Fire River Gold Corp.

Fire River Gold Corp. Announces Additional Revenue from the Nixon Fork Mine Project

November 18, 2011 Vancouver, BC, Canada - Fire River Gold Corp. and Mystery Creek Resources Inc. (TSX.V: FAU), (OTCQX: FVGCF), (FSE: FWR) (collectively "the Company") are pleased to provide this update for the Nixon Fork Mine.

A $1.1 million provisional advance was supplied by Glencore this week for the fourth shipment of gold-rich copper concentrate. A total of $3.9 Million has been advanced to-date while both companies await final settlement on all four shipments.

Revenue from doré has also commenced with the sale of 400 ounces of gold to Johnson Matthey of Salt Lake City for a return of $ 710,000. Approximately 30.9 kg of dore containing 23.5 kg (766 ounces) of gold has been shipped to the refiner so far. Our first doré bars had unexpectedly high levels of both arsenic and bismuth, and required purification. The company is actively working on solutions to remove these impurities from the doré, both on and offsite. However, while revenue has been delayed, this issue is not anticipated to reduce revenue expectations or impose a significant operating cost increase. The remaining inventory of doré will be processed by the refiner and paid for over the next few weeks.

On behalf of the Board of Directors,

"Richard Goodwin"

Richard Goodwin
President and COO

Hmmm where is the arsenic?

Damn Dude

Is the reason you are buried in this total garbage because you cannot read?

Our first doré bars had unexpectedly high levels of both arsenic and bismuth

And how could I post about highly material contamination a day before news was released? How about because disclosure from this scamshow is 100% whacked?

Blasting through 52 week lows on piss poor disclosure and get out before you lose it all dumbarse.

God. Sorry I totally missed

God. Sorry I totally missed that Stoxxman. Wow.

I don't have much in it. I guess I can wait it out. There are lots of companies that have been beaten down lately. Both producers and explorers. The whole damned sector aside from a few companies in fact.

Apologies ...

After reading my previous post I sound strident and overbearing. It can be frustrating dealing with professional promotions and nobody with a significant investment WANTS to hear the truth ... it means they must admit they made a mistake.

Anybody gambling on ultra high risk penny stocks better be willing to cut and run at a moments notice ... mistake or no, that's the only survival strategy there is.

Glad to hear your exposure is low. Don't suppose you can "average down" to make it all right, that's a sure fire way to lose even more. (yes I learned that one the hard way and damn, for sure Fire River is a poster boy)

Bottom line? If that grotesque Sprott dough doesn't show up pronto you best take whatever you can get. In my world something is always better than nothing ... even if the only thing left is enough for a good bottle of scotch to drown your sorrows.

More BS outta this Co ...

It really does get sickening after a while. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing when yer trying to keep yer lunch down.

These dopes don't have 4 weeks left on the bankrupt-o-meter and anybody taking any of the latest horsechit at face value (except perhaps the cash burn number ... now at $ 2.6m per month) is gonna regret it.

Question

Hi Stoxxman -

I only have a small position in this company.

If this company can get through this year - aren't they on pace to mine 50,000 ounces of gold in 2012 with a cost of $600 an ounce? What am I missing? Why would they not get additional financing if needed

You mention bankruptcy - that is definitely a serious concern.

What am I missing on next year's production?

Thanks in advance.

Ahem . . .you still sound strident and overbearing.

OK, so you have an agenda of some sort with FAU. Why you taking it out on the little guy? What do you care what company somebody picks? Do you really think anyone is going to listen to you after you call them names and denigrate them?

Suggestion. . . move along to some place where you can find something positive to say. It'll make you feel better about yourself and about life in general.

Maybe you're a seagull and all you know is to swoop in from nowhere, shit all over everyone and take off again.

I have a small position in the Fire River world. I have read all of this and watched for the effect it might have on stock price. Bupkus. Nada. Nichts.

Okay, you have a hard on for these people. I get it. I ain't selling. No matter what.

I lost more than what I got in it just to see the turn of a card. And this bet lasts much longer.

Have a happy holiday season. And I wish you well in your world of work and interpersonal relationships.

Slings and Arrows to the very end ...

https://firerivergold.blogspot.com/

And guru my behind hole, does not this very space contain the following prophetic brilliance from March 11, 2011 ...

"The additional $7m won't keep this guaranteed white elephant in cash until next spring so ANOTHER dilutive share issue will obviously be required to keep the improbable dream alive, and who will be the next dope to step forward when in excess of $ 15m has been burnt off with zero return possible?"

How many times must it be said? This isn't rocket science.

Forget every fact spelt out in ridiculously extreme detail on the blog.

WHY has and is this company withholding the highly material Golder Associates engineering study on the water table at Nixon Fork?

I'm quite done and damn, I wish I knew why people are this greedy and dumb.

"Pathetic Loser Troll"

Ouch that hurts eh? Good thing I still have all my money to salve the horrific pain of it all.

You know what really hurts though? Losing ALL your money to a horrid, career securities mutt despite being dished up every possible fact and being given, on a platter, the only damn sentence/question you need to ask these shameless basterds to NOT lose all yer fukkin money to a career securities mutt.

Breaking new historic lows every day, probably because Co is losing money hand over foot and will be dead insolvent in weeks without grotesque debt infusion and WHY can't public types smell the coffee at any level except zero? Beats the hell outta this troll.

New 52 week low ....

Now two bits and every day without that dopey Sprott debt is another day closer to 100% insolvency.

This Co will be taters up before X-Mas unless something favorable (for equity holders) breaks.

"Fire River Gold Corp. has entered into an amendment agreement dated June 22, 2012, with Waterton Global Value LP pursuant to which it has amended the terms of the senior secured gold-stream credit agreement dated March 30, 2012, between the company and Waterton.

Under the terms of the amendment agreement, Waterton has agreed to increase the credit facility by making available to the company $1.5-million as a single-advance and non-revolving loan. The principal amount of the additional facility is to be repaid by the company on the earlier of: (i) the date on which the company closes its next equity offering of its common shares and (ii) Aug. 1, 2012.

Congratulations to Stoxxman

I just read this entire thread, Stoxxman called it perfectly. I almost bought into this one when it was $.50. Someone on Stockhouse posted a link to https://firerivergold.blogspot.ca/, I read it and vowed never to touch this stock. Drill results and the story seemed like such easy money at the time. I always listen to "bashers" who post facts. They are usually right.

Thanks Friend

Its a long and lonely road when a body is dead right against a well financed, too well experienced promo.

ALL MANNER of personal attacks, and I even got myself sued by the mutts that run Stockhouse. (Where this junker STILL advertises 24/7/365)

This one was really revolting because the question was sooooooo damn simple. A critical water engineering study MIA. To this day I believe the BCSC is a dead corrupt and fully useless organization. A 5 minute phone call to tell these shameless basterds to disclose 14 months ago might have saved the public millions.

Buyer beware with Venture chit, always and forever.
