Another comprehensive update last evening from Mr. Batchelor and Professor Cohen. Please be sure to listen.

The New Cold War continues and now it appears that hot war may be beginning to flare again in Ukraine. As we've now counseled for three full years, you simply must try to carve out time each week to listen to these fair and honest discussions.

Gap....

.......moves happening twice in the USDJPY this morning.

Don't see that very often.

It's struggling finding support from a trendline break right now and has closed one of the gaps from earlier now.

The epic battle between The Donald and Mother over the strength of the dollar could could lead to a very interesting day today.

Cold War Fix for Ukraine.

I hope that President Trump puts V. Nuland and S. Power in prison, where they can spend their days justifying their actions in their memoirs which never see the light of day. After that, he could bring to light Senator McCain's and VP Biden's evil follow-on efforts to destabilize Russia and foment civil war in Ukraine; I expect the public would then do what is necessary in those situations. Follow the money back into Ukraine and arrange to get rid of the Neocons and Nazis that McCain and Biden have financed, encouraged and protected. Finally return Ukraine to democracy; their style, not ours ... just like we'd never been there at all (except for all the destruction, of course; sorry about that)!

At least that is how this would all turn out, if I was cranking the Dream Maker machinery.

CHR.

P.S. Thanks Turd for continuing to highlight this most important information!

Understanding the employment numbers:

BOGUS,BOGUS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The books are cooked but that is not the only issues. So I grabbed my daydream recorder and headed into the workplace, interviewing the seekers of fiat:

1st. person: A 22 year old college student, up to her neck in student loans, her family having mortgaged their home to keep her in school and will seek a job that pays $15 per hour "if" she graduated in two more years.

2nd. person: A local home builder. Cannot find anyone who will work in the trades. Looking for framers, foundation crews, siders, roofers, landscapers, and any warm body who wants to work, even without a grade school education. He said that there are not any American men who are looking for work.

3rd. person on street; Oh, I do not want to find a job. My friends are on the streets and everything is provided for us. We cannot eat all the free meals in our town. We have free everything. Let the people that want to work and pay taxes just do it. Not me.

4th person: I have an apartment, free food stamps, my kids have state paid medical/dental and we enjoy our freedom from work. My boyfriend lives with us and he works under the table for cash. We have a wonderful life. I am going to have twins in three months and it is all covered by the state. Why would I want to work?

5th person; Oh yes, I have two jobs. My wife also works and we have two kids. We cannot buy a good medical insurance but have major medical only. We pay $1200 per month for the insurance and hope we do not become ill. We cannot afford to be out of work nor pay for the additional costs that are not paid by the insurance. We have decided not to have any more children as it would destroy our income stream.

On the one hand, the unemployment numbers are much higher than reported and on the other hand, there are millions of jobs available but working the system has become a way of life in America. When we were kids, even in grade school, we all had jobs. Mowing lawns, stacking fire wood, working in the berry fields in the summers, gathering fir cones in the fall, picking blackberries, washing dishes at the local cafe and anything else to make a buck. What happen to that generation of

American Dreamers who were the offspring of those who traveled through Ellis Island? Everywhere we look, we see employment opportunities and no seekers. When the wife and I go to Walmart, I see the older baby boomer who is a greeter. I tell her that is the only job we are qualified for at our age. However, we are looking for a building lot and we will be building much of the work ourselves. It is almost impossible to just quit working as the hopes of a American dream, through hard work, refuses to grant me a fishing pole. Jim

Trump is the adult in the room re Russia

It's really kind of startling how the blue team and the neocons have behaved so psychotically with regard to Putin and Russia that the supposedly crazy guy, Trump, by simply indicating an intention to follow some degree of common sense regarding Russia, has immediately vaulted to the status of the only adult in the room.

Oh, and another great truth bomb that Trump could lob into the political discourse would be to expose the risibly corrupt way that Biden's son was somehow made a bigwig at a Ukrainian energy company.
