The New Cold War Extends Into Mainstream Media

Wed, Nov 30, 2016 - 9:37am

The New Cold War took a dark and startling turn last week when the venerable Washington Post published a front page story that listed websites that are supposedly on the take from the Russians. This new McCarthyism was quickly noted here last week last week and it drew the attention of John and Steve during this week's show.

And much of this program is devoted to the War Party's management of news and information. Not only have the websites of several friends of TFMR been caught up in the slander and libel, the mainstream media is now actively adapting the nomenclature of its narrative in order to enflame the tensions. This is devious and diabolical stuff and you MUST become aware of these steps being taken in their efforts to deceive and "manage" you.

This is another terrific, informative and timely podcast and we all owe Mr. Batchelor and Professor Cohen an immense debt of gratitude for their ongoing efforts.

New McCarthyism ?

Yes. The new " Red Scare ". Although I would argue that there were hardcore Communists inside of America back in the 50's and that McCarthy wasn't actually wrong but in a way, stitched up by the media so to speak. But some innocents were vilified as the hysteria at the time painted everyone with the same brush.

Now the attack on the Alt-Media by MSM has the look and feel of a Government lashing out due to failed policies and there own foibles. Much like the Red Scare back in the 50's.

On another note...

90,000 East Aleppo Residents Saved from CIA Terrorists | Covert Geopolitics

It's information like the above that MSM won't report. Anybody that does is considered a Putin/Russian sympathizer. Ignoring of course the fact that Russia was legally invited by Syria under international Law to help eradicate ISIS. If the MSM were to report this FACT and things like the CIA and other Governments and there agencies were supplying weapons and logistics to the ISIS/DAESH/FSA....well there goes the meme eh ????

Not including things like War Crimes and Reparations that would have to be conducted and paid out.

Minor detail for " The Mighty Wurlitzer ".....lied to, hood winked, and had....again, and again, and again.....

Just keep telling ourselves we live in a Free and Democratic Republic. With freely traded markets. Where we fight all over the World to defeat the Red scourge. And then you can just click your heels together and voila ! You're back in Kansas be continued....

Little parting crow snack

Before checking out for a while...

Gold spread has roared back with a vengeance as Western prices fall again, so I spoke too soon, already around $25

Silver spread back near its highs over $1.60, 10% over "spot".

China flirting with its own $1200 moment to the downside...

Keep watching the spreads for both metals! Physical still has to be bought and sold - yes, even here - and when there truly is none to be had at our prices, I suspect it will become rather obvious.

Blessings to all.

The war for your mind is heating up, and of forces opposed to collectivism are gaining strength.

Right now, I'm guardedly optimistic as to the outcome.

Question everything,

The needs of the individual always outweigh the needs of the collective. Once that basic principle has been violated, everyone is enslaved.

We've got a long way to go to set this ship on the correct course, but at least most have noticed by now it's headed in the wrong direction.

That's progress, and I'll take it.

Every day (it seems) our "leaders" show more signs of insanity, and gold is "offered" at lower and lower "prices"!

"Nothing unusual here folks, move along . . ."

Me? Looks like a good day to stack!

Fake News List Death Knell for MSM-Paul Craig Roberts

Economic expert and journalist Dr. Paul Craig Roberts thinks the recent publication of the so-called ‘fake news” list recently published by the Washington Post signals a major turning point for all of the mainstream media (MSM). Dr. Roberts explains, “I think this is the death knell for the mainstream media. I think this list essentially kills the credibility of the mainstream media and certainly the Washington Post. It has demonstrated it is completely devoid of any integrity. I am a former Wall Street Journal editor, and if we had done something like that, Warren Phillips would have fired every one of us. We would have been told to get out. You can’t carry on this kind of assault on people. I think this is a sign of desperation.”

Speaking of hard core commies in the late 40's early 50's, I present the 'Rosenbergs'.

May they fry in hell for eternity !

Yup...McCarthy wasn't wrong. He was vilified and set up in the end to fail. Especially when he started to peel the layers off the onion of Hollywood and the Press.
