school to find a measure of an answer. Sometimes things become so natural that you rarely think about it anymore. My body speaks--i listen. I tend to tune out on food discussions except for FJ and Ag1969. Ag1969 performed a miracle. I am as concerned with the food of impressions as I am the food for the body-- To Atarangi who already knows this quote but well it's always good for once a week! "Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend." Yes, it's about the wonderous

Yes, it's about the wonderous world of plants. And it goes well beyond where the "Secret Life of Plants" took us. But revelant to connecting "DOTs" It has alot to offer. If it were about cooking the best donuts you could, it still could be relevant if the principles involved can you help you navigate the issues we are interested in discussing on TFMetals.

Connecting the DOTs is akin to a time honored technique called Connecting the Diamonds. I forget the author but about connecting seemingly unconnected events in your life and seeing the narrative they imply.

Stephen Buhner wrote a chapter and entitled connecting the Golden Threads. It's about deep perceptions. Interpreting reality at a much higher level than simply seeing a narrative and repeating it. Seeing how seemingly unrelated things connect. Why preach the tenets of quantum physics of all patterns are connected and not live it? When a person is using deep perceptions, examples go from Mark Twain, Einstein, to Stevie Ray Vaughn, you are not intepreting data at first. The data begins to interpret itself.

So I have a sense that there might be some disinterest in this touchy, feely, stuff. Of course, there is no dirth of very interesting things going on now. Anybody noticing some historical trends? And yes, why aren't we talking about it? That in itself is information. NOTE IT! Could be this Green Lantern guy cramps our space? NOTE IT.

Note the silence because it has as much information, if not more than the noise? anybody notice a cycle of participation? You're it. Any connection to price even if you are the type not to look at price? Maybe it's not necessary.

So GOLD. Anybody into that subject? How would you apply that touchy feeling stuff to the price of gold. First assume all patterns are connected.

We are at an interesting juncture in the gold price, AGAIN. Boring right this price stuff? Again, we are decided if we have bottom support, we are building a base, the price is going to break up, down, etc....

So I'm watching all the technical guys draw the lines, identifying their patterns, and speculating on what the pattern means. Somebody in AM's blog posted a good pattern indicating a turn around soon, some interesting Gann patterns post. I read a few more around the blogisphere giving support numbers at a much lower number than would make bulls happy. Hell I ain't posting the bearish calls. Tomato's this time of year aren't ripe..

You just take note. Not only of who is saying what, how they are saying it but your perceptions of their information. Conclude nothing unless you want to put money down based on your experience and let it rip. Make a choice. I ain't feeling it either way. No strong perceptions other than what people are giving me.

Historical analogues? Newsflow? Is there anything here that gives me a feeling a cue, that something is on the verge of happening? Notice what you notice and interpret later.

Alot of bullish type news in the gold news flow. Might be a little concerning for me for an immediate turnaround. Event fractals, racial and civil unrest puts us into the late 60's. 67's, 68 area. Which brings up the 1968 economic crisis? Interesting read and some interesting markers for gold, Bretton Woods, alot of gold talk at that time but gold is doing nothing in terms of price other preparing for a future bull market.

So now I have to go back to the late 40's, and then going back and looking at 1918 Chicago Racial riots, 1919 and 20. So looks like we have a 20 year pattern. Veriviable. Now I have to go look at bond prices during these periods, inflation/deflation, and look for periods of transitions which has been pointed out is the time when gold moves it's ass. NOt necessarily in inflation. Can I find other syncronistic cycles related to finances? Bet your booty.

So what other meme is rising? Tax on money. Verifiable, real time events, that we spend the last three years being concerned about. The meme of out right stealing your savings right out of your pocket is here and NOW. So why isn't anybody talking about this? We don't know about the stock market tomorrow but we sure as hell can know this today.

https://armstrongeconomics.com/archives/30158

https://armstrongeconomics.com/archives/date/2015/05

So it's off to the IMF website. What policies have they put into place, when did they put them into place, why Australia first? Is this like the Homeland security meme? It gets passed around by force. Play our game or suffer the consequences?

We have global currency reset, stock market disaster on the main blog, Willie bank closures, trade settlements out of the US dollar put the $ in the grave. I'm not talking about it because I'm too busy noticing once again, ad infinitum the same memes are arising that forced people to go out and sell the farm just when the gold market hit the shitter. I'm just noticing what I notice. Are these markers? Buying opportunities? Speculation and what is there support for these things and how good is there track record? Before I come out and point out that some of the whistle blowers are good are blowing whistles but their track records don't stand up. When is the last time the news flow in the alternate media sent off this many alarms? When did the market too? Did any of the events come to fruition? Not saying any of these aren't on my clip board to happen but when so much, at the same time of such dire consequences are being broadcasted, how do I choose to interpret it?

