Invite your mates around to (build a fence) Hope to hell/organise someone who knows how it should be done and let the boys go for it. At the end there must be Beersies and a BBQ. Beersies and BBQ are a mandate. No one will touch your project if you didn't do the Beersies & BBQ. Often the quality of the project will in fact be determined by the quality of the the BBQ.
I grew up with this & have never heard of it translated into a waged jobs scenario.( the Beersies & BBQ IS the Wage in NZ scenario)
