Andrew Maguire on Max Keiser

Tue, Sep 24, 2013 - 11:16am

Our friend and ally, Andrew Maguire, appeared on The Keiser Report today and provided additional details regarding the two JPMorgan whistleblowers who came forward to the CFTC last year.

All I have to add is this:

As far as I can tell, everything that Andy mentions here is 100% accurate and true. How do I know? Because I was fortunate enough to be an intermediary, helping to connect Andy with the first whistleblower who came forward last spring. I want to make it absolutely clear, though, that I was not privy to any of the actual documentation nor have I had any discussions with this individual or Andy regarding what happened next. However, as he stated in a recent interview on King World News, Andy immediately directed this particular individual to a law firm in Washington, D.C. that specializes in Dodd-Frank "whistleblower" cases so that the information could be legally submitted directly to the CFTC.

The only question that remains is whether or not your public servants at the CFTC will ever do the right thing and act against JPM to end the manipulation. Though it's likely that, being firmly entrenched in the back pocket of the TBTF banks, the CFTC will only choose to ignore, delay and obfuscate, we can always hope that one day their collective consciences might get the best of them. Regardless, in the end it won't matter as the sheer weight of the supply/demand distortion will collapse the entire manipulation scheme eventually. In the meantime, just continue to add to your physical stack of metal, taking advantage of the discounted prices brought about by this deliberate bullion bank price manipulation scheme.

I like this place a lot....

...and have learned a bunch the last almost three years, but I have to say...the fact that none of the crazy shit that was gonna happen has happened leads me to believe that WE are the crazies. I had my best yr in real estate in 2008 and the one thing I did was turn off all news and reading of stuff like what I read hear everyday. Maybe I know more now, but I find it hard to have a good attitude when I come here to get caught upon things. I'm done here I think. I've got my bug out bag, I 've got a few oz of metal, I've gotten the main prep crap ill probably never need except when I camp so im good. I need to work with my head on straight. If the whole effin world is so manipulated then so be it....They aren't gonna stop now and there isn't a thing I can do to change neither. Hope my metals rise, hope fema don't come and get me, and I really hope that little remote controlled mosquito does not come and implant a chip in me as that would suck. Again, glad I learned so much but time to live life and make some more fake ass money thatll buy me what I need. Ill make this deal tho...and not that one person here cares, but if ANY of the ridiculous shit goes down tha Fix ascribes to comes true, ill b back. Im gonna go back to becoming the 1% in the meantime. Feel like ive wasted toi much mental energy for a while now and need to get back on track. Gladive got the ounces, if thousands of people all over the world can conspire then why cant an even few number also b conspiring too...? just something thats been in my head a while

'Yellow Brick Road' Leading to Pirate Booty BREWSTER, Mass. September 25, 2013 (AP) By JAY LINDSAY and RODRIQUE NGOWI Associated Press

Underseas explorer Barry Clifford holds the barrel of a partially crushed blunderbuss he salvaged from the wreck of pirate ship "Whydah" during a video interview in Brewster, Mass., on Sept. 17, 2013.

He calls it "the yellow brick road" because it's literally sprinkled with gold dust.

This road runs along Cape Cod's shifting sea-floor, and undersea explorer Barry Clifford believes it leads to undiscovered treasure from the wreck of the pirate ship Whydah.

About two weeks ago, Clifford and his dive team took a trip back to the wreck site, and Clifford returned more convinced than ever that the road he's exploring is a path to riches.

"We think we're very, very close," he said.

The Whydah sank in a brutal storm in 1717 with plunder from 50 ships on board. Clifford discovered the wreck site in 1984 off Wellfleet and has since pulled up 200,000 artifacts, including gold ornaments, sword handles, even a boy's leg.

But just this year, Clifford learned far more treasure may be resting with the Whydah, the only authenticated pirate shipwreck in U.S. waters.

Colonial-era documents discovered in April indicated the Whydah raided two vessels in the weeks before it sank. Its haul on those raids included 400,000 coins, the records said.

A Sept. 1 dive during what was supposed to be Clifford's last trip of the season uncovered evidence he was near those coins. That convinced Clifford he had to make another trip before summer's end. So Clifford and a seven-man crew went back on a three-day trip that ended Sept. 13.

Clifford headed for the "yellow brick road," which refers to a gold and artifact-strewn path extending between two significant sites at the Whydah wreck that are about 700 feet apart — a cannon pile and a large chunk of wood that Clifford thinks is the Whydah's stern.

The trove of coins and other treasure likely poured from the stern as the ship broke up and the stern drifted to its rest 300 years ago, he said.

Divers searching the path on the recent trip pulled up several concretions, which are rocky masses that form when metals, such as gold and silver, chemically react to seawater. Diver Jon Matel said one discovery was following another, even though divers were working in "black water," or zero-visibility.

Matel says several feet of a fine seaweed called mung settled in the excavated pits and it was like diving in a vat of black gelatin dessert.

"You're going by your feel, your touch, your hands, and the ping of a metal detector," Matel said. "When that thing goes off, it's a great feeling."