Do I dismiss it? No. Do I act on it? Hell no. Do these narratives give me deeper perceptions? Well something is and it feels like there are indeed golden threats, and something is amiss. Information. Now I have to decide if my feelings are my emotions, governments doing what we most feared, or I'm tuning in deeper?

Then I look at the baseball standings, the Meriweather fight. It's not like baseball and boxing have nothing to do with the price of gold? At least directly. But I'll ascert to you that there is indeed DOTS.

Buhner gets it at a deep levels. His subject matter happens to be healing and plants. I'd have no problem hiring a guy like that to write main features on gold and geopolitics. Not because he might have any interest in those subjects simply because he thinks, rather experiences events at a much deeper level than the masses.

Synchronicities all over the place

This is also known as raising your consciousness to a higher level. Every living being could be, should be, doing this all of the time. Every time we search for knowledge we are doing it. If we can connect the dots at the same time then we are doing it at the quantum level. There are an infinite number of levels of consciousness and everyone is at there own unique level. There is no judgement if someone is not on your level.

Back to my title: Another amazing "coincidence" ocuured the other day when we were discussing Yogananda. Two good friends who have excellent powers of intuition told my wife that they were contacted by Yogananda to go to a location on the Ohio river and place certain crystals at a portal that was opening there. Hmmmm!

Why Ukraine is important...what Putin wants...

"From 2008 to 2010, the United States’ capability – not just military or economic but its overall capability – has declined, whereas Russia’s has improved significantly. So the main objective was to raise the stakes slowly rather than in explosive fashion. In other words, an open confrontation in which all pretences are dropped and everyone understands that a war is going on had to be delayed as long as possible. But it would have been even better to avoid it altogether.

With every passing year, the United States became weaker while Russia became stronger. This process was natural and impossible to arrest, and we could have projected with a high degree of certainty that by 2020 to 2025, without any confrontation, the period of U.S. hegemony would have ended, and the United States would then be best advised to think about not how to rule the world, but how to stave off its own precipitous internal decline.

Thus Putin’s second desire is clear: to keep the peace or the appearance of peace as long as possible. Peace is advantageous for Russia because in conditions of peace, without enormous expense, it obtains the same political result but in a much better geopolitical situation. That is why Russia continually extends the olive branch. Just as the Kiev junta will collapse in conditions of peace in Donbass, in conditions of world peace, the military-industrial complex and the global financial system created by the United States are doomed to self-destruct. In this way, Russia’s actions are aptly described by Sun Tzu’s maxim “The greatest victory is that which requires no battle.”

It is clear that Washington is not run by idiots, no matter what is said on Russian talk shows or written on blogs. The United States understands precisely the situation it is in. Moreover, they also understand that Russia has no plans to destroy them and is really prepared to cooperate as an equal. Even so, because of the political and socioeconomic situation in the United States, such cooperation is not acceptable to them. An economic collapse and a social explosion are likely to occur before Washington (even with the support of Moscow and Beijing) has time to introduce the necessary reforms, especially when we consider that the EU will have to undergo reform at the same time. Moreover, the political elite who have emerged in the United States in the past 25 years have become accustomed to their status as the owners of the world. They sincerely don’t understand how anyone can challenge them.

For the ruling elite in the United States (not so much the business class but the government bureaucracy), to go from being a country that decides of the fate of inferior peoples to one that negotiates with them on an equal footing is intolerable. It is probably tantamount to offering Gladstone or Disraeli the post of prime minister of the Zulu Kingdom under Cetshwayo kaMpande. And so, unlike Russia, which needs peace to develop, the United States regards war as vital.

In principle, any war is a struggle for resources. Typically, the winner is the one that has more resources and can ultimately mobilize more troops and build more tanks, ships, and planes. Even so, sometimes those who are strategically disadvantaged can turn the situation around with a tactical victory on the battlefield. Examples include the wars of Alexander the Great and Frederick the Great, as well as Hitler’s campaign of 1939-1940.

Nuclear powers cannot confront each other directly. Therefore, their resource base is of paramount importance. That is exactly why Russia and the United States have been in a desperate competition for allies over the past year. Russia has won this competition. The United States can count only the EU, Canada, Australia, and Japan as allies (and not always unconditionally so), but Russia has managed to mobilize support from the BRICS, to gain a firm foothold in Latin America, and to begin displacing the United States in Asia and North Africa.

