Holiday Weekend Jackass

It's a sort of tradition around here that whenever we have a three-day market holiday weekend, we try to check in with Jim Willie. And this time, we used our A2A webinar format so that subscribers of TFMR were able to ask their own questions in real time. It was great fun and I think you'll find it all quite thought-provoking.

What topics did we discuss over this 97-minute call? Maybe a better question is...what topics did we not discuss? In this podcast you'll here Jim pontificate on Trump, Syria, North Korea, gold, China, gold trade notes, silver, the mining shares, the Fed, debt jubilee, interest rates, the dollar, platinum and even his thoughts on Journey entering the Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame.

So sit back, relax and enjoy. And have a great holiday weekend, too.

Great Webinar Turd and Jim

Enjoyed it very much Turd! Thanks for getting Jim back for another gem of a report. Glad to hear Jim say that 2017 is nothing like 1933 in terms of a possible confiscation of our precious metals as the western criminals have no power as the Eastern nations control the show for the most part. Glad to hear Jim say as well that the London bankers are scrambling even day to day with the metal's markets.

The transformation into Darth Vader is complete, in my opinion. Pompeo just unloaded on Wikileaks.

Pre-emptive strike against the release of the pedo-files?

New Law Means You Could Be

New Law Means You Could Be Used As Subject Of Vaccine Experiment

The law is here: Section 3024, “Informed Consent Waiver for Clinical Investigations” of H.R. 32, the “21st Century Cures Act.

Clinical testing of investigational medical devices and drugs no longer requires the informed consent of the subjects if the testing poses no more than minimal risk to the subjects and includes safeguards.

The exact details of what is intended by “clinical testing” is no clear. Additionally, the “no longer requires the informed consent of the subjects” portion is incredibly, and terrifyingly, clear. This seems to give pharmaceutical companies the ability to perform any testing they want to on anyone who is already receiving one of their medications.

This means that if you or your child consent to a vaccine, you might be lending yourself as a test subject and be placed in an experiment. This is a free pass for pharma to use all of us guinea pigs. This would seem to give a vaccine company the right to abruptly and without specification, change the ingredients in a medication. How anyone would think that disallowing consumer consent over medicine that goes into their bodies is OK is beyond me.

This is another law that was passed while we weren’t paying attention. One would hope that President Trump eventually digs deeper into these laws and removes them. And one has to consider what type of damage has already been accomplished due to this law.

Here are the best homeschool curriculum books for anyone concerned about mandatory vaccines in schools where you live. Until we put a halt to pharma’s global pursuit of human enslavement, we are simply never safe.

Federal Reserve 3The Federal

Federal Reserve 3

The Federal Reserve Cartel – III

The Federal Reserve Cartel – I

The Federal Reserve Cartel – II

The Federal Reserve Cartel – A Financial Parasite

Four years earlier the Rockefeller Foundation was launched, to shield family wealth from the new income tax provisions, while steering public opinion through social engineering. One of its tentacles was the General Education Board.

In Occasional Letter #1 the Board states,

“In our dreams we have limitless resources and the people yield themselves with perfect docility to our molding hands. The present education conventions fade from their minds and, unhampered by tradition, we will work our own good will upon a grateful and responsive rural folk.

We shall try not to make these people or any of their children into philosophers or men of learning or men of science…of whom we have ample supply.” [9]

As Sen. Barry Goldwater (R-AZ) pointed out,

“International bankers make money by extending credit to governments. The greater the debt of the political state, the larger the interest returned to lenders. The national banks of Europe are (also) owned and controlled by private interests. We recognize in a hazy sort of way that the Rothschilds and the Warburgs of Europe and the houses of JP Morgan, Kuhn Loeb & Co., Schiff, Lehman and Rockefeller possess and control vast wealth. How they acquire this vast financial power and employ it is a mystery to most of us.” [21]

It works this way.

You win the election.

You have that "special meeting," with the current POTUS in the Whitehouse. (You know, the one that is about the "position" not the "politics.")

A bug/device is placed in your brain.

You become deep state controlled asset.

NEVER go in the oval office alone!!!! It explains everything...

I was relieved to have an A2A with the good doctor. Thanks Turd.

JNUG news

What does that mean? Is the fund shut down?

Apr 13, 2017 - 7:05pm

Not sure...

Just posted it because someone else shared it...

Thought someone else could provide insight.

My first thought was that they are in trouble?

Apr 13, 2017 - 7:28pm

I'm not exactly sure how it all works, but I think it has something to do with having outgrown the sector... I don't think it is necessarily a bad thing, when they state that JNUG could trade at a premium to NAV as a result of this.

If the metals and miners were to take off bigly and no one was selling JNUG, you might be SOL in that regard unless they started to offer more new units...

That's my read on it, fwiw

Edit: Oh, and this likely ties into previous posts regarding GDXJ and the rebalancing act they announced, possibly motivated by already owning too many shares of some companies. I put most of them in a spreadsheet, which I'll paste below:

JNUG news

On the message boards, talk of naked shorting algos damping price. Move was to prevent further damping. No new shares will be created, but existing shares will still be traded. Shares will still be traded, but value can now rise over NAV. Naked shorts might be trapped. Bid/ask spreads will widen, just put in a higher ask price if you want to sell.

Apr 13, 2017 - 9:01pm

IMFD -- maybe it's not so bad, could even be good!

Here in one explanation I saw -- Turdites might weigh in.

Suspension in a nut shell means no new shares/ Shorts are in deep water if price takes off. If you're a holder don't sell and put in a high ask price. Stock can no longer be manipulated by naked short algos. The negative is that you may have to wait it out as the bid/ask price will widen. Folks that don't understand that their shares are extremely valuable may sell initially. Think about it like a regular stock with zero common shares available in the float.

Another beer thought

The Roman empire died through moral bankruptcy, the British empire died through bankruptcy. The Romans have no significant influence on the world stage any more, the British do. What form of bankruptcy will mark the end of the U.S. empire ? Cave attempter, before I get slaughtered for not knowing my history, please note use of the word "beer" , thanks.
