Replaces R1 sell yesterday :)

Maybe S1 silver soon too?

EDIT: Added some S2 gold too...man somebody really hates gold this morning :)

EDIT: And there's your S1 silver. Probably some S3 gold any second now. Wheeeeeeeee!

Euro

Short bad entry turns black as euro slips below 1.2860 & heads for s2?...silver heading for S2 as well?...corn<7.37...not trading much here...holiday volume & too many opportunities for players to push around prices...be careful out there...September in New York used to be nice...now, fashion week, followed by UN & Clinton Global Initiative (influence pedaling on a global scale)...more police protection for the kleptocracy, as the crime rate ratchets up on the street...back to the 70s...time to head for the compound...

Yom Kippur

The Yom Kippur attack continues...

Strafing of the ships is bold and continuous. Sets up Thursday-Friday well. Excellent day for bombing runs in thin traffic.

The pious Blankfein is in prayer today, all day. Blessed be the Holy.

Pailin, I know you have answered this a 1,000 times but where do you get your pivots from? Just curious.

I set mine up last night from Forexpros and noticed this morning how different they were from yours. I caught all 3 S's off of those numbers for Gold.

Pretty heavy volume.

Almost 23k gold contracts traded in a single 10 minute period. On no real news I can find.

Hell, the peak on the "qe3" announcement was only 32k.

Gold capped at 1760 and

Gold capped @ 1760 and silver @ 33.84. Probably see a rise sometime today to those levels but then I think we're still headed down for tomorrow. So with Pailin's chart should be a lot of S's for both today.

Futures also down today so miners are getting a beating I think.

overtrading?

Assuming you have a good way to figure out how to get "back in", yesterday and today action is a great counter-example to the whole "overtrading in a trend" argument. I means, seriously, who doesn't wish they sold yesterday pre-market and bought back in today pre-market? Even if we head lower, you'd dodge a wide stretch of downside by lowering your avg cost.

Looking ahead for next long trade in metal. Thurs.-Friday time window. Out for now from Dust, do not want to overtrade it. Will always miss more in that, it trades like I imagine some low grade crystal meth out of Reno moves.

L. Blankfein is in the midst of prayer now, shiny domed little head bowed in great reverence, front row seats for the call of the Shofar, all eyes are upon the rich little freak as he grovels and moans and begs for redemption. The rabbi will respond with glowing love, after all his coffers at Temple Judah are made fat each year by the likes of the Blankfine and its a good tax write-off for Lloyd so what's the problem? Everyone is happy and the money just changes hands a little from one set of paws to another. And isn't it true and just that the mighty and the rich should inherit the responsibility and carry upon their shoulders the great weight of the world? Doesn't the world need Mahers? Big-shots who can lead and inspire? So they skim a little cream here and there for themselves, so what? Oy... no time to get technical. The Temple has a big bar mitzvah coming within the week and reconstruction in the South wing has only just begun. There are so many expenses. No,no, LLoyd is one of the blessed ones. Without him the Rabbi would be toiling back in Cincinnati and living in squalor down by the river, so what's the beef? Everybodys happy and let the goyim fight amongst themselves for the scraps. The world is a beautiful place.

Stinkbids?

I'm thinking about putting in some stinkbids at the fib retracement levels at $32.40 and $1724. From previous experience those levels might not be reached all the way down, but with copper, EUR/USD and crude in a solid fall this seems to me like potential targets for a rebound of the second leg upwards.

Do you know why you can never step into the same river twice?

is the suffering almost

is the suffering almost over? I got S2 on NUGT and am doing well and doubled down on SLV at S1 so I am coming up but I am still down overall. I'm not used to that :-)

And so the bluff continues.

And so the bluff continues. Miners going up. Sold my DUST this am and thankfully now in NUGT. But really its always a one- two step dance. You either play to the tune or you don't.

Yeah, that's why I can't

Yeah, that's why I can't integrate headlines into what I do. As I've written I actively reject all "moving" news and only respond to price (pivots). The butterfly effects are too much for me to untangle and make money on :)

interesting

Love how Goldman and the other propagandists in the financial media have dragged out the old Euro horse again yesterday and are flogging it to create lower commodity prices.

Its the one they flogged into the last bottom remember?

Now Spain is headlines on Drudge Report. Time to buy some more in tranches.

the utter contempt they display for the public is astounding.

Pretty impressive.

You have to watch for

You have to watch for silver. If it goes above 33.84, then its going higher along with the miners, otherwise we'll be in negative territory this afternoon again.

And already its butting up against it. I think its been capped for the day, but we'll see after 1:30pm.

Also you'll notice on the HUI

Also you'll notice on the HUI there have been 3 upward impulses, that combined with silver not going foward probably beens coming down this afternoon . We'll see. However I'm still mindful of the forks that have been outlined, so its a wait and see.

Probably none of this makes any sense to anyone here, but miners tend to go up between now and 1:00pm. However the above parameters might take precedence. The tape certainly is broadcasting that at the moment.