Of course, it’s not patently obvious, but if we consider the results of votes at the UN, assuming that a lack of official support for the United States means dissent and thus support for Russia, it turns out that the countries aligned with Russia together control about 60% of the world’s GDP, have more than two-thirds of its population, and cover more than three-quarters of its surface. Thus Russia has been able to mobilize more resources.

In this regard, the United States had two tactical options.

The first seemed to have great potential and was employed by it from the early days of the Ukrainian crisis.

It was an attempt to force Russia to choose between a bad situation and an even worse one. Russia would be compelled to accept a Nazi state on its borders and therefore a dramatic loss of international authority and of the trust and support of its allies, and after a short time would become vulnerable to internal and external pro-U.S. forces, with no chance of survival. Or else it could send its army into the Ukraine, sweep out the junta before it got organized, and restore the legitimate government of Yanukovych. That, however, would have brought an accusation of aggression against an independent state and of suppression of the people’s revolution. Such a situation would have resulted in a high degree of disapproval on the part of Ukrainians and the need to constantly expend significant military, political, economic, and diplomatic resources to maintain a puppet regime in Kiev, because no other government would have been possible under such conditions.

Russia avoided that dilemma. There was no direct invasion. It is Donbass that is fighting Kiev. It is the Americans who have to devote scarce resources to the doomed puppet regime in Kiev, while Russia can remain on the sidelines making peace proposals.

So now the United States is employing the second option. It’s as old as the hills. That which cannot be held, and will be taken by the enemy, must be damaged as much as possible so that the enemy’s victory is more costly than defeat, as all its resources are used to reconstruct the destroyed territory. The United States has therefore ceased to assist the Ukraine with anything more than political rhetoric while encouraging Kiev to spread civil war throughout the country.

The Ukrainian land must burn, not only in Donetsk and Lugansk but also in Kiev and Lvov. The task is simple: to destroy the social infrastructure as much as possible and to leave the population at the very edge of survival. Then the population of the Ukraine will consist of millions of starving, desperate and heavily armed people who will kill one another for food. The only way to stop this bloodbath would be massive international military intervention in the Ukraine (the militia on its own will not be sufficient) and massive injections of funds to feed the population and to reconstruct the economy until the Ukraine can begin to feed itself.

It is clear that all these costs would fall on Russia. Putin correctly believes that not only the budget, but also public resources in general, including the military, would in this case be overstretched and possibly insufficient. Therefore, the objective is not to allow the Ukraine to explode before the militia can bring the situation under control. It is crucial to minimize casualties and destruction and to salvage as much of the economy as possible and the infrastructure of the large cities so that the population somehow survives and then the Ukrainians themselves will take care of the Nazi thugs.

At this point an ally appears for Putin in the form of the EU. Because the United States always tried to use European resources in its struggle with Russia, the EU, which was already weakened, reaches the point of exhaustion and has to deal with its own long-festering problems.

If Europe now has on its eastern border a completely destroyed Ukraine, from which millions of armed people will flee not only to Russia but also to the EU, taking with them delightful pastimes such as drug trafficking, gunrunning, and terrorism, the EU will not survive. The people’s republics of Novorossiya will serve as a buffer for Russia, however.

Europe cannot confront the United States, but it is deathly afraid of a destroyed Ukraine. Therefore, for the first time in the conflict, Hollande and Merkel are not just trying to sabotage the U.S. demands (by imposing sanctions but not going too far), but they are also undertaking limited independent action with the aim of achieving a compromise – maybe not peace but at least a truce in the Ukraine.

If the Ukraine catches fire, it will burn quickly, and if the EU has become an unreliable partner that is ready if not to move into Russia’s camp then at least to take a neutral position, Washington, faithful to its strategy, would be obliged to set fire to Europe.

It is clear that a series of civil and interstate wars on a continent packed with all sorts of weapons, where more than half a billion people live, is far worse than a civil war in the Ukraine. The Atlantic separates the United States from Europe. Even Britain could hope to sit it out across the Channel. But Russia and the EU share a very long [sic] border.

It is not at all in Russia’s interests to have a conflagration stretching from the Atlantic to the Carpathian Mountains when the territory from the Carpathians to the Dnieper is still smoldering. Therefore, Putin’s other objective is, to the extent possible, to prevent the most negative effects of a conflagration in the Ukraine and a conflagration in Europe. Because it is impossible to completely prevent such an outcome (if the United States wants to ignite the fire, it will), it is necessary to be able to extinguish it quickly to save what is most valuable.