X-rays show all the newly retrieved concretions have coins and gold inside. To Clifford it's more proof of high concentrations of metals and coins being dumped en masse on that spot of sea floor.

Clifford believes two examples that were pulled up on the previous trip are particularly compelling evidence: a cannonball piled with 11 coins and a foot-and-a-half long piece of iron stacked with 50 coins.

"Did all of those coins just happen to fall on this one little piece of iron? Or were there thousands of coins there, and this is just an example of what's left?" he said.

Clifford has no doubt it's the latter, but he'll have to wait until next summer to try to find out.

He's taken 21 trips this summer at a cost of more than $200,000. But the worsening weather and lingering boat problems after a recent lightning strike make another visit impossible until June.

Clifford doesn't sell Whydah artifacts, though he knows the treasure, both uncovered and hidden, has monetary and historic value. He anticipates the delay until the next trip will be somewhat maddening.

"I'll wake up in the middle of the night this winter and go, 'Oh my God, I know what that means,' when I'm reviewing something from the Whydah," he said. "And then I can hardly wait to get back there in the spring."

@DayStar re: collapse . . .

"At first, the game may be control, but ultimately they want depopulation, and there will be a war with the new generation of WMDs (scalar weapons) to rid the world of the pestilence of humans--at least from the perspective of TPTB. We get economic crash followed by war and depopulation followed eventually by an invasion."

I don't doubt that this, or something similar is part of the masterplan. I will post some passages a bit later from a book I am reading that points to the depopulation plans, based on Malthus' findings, by the Power Elite.

However, I think their plans were detoured somewhat by the financial system falling apart in 2007-2009. They weren't quite ready yet.

That is why, I think, we see all these false flags flying at us "fast and furious." They are now trying to speed up the schedule so they can maintain control.

Unfortunately for them, they have gotten very sloppy, and the false flags are easily found out for what they are. The internet equals out the equation; we no longer have to simply take their word as gospel, delivered by their lapdog media.

It is kind of funny, that their plans were essentially disrupted by their own insatiable greed. They just couldn't contain themselves.

Now, even their employees, the militarized police, military, etc. see the plan unfolding. There is much doubt amongst those they need to keep the population at bay, and under control.

They will fight to the end to keep control. But I think they will lose.

Enough Already

DPH wrote: You left out the alien abductions and medical probing before, during and after. Was your comment from a movie or radio script?

DS replies: What's with this comment? It sounded mocking to me, and since there has been plenty of evidence recently to give credibility to another world war, your comment was unwarranted. As far as the movie script, do you think I am so stupid that I must rely on someone else's thinking to form my own conclusions? Those that know me could hardly conclude that. Further, what I have said about aliens is they were fake. You misrepresented me to mock me. You certainly ply your opinion often enough, and I don't make fun of it, and I can document my case, if you honestly want to review it. Somehow you manage to convince yourself that people smart enough to gain control of the major institutions in the world are so stupid they are crashing the means of their own livelihoods with no other plan or motive than short term greed. Somehow you cannot see a deeper motive when they do everything to further the demolition of our society and economy in which they now operate. Somehow you cannot see the logical purpose of these elitists who purposely destroy their own livelihood is to remove all legacy power structures and the people that support them and to seize control of the surviving people and their land. It is clear they do not intend to act in the best interest of common people. Even beginning economy students know better than to do what TPTB are doing, but they are doing it anyway. Clearly, there is another motive than short term greed or stupidity.

If you look at the Middle East, it is clear TPTB intend a war, but what happens when you precede a war with an economic crash? Since the dollar is the world reserve currency, the global economy will shut down. The banks will be bankrupt and possibly the dollar will be worthless. There will be food on the shelves, but people will not be able to afford it. They will not be able to get money from the closed banks and even if they have currency, it might not be worth anything. The economy will grind to a halt, and violence will break out. They will employ the police forces to control mobs as they have done all over the world. With the economy halted and a war cranks up, how will the logistics chain supply a protracted war? Many of our parts come from China, our potential adversary, and most of our manufacturing infrastructure will be shut down and looted from the crash. If there is a world war, there will absolutely be an EMP. Our logistics base and supply chain will cease to function, and after the spasm of the early part of the war, there will be little resupply or repair. Many of our soldiers with their equipment will be stranded halfway around the world with little or no means of getting home. The existing arsenal will be largely expended in the war and theater supplies will be depleted. If there is a war, the combatants will pull out the stops. This will be a world war to reduce the nations to impotency and to seize power. They will employ all of the stuff in their arsenal, because they want us dead. Certainly they will employ an EMP, as this will completely fry the technology in the West. Given this situation and the impossibility of regenerating our technological infrastructure after a world war and an EMP, please tell me what stands in the way of TPTB who have control of the rest of the world from gathering them all together and launching an invasion against a country that has been forced back into the 1800s technology?

