Your Weekly Reality Check

Wed, Oct 12, 2016 - 8:51am

For nearly three years, we have posted these weekly discussions between radio host John Batchelor and Russian history scholar Stephen F. Cohen. As events in this New Cold War begin to spiral toward hot war, it is imperative that you listen each and every week as you will not find more comprehensive and balanced reporting anywhere else in the western media.

This week, not only do John and Steve provide a full update on the crumbling diplomatic and military situation as it pertains to Syria, Professor Cohen also discusses at length two stories that have been largely ignored in the US and western media:

And Professor Cohen also references the classic poem, "The Second Coming", by William Butler Yeats. If you're not familiar with the work, here it is:

Again, I urge you in the strongest possible terms to listen to these updates each week. Not that you can do anything to forestall the potential disaster but at least you can try to prepare beforehand for the protection of your family (if that's possible).

Signs of our times!

When we turn off our computer, log out of TFMETALS, and head for the pizza place down town, life seems to just be the same as usual. The school busses are filled with kids going to school. The shops are opening for business and the local state/county/city workers are trying to get to their 8:00 a.m. employment by 8:30.

The shelves at our local Costco are filled to the brim and there is not any panic among the citizens. The local/national news channels are concerned with rights for the homeless and keeping up on the latest lies and sexual acts of the politicians.

When my grandparents walked from the Ukraine to Germany, long ago, they left behind everything except what they could carry on their backs. They were a different people, ones who understood the Hope of freedom and the price that must be paid.

Yes our culture is still bouncing along in time, drugged up on culture, and the rising tide of destruction is at our shores. Nothing is new under the sun as it was for mankind long ago:>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