Thus, to protect Russia’s legitimate interests, Putin considers peace to be of vital importance, because it is peace that will make it possible to achieve this goal with maximum effect at minimum cost. But because peace is no longer possible, and the truces are becoming more theoretical and fragile, Putin needs the war to end as quickly as possible."

Bingo! And it is clear from your posts that you understand the nature of consciousness and how it plays out in real world and even forums.

Indeed. Ideally. Interestingly enough, you will find throughout history that spiritual giants have been persecuted often to death. Jesus is just one of many. Higher states of consciousness are attacked probably more than a lower state of consciousness is mocked by a higher state of consciousness. Also, while no two people are working from the state, no person is working from the same state of consciousness day after day. Goes up and down.

The people working from lower states of consciousness will defend their ego to the point of killing that which threatens their comfortable state of conscious. A saint, master, avatar, whatever you want to call it, might accept the ultimate consequences because they are working at such a high state of consciousness, they don't mind leaving the body.

Most mortals no matter how immersed they are in the spiritual works, would take unabridged to such an attack.

NO WAY OUT??????

Comprehensive integrated sweeping plan.

Derrick Michael Reid To

LePatron Lemetropolecafe Chris Powell

Mr. Bill Murphy and Mr. Chris Powell

I made the post at USA Watchdog in connection with Mr Mannarino interview.

Please kindly post in Midas Column and as a GATA release. Thank you Much

Very truly always yours, Derrick Michael Reid.

=====

I like Mannarino. He is smart and appears truly concerned for his fellow man. He understands the problems and the trajectory very well and is articulate. He made a comment on X22Report, that THERE IS NO WAY OUT OF THIS. Gregg has brought to the public, (and thank you Gregg for the public service) many many pundits, mostly concerned with bullion, who have repeatedly said the same thing. THERE IS NO WAY OUT OF THIS. They are all wrong Gregg.

Gregg, here is the good news, THERE IS A WAY OUT OF THIS. I have thought it through. It took me 15 years to get my head around this world, to understand it all, and think it through. THERE IS A WAY OUT OF THIS, the old tried and true way. Its actually very easy to do, and the problem is not that we cant get out of this. The problem is the solution is political and the political complex is locked up by the DEMs/REPs who are locked into PANDERING to cement political power, and dont think in terms of the big picture or the big problem and thus offer no solution.

There is a solution and there is a political route to that solution. Today, its highly improbable the route will be had to that solution, but it is there, and I’m on it Gregg, I really am. I have a concrete plan to win the White House in 2016 and perfect that solution.

Next 8 months especially, and the next 18 months as well, are going to be SO FUN!!! I got the text blogs initial posts up, and video studio set up, and now will start teaching Americans where we’ve been, are now, and are headed, the problems and the solutions, while humiliating any DEM/REPs. (Panderers are easy to destroy). THIS WILL BE A FUN and a satisfying time for me over the next 8 months. I figure by year end, clips will go viral, setting up an LP nomination and then the presidency.

At 60 years of age, I have 100 man-years of relevant educational and work experience, from working since 15yo 12hr/day 365. I have studied this problem for 15 years, devised the solution, and the political game plan to win the White house. DEMs/REPs just make stupid noise day after day, pandering trying to seduce voting blocks. Question is, do Americans like their totalitarian socialistic fascism, and their economic ruination, or will they go with an unknown reactionary and rediscover their constitution roots, peace and prosperity? Time will tell. God help us all.

about walmart

Ok so 5 Walmarts are closing for their plumbing issues. LOL

Personal note: I have known many plumbers and their clientele do NOT SHUT DOWN FOR LACK OF A TOILET.

Just saying. I assume (geddit?) that US plumbers can do what our plumbers can do. IE keep the bloody doors open & sales ringing in the till, while they sort shit out.

OK so in ya face facts sorted, did you notice that all Walmarts closing due to "plumbing issues" are in fact distribution hubs? Supercentres in Walmart speak?

Prediction: there will be more Walmart Super Centres closing

The list moving South to North:

Phoenix

Alberquerque

Colorado/Denver <edit correct spelling>

New Mexico

I am not the centre for this, so don't point your bull at me.

The tiny house revolution is about to spread to trades like plumbing and wiring. Plug and play will replace screw and shaft. People are getting over being done like a dinner. What a silly world we live in when so many people can't even have a home they can call their own.