We have already had two world wars where tens of millions died and Europe was prostrated. There can be no doubt that it can happen again, and this time it will be fought with weapons that are orders of magnitude greater than what were used in the previous wars. I can't imagine why you disparage scalar weapons and the devastation that will follow. The evidence is clearly there if you choose to examine it. Here's are a few references, but there is much more, if these are not convincing:

Thai Gold Buyer Doubles Imports

Thai Gold Buyer Doubles Imports After Bear Slump: Southeast Asia

By Supunnabul Suwannakij and Chanyaporn Chanjaroen - Sep 25, 2013

YLG Bullion International Co., Thailand’s biggest domestic gold importer, expects to more than double purchases this year after the bear market in prices spurred a surge in demand for physical metal.

The company may import as much as 200 metric tons in 2013, from 92 tons last year, Chief Executive Officer Pawan Nawawattanasub said in an interview yesterday. First-half shipments advanced to 112 tons, accounting for 60 percent of the country’s total, she said. A ton is valued at $42.6 million.

Thorus Hammer
Sep 25, 2013 - 10:09am

Converting Tons to Troy ounces

>>>Consider the 500 tons of paper gold sold on Friday. Begin with the question, how many ounces is 500 tons? There are 2,000 pounds to one ton. 500 tons equal 1,000,000 pounds. There are 16 ounces to one pound, which comes to 16 million ounces of short sales on Friday.<<<

Your math is correct for the avoirdupois ounce used for common weights.

But the Troy ounce that is usually used for precious metals is heavier than an avoirdupois ounce, so it only takes 14.58337 Troy ounces to make 1 pound.

So 500 tons x 2,000 lbs/ton x 14.58 Toz/lb = 14,580,000 Troy ounces to make 500 tons.

At $1550/oz, that comes out to $22,599,000,000.

It doesn't affect your overall point at all. But I only learned about the difference between an avoirdupois ounce and a Troy ounce in the last year, and figured some others might be in the same boat and might be interested.

Best Regards,

It was sarcastically unfunny and that's it. I'd still like to know who the invaders are. It read like some ghoulish or morbid, pessimistic capitulation. You sound resoundly defeated and depressed. To each his own but the doom/gloom fascination at times on here is a bit much imho. I'm probably wrong and that's what this crowd now prefers. (crickets)

Sep 25, 2013 - 10:27am

you both got the math wrong, but Hammer's end result is correct, because he didn't use metric tons as his starting point.

It's actually quite simple:

500 tons = 500,000 Kg = 500,000,000 g

divided by 31.11 = 16.07 million troy ounces.

RE: Lighten Up

The invaders are the combined armies of Africa, Asia and Europe.

You acknowledge MOPE is real but not the real motive behind it nor the intended results. Also, just because something is ghoulish, morbid or pessimistic does not automatically mean it's false. Our world order is destined to crash and be replaced by another. That cannot be painted in an optimistic light. My world view is based on Revelation 17:10 that says a seventh world empire will emerge to rule the world (the seven kingdoms referenced are seven that interact(ed) with the nation of Israel, to wit: Egypt, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome that already have come and gone, and the 7th is emerging. The 7th could not arise until Israel became a nation again). When one world order falls and is replaced by another, history relates that it is often a ghoulish, morbid and pessimistic time. I am trying to be honest and realistically face what is destined. I am trying to warn others of what is coming. My prayer is that the remnant will be big and strong and will not fear to stand and will have the faith to take this country back. That is the positive thing I promote. I believe America will be alone in withstanding the encroachment of the elites. For a short time it will once again be a beacon of hope, a shining city on a hill. I am trying to promote the size and power of the remnant by warning about what is coming. We eventually throw off their tyranny here in America and replace it with a refurbished, loose knit federation of small towns and villages coalesced around the principles of constitutional government, but the ones that form this coalition were ones that were prepared. At the same time that America reemerges as the shining city on the hill, the elites consolidate their power elsewhere and invade. I cannot paint that in a cheery light.

CFTC gets the last laugh

It seems very clear that the CFTC is playing everyone trying to expose what is going on in the commodity markets. They simply act as if their your best friend, tell you that they will do all these great things, tell you how much they appreciate your help, and then never do a thing. They even remind you that saying too much about any of this could "totally" screw up the case, so please keep everything on the down-low. The fact is Bart and the rest of the CFTC are nothing more than government officials with a pay check from... who? oh yea... Washington. My advice is to not only do your best to bring out the truth, but do it without telling them (CFTC), as well as do your best to discredit any silly work activity that they (CFTC) try to take credit for. I wrote Bart two years back telling him he was going to drive all the money and trading out of the COMEX and into the Shanghai markets. Fast forward to today and guess what? His answer back then was that they were doing their best not to let that happen. Too funny!

The CFTC are not your friends. They are wolves and sheep clothing.

U.S. Commodity Regulators Close Silver-Market Probe Without Charges

U.S. commodity regulators have closed a high-profile investigation into alleged manipulation of the silver market without charging any firms or individuals, concluding there is no “viable basis” for a case.

The decision by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission comes five years after the case was opened and is likely to disappoint some silver traders, market observers and regulators. Some contend that silver prices have been artificially depressed by financial institutions seeking to profit by betting against the market.
